1862  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ★ A Complete Guideline to use forum search button properly ★ on: March 25, 2019, 08:53:04 PM
Agree, forum search is very low quality as all forum searches on entire WWW. Google solves that allowing searching almost any website through it.
This is best tip how to use forum search in reality but tx for guide.
Basically if anyone use the forum search option properly then in my opinion its obviously going to be helpful for him/her. Its quite easy to find the exact things by following proper guideline where many of us don't know about its exact use.

I tried to explain the whole guideline for our Community  user to make the best use of search option. Maybe they will be pretty much familiar with this very soon.
1863  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ⚠️[ANN] SCAM ALERT [BIRAKE EXCHANGE]⚠️ on: March 25, 2019, 07:02:25 PM
I feel it so necessary to let you know that before writing a post you should learn how to write it properly. Its really looks so bad to see a post which is completely written on capital letter. I wish you will try to fix this on your next post mate.

Although you should provide more evidence to prove the claim against that exchange. Without proper information we can't give you any suggestion on this matter.
1864  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM - Running multiple scam project by using same website on: March 25, 2019, 06:53:38 PM
Take a look at a new scam accusation regarding Seeltrade.

Again, the scammers have used the layout of cex.io. There seems to be two types of sites that use this template though, one that solely poses as an exchange, and others that offer a bonus when you sign up, but after playing in certain games and withdrawing you'll be asked to deposit first before you're allowed to withdraw.

It's certainly possible as you say that a group of people are behind all of these, despite the many domain names that are being registered and used. It's also likely that there are more than one scamming entity/group that is doing this, given the different styles of sites being utilised. It'll be hard to track down, which is why it'll still be up to individuals to recognise them.

I am totally agree with you mate. Its really concerning that this guys already purchased multiple domain that looks similar with their past scam project. If they failed to get enough fund from a project then they easily move to another domain where they change their website template but continue the same scam game. Another interesting thing is that they target their previous investors and try to send notification through email because already they have got enough email addresses from their previous projects.

Finally I think there is no way to deny that these aren't a combined group of scammers. Every single moment they change their way to steal funds from worldwide crypto investors. I hope if we all rise our hand against those group of scammers and educate our peoples about secure investment then its possible to make our forum scam free.
1865  Other / Beginners & Help / How much time you spend to read forum post ? on: March 25, 2019, 07:17:35 AM
Hello Guys,

Welcome to my thread. Today I am going to share my own knowledge about the necessity of reading forum post. Let me ask you something

Which one you like most?

1. Do you like to make your own post ?
2. Do you like to spend time on reading forum post?

Honestly I will go for number (2). Personally I believe without gathering enough knowledge from this forum its not possible for a user to make quality posts. I always prefer to spend much time on reading forum posts rather than making new one. You can't imagine how much valuable information you could gather by reading many sections useful thread. you will be able to enrich your knowledge shelf with better information. Its not only a place to learn & share about bitcoin or other crypto currencies. As an example you can learn a lot about worldwide politics from Politics & Society section. IMO its a complete community where you will be find most of the answer that you are looking for.

From my own experience I will specially suggest our new members to spend much time on reading forum post and I believe it will help you to build your own forum profile. As a signature participant I never try to fill the post count to get full weekly payments because I believe its better to read forum posts rather than making useless one.
1866  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bustabit should take action against CrashDoge, CrashingBitcoin, CrashingCrypto on: March 25, 2019, 06:42:06 AM

Good to see that bustabit already added scam accusation thread link on their licence page. Yes bustabit just list websites who have bought script from them. Bustabit isn't responsible for scam or not they are encourage. I think bustabit doing right thing by adding accusations link. So if someone use their name and link everyone will aware about accusation link. I appreciate bustabit actions against scammers.

Basically script license has no relation with partnership IMO. Usually web developers purchase template from "Envato" platform but website owner can't announce that they have a partnership with Envato. So its pretty much clear that this guys used the fake partnership news on their website. Honestly every single scammer have their different tricks to make investors fool. As like as it those scammers use their own tricks to attract investors on their projects. personally I wanna give thanks to bustabit for adding scam accusation link on their license page.
1867  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ★ Risk factor of purchase anything from a locked thread ★ on: March 25, 2019, 06:29:55 AM
Well this type of issue can be addressed by the forum modators I think threads that has such content like sell of anything to the forum community and gets lock should be delete to prevent people from still picking interest in it

I think it will not be fair to put every responsibility to moderators hand where they got the hard work to control the entire section. At least if we try a little from each of our sides then its going to be easier for them too. Intention of my thread is to educate people who like to buy goods or anything else from forum and its really don't makes me feel good when I see this issue related claim.

Its simple that if you want to sell anything honestly here on the forum by submitting sell announcement thread then why you need to lock it. So if we stay far from those locked thread and don't take any service then automatically this kinda issues will be solved. I always believe "prevention is better than cure"
1868  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM - Ponzi Project "Novencoin" on: March 24, 2019, 06:58:13 PM
Yes this is true we must keep forum safe and the whole crypto community.
Personally, I think the solution is not just post a thread for each ponzi site (as you see there is an entire section only for ponzi site) but educate people to not join these site, even for a penny, even for one day, since there is everytime the risk to be scammed or that other people get scammed.
Probably one day https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=207.0 this board will be closed Wink

Definitely educate people will not put their fund on this kind of ponzi projects. Personally I feel so bad when find someone lose his/her fund due to lack of enough knowledge about their investment. At least if they bother to read scam accusation sections thread before doing their investment then they could get proper ideas about scam projects.

Although its our responsibility now to keep those scammers far from our upcoming forum members. This forum bears a lot of value to worldwide crypto investor. They take this forum as a guide for their secure investment. We can't let them change their thought about bitcointalk just for some fraudulent activists.

Helping one person or hundred is kinda similar for me because we are here to share and gather.
1869  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Btc withdraw problem on: March 24, 2019, 03:51:23 PM
I will suggest OP to edit his/her thread and put all regarding question again to get the best answer from here. I have got two question from your entire discussion and they are,

no 1: You want to withdraw your Bitcoin but can't transfer it to your Bank a/c .
no 2; You lost your bitcoin and transaction history has gone.

Honestly answer for your first question is that if your bitcoin wallet associated with a bank account then you will be able to transfer it otherwise you will have to connect that with a bank account. Its better to find which banks in your locality accept bitcoin transaction.

second questions answer is that If you send your btc to anyone else earlier and can't remember that then there's nothing to do here.
1870  Other / Meta / Re: Spam attack on multiple thread with lot of newbies account on: March 24, 2019, 03:23:27 PM
I can't view any of their posts, as I have the ANN section blocked, but I did see the thread that you linked to.  In any case, hopefully you reported these knuckleheads for spamming and will report any new accounts you see writing the same shit.  Better to do that than to start up a thread about it, though it's good to call other people's attention to them I guess.

This happens very often in that section, and it's the reason why I have it on ignore.  The project developers obviously have tons of competition and need to keep their thread(s) at the top, so they resort to either creating alts to make "great project" posts or hire someone to do the same.  It's a well-known thread-bumping strategy, and the only thing you can and should do is report all the post you see that look like they're bots or alts or whatever.  Better yet, just put the section on ignore unless you're actually interested in reading the new project announcements--and I don't see why any rational person would.

I am completely agree with your suggestion but ignoring a section can't be a complete solution. Every section of this forum got a value and that's why I feel it necessary to let everyone know about this. Maybe my little try will help our forum moderators to take necessary steps on regarding issue. yeah its true that spammers show their activity very often on that section but we can't let them do it easily.

If we ignore spam then how can we will be able to stand against those kind of spammer. Ignoring them can be a encouragement for upcoming spammer IMO.

1872  Economy / Reputation / Re: Igor Karavaev - ICOBench Expert - is a Scammer on: March 24, 2019, 06:45:55 AM
ICO listing sites rating issue has already been so common to everyone and most of us know that how they manipulate their website rating system. But for this case I think someone is trying to act like a team member of ICOBench and trying to get the fund.

Its nothing but a scammers trick where he is trying to steal money from ICO projects. Maybe he is targetting all ICO projects who already listed on ICOBench and sending them same messages for their rating improvement offer.

1873  Economy / Reputation / Re: Accounts for sale ⚉ on: March 24, 2019, 06:27:47 AM
Honestly anyone can create a account selling post by using other users account info. If we believe it that both of the account is owned by one then its not gonna be fair IMO. It can create from a bad intention of the account seller where he wants to spoil that legendery members profile reputation

As an example if someone use OPs information and make a account selling post from another account then its nothing but a cheap try to hit OPs reputation I think. But one thing is pretty much sure that account sell poster is enough guilty to be tagged and rest decission could be made after getting more evidence against  this same owner issue.

1874  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM - Running multiple scam project by using same website on: March 23, 2019, 10:17:49 PM
Seems like they all point to "coin-buzz.com" now.

I've seen this type of scam before, where the scammer continuously creates new websites that redirect to the same URL, whilst containing the same substance. And all of them seem to be based off cex.io's exchange script.

It is likely that these websites are being used for scams on discord, telegram etc. where a scammer spreads these links in public channels, or asks people to help "withdraw" their funds from these sites. Again, it's not a particularly new method. I remember the name Cryptual from previous scam accusations as well, IIRC.

The fact that they have so many domain names make it difficult to pin down and for the victim to be able to research, but if you see a new exchange that seems to be using some other site's script, with no reviews whatsoever, just avoid using it.

Its a combined group of scammers who's are running this kind of scam projects IMO. Usually they use different website scripts where its redirects to same URL. They use this method to collect investors fund by showing different scam project packages.

Yeah I complete agree with you that its a old scam technique which happened in the past. I hope our investor will be able to measure this kind of scam projects in the future.

1875  Other / Meta / Re: ★ Current Statistical Analysis of Bitcointalk.org ★ on: March 22, 2019, 11:29:20 AM

If the price of bitcoin will increase, the word bitcoin will go up on google trends and the traffic of bitcointalk will increase again, it's all related.
Basically during bitcoin price improvement worldwide investors and holders search about the current price of bitcoin on google for many times which put it up on the google trend IMO. Completely agree with u that these couple of things are connected with each other.
1876  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 🔴 SCAM 🔴 Running multiple scam project by using same website on: March 22, 2019, 11:10:19 AM
Good catch! Look like accusation valid to me. Seems scammer account has been nuked by moderators. When you will see post include Promo code, referral code and similar something that redirect to referral link then use report to moderators button. Never mind you can create thread also, DT members will able to tag them. Its seems they are just using same script behind of different domain name. However, keep finding this kind of scammers and expose them.

Yeah I always tried my best to expose this kinda scammers if anything looks unusual to me. But one thing surprised me from this thread relating investigation and that is the connection between multiple scammers. I think same scammer or group of scammers continuing multiple scam projects and in many cases they are using the same website as their redirect destination.

keeping this forum safer from this kind of scammers isn't so easy IMO. If we can spread a message among all our community members against those scammers then its possible to dim the percentage at least.
1877  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 🔴PONZI SCAM🔴 Project Promoting On Altcoin Discussion Board on: March 22, 2019, 10:52:43 AM
Tagged, it's not looking good to me promote ponzi scheme on altcoin discussion board. I can see someones looking for earning opportunities but that user promoting his own project which is likely scam. But I don't think someone will invest on their website except too much greedy people's. However, good job OP, keep it up.
Honestly its really suspicious to see a newbie account promoting this kinda ponzi project where he is using the same message everywhere to attract investors.

This thread should be in the reputation thread it's very obvious he is only promoting a ponzi sheme and there is still no evidence of scamming going on although I'm sure this will eventually turn to scam, people should follow the right format I like this thread to catch fraud ICO and not about people promoting ponzi
you have already shared your thoughts about this project that eventually it will turn to scam. Yeah i am completely agree with that and this newbie account has been tagged by multiple DT members. If still anyone fall on their false trap then we can't do nothing more IMO.
1878  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ★ SCAM Ponzi Project "Novencoin" ★ on: March 21, 2019, 08:33:57 PM

It is really hard keep the forum safer Smiley since as already posted here there is an entire section only for these HYIP/PONZI scheme.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=207.0
We can open automatically a scam accusation thread for each new post open in this section!!!
Yeah its true that its hard to keep the forum safer from this kind of scammers who always try to steal investors fund. But if we stand together against them then its not impossible I think. As a forum member I always think it as my responsibility to let every one know about a possible scam. Maybe still many users fall on scammers trap but our little steps can saves many of them.
1879  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Litebeam - SCAM - FAKE TEAM - Stealing people's identity on: March 21, 2019, 08:25:54 PM
Another nice catch mate. These scammers always try their best to steal investors fund but forget that lies can't be hidden for a long time. I hope bitcointalk scam accusation board enriched with enough amount of evidence against this kinda scammers which will obviously help worldwide crypto investors in many ways.
1880  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you know how should be your topic title? on: March 20, 2019, 07:38:13 PM
Actually I did not understand your topic title too.
You give the tittle a "?" but you are giving suggestion in topic. Do you think that you are able to put a correct title?
I don't know mate which part of my title looks unusual to you. By this title I tried my best to put readers attention and let them know again about our forums admin guideline about making a topic title. I hope we got a lot of valuable suggestion from others about this matter on this thread. Perhaps still there could be missing part on my topic and its true that everyone is nothing but a learner. In every moment we got chances to learn. Appreciate your nice comment which will influence me to make my topic title much better in future.
