I did a search of Scam Accusations and it brought me right here, go figure.  So "wetsuit" must be the owner, and TheQuin is the very worthless manager.  If you see this you should know that he is the rudest, crudest person I have had the misfortune of dealing with.  He ignores all complaints it is stated and if he feels intimidated he will make threats of violence in my opinion, or he will quote laws that are not applicable to residents of the United States.  Due to a malfunction claimed to be on my friends device 2 Million Satoshis were lost.  Imagine being a kid enthused about Bitcoin and they go to play Hi/Low on autobet for 100 spins only to find that his entire balance has disappeared.  He was told he could look at each play but no matter how much you stretch a screen on a cell phone the history cannot be read.  It turned out that with each spin 12,513 Satoshis were deducted from his balance.  Now if the balance in the upper screen updated with each bet he could of stopped the problem but it did not.  He was basically told too bad, too sad.  Once he went to support with others making the same complaint he was told while we can find no problem on our end we have added a special code to uncheck the Jackpot bets.  Using my own cell phone it takes a great deal of effort to click these jackpot bets.  The right way of handling this would of been to make a courtesy credit when my friend explained he was using Freebitco.in to earn interest and it took two years of faucet claims for him to earn that.  Even when my friend told TheQuin he was only 14 years old he was told to take it as a life lesson (What not to trust anyone) and that your site operated within the laws that affect him and he should do the same.  Eventually officials from The BVI told him to demand refunds and the police was mentioned to him for blackmail.

As a result of that threat his account, my account, and Roberts accounts were all blocked on Multi Account Abuse.  Now that's a way to cover up you took bets from minors.  However deposit receipts exsist and solicitations to place wagers also exsist and will now be used against Freebitco.in.  After TheQuin ignoring all emails saying they go to the Spam file Ken & I went to this forum to create awareness of what happened.  So to add insult to injury TheQuin displayed his great wisdom and education by calling us Idiots, Mentally Disabled, Jackasses, Trolls, Blackmailers, Inbeciles, and actually had the nerve to challeng Kens uncle saying he did not have what it took in his "Trousers" as he put it to carry out threats of making reports with the FBI.  He was then dissuaded from making such a report by being told he would be the one that went to jail.  This is unfounded as the FBI goes after those making the money, not those losing it.  TheQuin made statements of InterGlobal Limited owning Cloudflare then denied it, however the screenshots were captured.  The he tells people to use VPNs to access Internet Casinos where they block IP addresses where Internet Gambling is known to be Illegal, also captured.  Actually every disparaging statement and insult which has been viewed as Slander by a UK Lawyer has been captured.  TheQuin also threatened a girl from Russia where they have no problems killing people who break the law of reporting her to Government Authorities for participation in Illegal Internet Gambling.  His rebuttal was when someone threatens you all he turns it around on them and supposedly told her to turn herself in which makes no sense.

Today he stated that wagering Bitcoin is completely legal even in the U.S.A. well that a lie.  Do a search on Big Fish Casino Class Action Law Suit and you will learn that U.S. Law says to gamble anything over wire of value is Illegal, and BTC has value.  So that would say to gamble personal property of any kind, even toilet paper is Illegal.  Most reputable internet casinos block IP's from locales where it is known to be Illegal, but not Freebitco.in as they have illustrated by action that they will take money from kids and in our case it was 2 14 year olds and a 15 year old.  Completely ignored screen shots where the Stop Loss was ignored and combined losses are around 8 Million Satoshis.  So I hope you can see whats going on here.  Go to Lotto Exposed or Trust Pilot to see the reviews of your site all fueled by TheQuin and his lack of wanting to attempt to accomodate the customer and then yells out Backmailer on the forum.  Elsewhere I am actually soliciting complaints for an investigation with TopClassActions in TheQuin's last replies by email he told us to basically go FU*K ourselves so by his actions it appears he wants to take the wait and see approach.  It's important to understand that The British Virgin Islands stated that you are not a registered business or corporation and not authorized to conduct business, especially one related to Gambling in TheBVI.  They told us to demand refunds and then we get called blackmailers, demanding money with menaces.  I think he could of cost you your business.  We are not backing down now as we were instructed the payout could be quite high.

Continually Spamming?

A forum is a place for people to discuss something they have a common interest in. As nobody is replying to you repeatedly posting the same thing it indicates they are not interested in talking to you. So you are spamming this thread.

If complaints of raising awareness is viewed as spam you have yourself to blame for all this attention.  I saw a couple came to your defense over Kens complaints throwing out a few insults and saying all this for $400, though combined it's much more.  Freebitco.in does not have the best reputation as anyone can see online, and you allowed it through your actions and bad judgement to make it look worse if you sit down and think about it for a moment. I do want my account balance which consists of deposits I have proof of making and you continue to ignore this request.  So why not just tell everytone you stole it.  Now like I told you, though your continued insults I consulted a lady with authority from The UK who says their country holds sovereinty over The BVI.  Are you going to treat her with the same disrespect?  Do we really need to take it this far?  It's very simple, let me withdraw what is mine and not yours and I will be on my way to bigger and much better things.  I do not have you blocked from sending me a private message like you did me after 1message containing a threat and multiple insults.  The time is NOW!

I never had a streak go this far before.  17 in a row.  Previous high was 14.  If this had been LOW instead of HIGH, I would have been screwed.

It's good to see a winning streak posted for a change. It usually the losses that get people talking on here.

That would be because most of the players are in fact losers.  So many better BTC Casinos online where they state "Provably Fair" with a 1% house edge compared to Freebitco.in's 5%+.  Much better graphics, better choice of games rather than just watching numbers spin.  Match deposit bonuses, most reputable gambling sites are licensed by the UK Gambling Commission where you have a place to take complaints and obtain results rather than deal with threats and insults in which is considered "Support" at Freebitco.in.  It is important to note that most reputable online gambling sites block U.S. Players, whereas Freebitco.in known as a "Rouge" site will take anyone's BTC, including kids.  Just do a search BTC Casinos to see what you've been missing.

So you are saying that freebitcoin is not a provably fair site just because they have 5% house edge? Do you even do some research here? As far as I know they have really good background after they change some provably fair system on their lottery but there is nothing wrong about their hi-lo game. So if you want to complain about your losing because of 5% house edge, make sure you give some proof here

You're right about reputation, we've been around for over 5 years and built a good one.

You got that right. So much rubbish in the posts sometimes.

Reputation is hard to come by in this space (or rather, easy to gather a bad one). Every service has its detractors, but I think it's fair to say guys like me keep coming back because of the openness. I've lost money here too but everything's out in the open. I've had my good days, and hope, like all gamblers do, that a good day will return. Can't argue with provably fair, open and transparent odds. Etc. If you're smart and you know how to take advantage of high bonus days, bonus for wagers, etc. you make up for the high edge.

My country doesn't allow any online gambling neither but thankfully they do not care about bitcoin gambling and have no laws regarding that, we can play btc gambling any way we want and it is seen same as cs:go skins and all that or wow golds and that helps us a lot.

In the end gambling is gambling but if the money is not real money than you can be considered as playing poker from zynga facebook and that is not illegal anywhere as well. Some countries thankfully see bitcoin gambling and zynga gambling all the same. US citizens could play zynga as well but when it comes to bitcoin it doesn't really ALL us citizens, from state to state it changes and some states you can play because they don't recognize it.

@TheQuin,  I'd like to clarify about the scripts sold by 3rd parties, for example, look at this 10000 roll script:

Code:
https://encore-official.live/product/10000-roll-script-latest-2019/

Is this legitimate and do you allow such script to run to make btc? encore is also selling other high-value BTC scripts, does it work?

Please clarify.

Thanks

Using unverified and untrusted 3rd party application is the same as giving the key to your house to the thief. Its better to be safe, Use Freebitco.in as its intended purposes = A faucet with gambling options, Using bots will increase your chances of getting hack

This is not new from last year and now there people promoting and claiming that they can earn big bucks from especially in youtube videos "multiply your bitcoin" feature but in the end the house edge defeat them. Plus others are selling fraud scripts to fool people.

That's the good thing about bitcoin, it eliminates country censorship against online gambling., In my country Online gambling is illegal, but its not illegal to play in online gambling sites that is not based in my country.

I'll go further than 99% and say it is 100% a scam. It just changes the display on the animation to show 10000 and the sucker that uses it sends a support request complaining they rolled 10000 but $200 wasn't added to their balance. They definitely lose the $350 they paid for it and might well be installing all sorts of malware at the same time.

Yep. Is very easy to fake, I can do it and I don't know anything about programming.

Due to this restriction, most of the US people are not gambling, before gambling before we have to research about the website and their credibility because there are some fake websites which they will not pay withdrawals on time. So we have to be very careful when dealing with gambling websites.

I think you'll find a lot of US residents get past the restrictions using VPNs. There isn't actually any need for us block US IP addresses. Playing dice with Bitcoin isn't breaking any federal law and your individual state laws aren't applicable outside the state.
You're right about reputation, we've been around for over 5 years and built a good one.

Wow I cannot believe you would publicly recommend U.S. residents to use VPN's to bypass laws that were designed to protect them.  I screen captured this statement by you!  LOL!  Part of the reason for Internet Gambling being Illegal in the first place is due in part to the "Wire Act" and Internet Casinos profiting off U.S. Residents actually owe the U.S. Goverment taxes on those profits which can be quite high.  It was demanded that Facebook start to compensate Foreign Government Tax Authorities for profits being made from their citizens.  It can be located that the UK Government ordered Facebook to pay about $16 Million in taxes and they are not hesitating to pay it either.

I think you should open scam accusation thread if you are sure that you are right and leave this thread in peace because this is little annoying for other members to read every second or third post, your story and how you blame @TheQuin for lost deposits.

This thread is self-moderated, I assume, so OP gives you already a lot of freedom and lets you speak freely.

I understand your loss and suggest the thread in scam accusation section because this is the only way to get this case resolved if you provide the needed evidence there and will be able to gather attention from established members.

On a serious note, this is why we insist on a Bitcoin signed message to prove ownership of an account. It is far too easy to fake a screenshot of a web wallet.

What do you mean you insist on a Bitcoin signed message proving ownership of the account?  Yet no verification of age to participate in the games?  You accepted Kens deposits and basically stole them from malfunction which you claim was device related but you added a special code just for him to unclick the Jackpot Bets he did not place in the first place.  Now I have requested on numerous occasion for my deposits which were NOT winnings to be returned and you call that Blackmail?  Here is proof people, now Quinn explain exactly where the money went.  Stop your deceipt.  Went right to Governor of The United Kingdom's Facebook account who holds sovereignty over your flea infected Island today to let them know whats going on here.  Theft is taking place at Freebitco.in and can be proven.  Don't fall a victim where he snips the truth and dismisses us as trolls, blackmailers, and every other name in the book.

That's the good thing about bitcoin, it eliminates country censorship against online gambling., In my country Online gambling is illegal, but its not illegal to play in online gambling sites that is not based in my country.

That's also the whole point of Bitcoin. It's money for the people by the people and no government can censor its use. As long as a Bitcoin casino doesn't do anything silly like opening a bank account it isn't operating in your jurisdiction either.

United States Law says Internet Gambling is Illegal plain and simple due to the "Wire Act Law"  The law further states that gambling anything of value over the internet is Illegal, (Bitcoin has value, sorry folks) so like Big Fish Casino who was allowing free play until the tokens ran out and the user had to purchase more to stay in the game it was considered Internet Gambling and now a Multi Million Dollar Class Action Law Suit.  Furthermore all reputable gambling sites including those dealing exclusively in Bitcoin bann all IP addresses where internet gambling is deemed to be Illegal.  Some gambling sites like Freebitco.in just dont care and let kids play too.

Wrong. The Wire Act states that where money enters a US bank the act is said to have taken place in the State that bank is in and is subject to the laws of that State.

The only US wide law on gambling applies only to sports betting with fiat currency.

I think its better not to be from US overall, US have very weird laws and u might not be happy with that if u're from there.
Maybe use a VPN or so, so u can avoid taxes and so on ?

The US is the only country I know of that taxes its citizens even if they live abroad. I've known Americans who had to give up their passport to get away from the IRS. I think a lot of people in the US probably do use VPNs to access sites that block their IPs which is why blocking them is a pretty pointless thing to do.

This is fake, made in 2 minutes

Even noobs can do these kinds of cheats, Just go to developers options and edit the scripts and make a little effort making you won big from the hourly roll screenshot like magic. Majority of fraud people do this to attract direct referrals or to give suspicious malware to be installed and steal the victims BTC instantly.

Unfortunately that is so true. Having a good reputation of "being legit and not scamming people" is really important in crypto space. It should not be like that but unfortunately it is. Think about it, this is a space we are accustomed to seeing people getting scammed and people stealing money from gamblers and just saying "we got hacked" and run away with the money without anything happening to them. So we are here talking about how "normal" freebitcoin is actually, they are not doing anything bad and that is enough for us to really trust them with all our money because they had so much money in their power and never even attempted to postpone a withdraw let alone actually steal anyone's money. Whoever tries to talk about freebitcoin and somehow they are scammers will find all of us against them, we trust freebitcoin not because they do something weird, they are just "decent humans" which we all yearn to see constantly and which is why we love them.

Wrong. The Wire Act states that where money enters a US bank the act is said to have taken place in the State that bank is in and is subject to the laws of that State.

The only US wide law on gambling applies only to sports betting with fiat currency.

In 2001 the Bush Administration said the Wire Act of 1961 covered all forms of Gambling, then in 2011 The Dept. Of Justice said it applied to Sports Betting only.  In January they changed their position on this again to state:  The U.S. Justice Department now says that all internet gambling is illegal.

A November opinion made public Monday reversed a 2011 opinion on the Wire Act, which established the law as applicable to only sports betting. The DOJ claims that the 2011 opinion misinterpreted the statute and reinterprets the Wire Act to encompass all forms of gambling that crosses state boundaries.

United States law on Internet Gambling is pretty clear and is posted on the FBI's website, "DONT DO IT" It's Illegal.  It is Illegal to gamble ANYTHING of monetary value and BTC does have value.  They said they are going after those making the money, not those losing it.  Furthermore Big Fish Casino was selling tokens to their users to stay in the game after they exhausted their free supply.  (Simply because users are putting money at risk)  So now there is a nationwide Class Action Law Suit against them.  Search it.  I find it really bad where your site took is taking wagers from kids as no age verification is required and in my case you literally stole the money I deposited and did not lose to the games.  When I demanded the return you call it Blackmail.  Now let everyone see this otherwise you are hiding the truth and facts.

You do have a way of completely missing the relevant fact. The Wire Act is only used to apply local State laws where money enters a US bank.
