1861  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Esportsbet.io on: September 26, 2022, 05:51:46 PM
If they don't have a profile here or any announcement thread, there's nothing much you can do having a scam accusation though sharing this with the community will help them avoid the casino.

Did you really try to do what they claim against you? Please be honest. If what they is true, you are not following their rules and it makes sense now.
1862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: About Online casino/gambling projects on: September 26, 2022, 05:30:59 PM
There are a lot of sites here for a quite long time and survive for years. Sportsbet, stake, bitcasino, and many more are here for a long time now. Primedice is in the online casino business since 2013 and they are still functioning. You have to find out this casino in the Gambling section. Also, you should move the thread in the gambling discussion if you want to get more valuable answers as the place has a lot of old gamblers. Check the lower side of this topic to0 move it.
1863  Economy / Gambling / Re: NEW Flush.com Crypto Casino - ♠️ $BTC ♦️ $ETH ♣️ $DOGE ♥️ $LTC on: September 26, 2022, 05:04:04 PM

he enters the forum but does not give any news, in this kind of situation i would avoid putting my money in this casino until things get better: OP start being active, post news regularly, also start doing promotions, offer freebies and constantly update contest winners, this will show he wants to run a serious and long term business

They are here for a quite long time but they are still trying to develop the platform to give the best experience before starting promotions. The recent update was a great one but they are still looking to further develop the project which I think is great for the long term. Maybe their developer team is a bit slow lol but good things take time to get built. Personally, after the last update, the site seems fine to be honest. I'm not anymore an active player there but I do check sometimes what progress they made.
1864  Other / Meta / Re: [Bing search] What has Bithope foundation have to do with Bitcointalk forum? on: September 26, 2022, 02:45:05 AM
the quotes are linked to bithope.org, zoominfo.com, game-protect.com respectively.
If that's the case, forum user game-protect is that someone. He is a troll and a scammer too. You can find more information on his profile. Also, his posts are indicator that he is writing this misinformation.
Check this too- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5227426.msg53952064#msg53952064
But I'm wondering which campaign he is referring here. Can you please share the link? I can't see which bitcointalk topic is in there in the screenshot.
1865  Economy / Gambling / Re: Euphoriabet.io NO KYC Crypto Esports Betting and Roulette on: September 25, 2022, 06:07:47 PM
As we know, only regulated casinos and gambling sites have to follow KYC and AML requirements. Euphoriabet.io is an unlicensed and unregulated gambling site. As such, there are no legal regulations in place that require KYC from players, and there is no legal protection of our personal data on such a site. When we share personal information with unregulated gambling sites, there are no guarantees that our information won't be sold to or used by criminals. Unlicensed and unregulated gambling sites are not held to the same legal standards as licensed sites, which means that you can never know for sure what their intentions are, or if they will stay in business. In the end, the choice is up to you, but I personally do not recommend divulging your personal information with unlicensed gambling sites.

Yeah, true indeed but this is also true that KYC isn't mandatory there either. They only require KYC if they find anything suspicious or if they are forced through legal entities. As I said, this is common practice in online casino industry. There are very few casinos which don't require KYC at all. Macaw casino is one them which I'm aware of. Can't remember if there are more too.
1866  Economy / Gambling / Re: Euphoriabet.io NO KYC Crypto Esports Betting and Roulette on: September 25, 2022, 05:21:53 PM
I am personally not interested on this site yet . coz i am still worried when i will deposit and win a big jackpot then they can ask kyc from me. i haven’t any problem to pass kyc if they ask it before deposit but i am not interested to pass kyc verification if they ask when i will will win a big jackpot . it will totally unfair
This is practiced by most of the casinos, even most of the reputed casinos. We have seen this a lot of times here. I won't be really surprised because casinos want to confiscate users' money if they win big lol. I wouldn't recommend you use this site or any other site but if you are not going to give it a try, you won't know how they are. I don't try new sites unless they are offering very much attractive and lucrative bonuses.
1867  Other / Archival / Re: Bitcoin or Netcoin ? on: September 25, 2022, 04:46:46 PM
Judging by this find, it is possible that Satoshi chose between the names "netcoin" and "bitcoin", but chose the second option, or he prepared absolutely two projects, but the first one was not released at all. What other options do you allow?
I don't think there were two different projects at all. We don't know if satoshi had registered entcoin.org but assuming that he did, it's almost sure that both the domain was registered for this single project. Maybe he wanted to name the project netcoin. NET of netcoin is taken from the internet as bitcoin is the coin of the internet but later on he changed his decision for some reason. Netcoin doesn't sound good either, to be honest, it sounds like some money-making project lol.
1868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is permissable in Islam. on: September 25, 2022, 03:29:30 PM
Using bitcoin as a form of monetary transaction is the same as using any other form of currency. It can be traditional money, it can be gold or silver, or anything else. I really don't see a reason to have an argument here as some of the scholars did. Some even said that it's haram. I'm not a scholar, nor any expert in religion but I can surely say that if you are doing bad activities with any form of currency, it's bad while if you are not going to use it for bad activities, it's good regardless of whatever the currency is.

This topic is one that fascinates me everytime I read it, and that's religion having laws on digital asset like crypto-currency. The origins of religions most of the times dates back to times before Christ and by this times no one would have Phantom an idea of digital asset or even bitcoin.
That's something else. There are Quran and Hadith to live a peaceful life. Scholars use some references to define something halal or haram but some don't get the actual reference and which is why they make mistake on such issue.
1869  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🥥 BetCoCo 🥥 -🔥🔥Bonus upto 0.5BTC a month 🔥🔥 on: September 25, 2022, 03:14:50 PM
It's very unfortunate that you have been linked to those scam casinos when you only want to promote your casino
Betcoco and other casinos mentioned here must have got the same license from the same issuer which isn't something new here nor they should be worried because this is not the first time here. A few days back, some people were claiming that SandBoxCasino and owl.games were from the same owner while the truth as per the owl.games is they were using the same license issuer as of SanBoxCasino. This is great that BetCoco is trying to get engaged with the community but they should be consistent and most importantly follow the forum rules as said by  DroomieChikito.
1870  Economy / Lending / Re: [W] $500 loan in btc. Repayment $550. in 3 days on: September 24, 2022, 04:49:53 PM

Type of Collateral: My balls.
According to Google search, it says, the p;rice of BALLS is $0. How do you expect to get $500 loan with collateral of BALLS which have zero value? And what if you can't repay the loan on time? Will the lender be able to sell them? I would say you rather try to sell them locally. Some people may get interested.

What is right? Do you need USDT or BTC? And how much you want to take as a loan either it is 1000$ or 1200$.
Do you take all these things as collateral  Cheesy What else, please?
1871  Other / Meta / Re: How to change password if I have forgotten it? on: September 24, 2022, 04:21:53 PM
I heard android phones are secretly reporting to google all the time what you are doing, if you are walking, seating, riding a bicycle, running, or standing...
Last week, I was talking about buying a trimmer with my wife. It wasn't over phone. It was my surprise to see ads for trimmers everywhere. I don't think it's a coincidence. We are being tracked all the time. It's hard to avoid all these. Also, it's not me. I have seen this a few times on quora/Reddit, asked by some other people.

Too much offtopic here. Sorry mods  Cheesy
1872  Economy / Gambling / Re: How is your casino profile looks like? on: September 24, 2022, 03:09:32 PM
I don't think you should ask for such information publicly and why would even people share this? This information will likely attract the hackers to trick you in the end. Also, this shares people's gambling life which I don't think people should share on an internet forum. I consider this as a private inmformation.

Personally, I'm not a big roller and that's what I'm sharing only.
1873  Other / Meta / Re: How to change password if I have forgotten it? on: September 24, 2022, 02:53:50 PM
I am still able to get in from an old computer where I had stored my password in the browser.
At the risk of stating the obvious: can't you get the password from your browser? Depending on the browser it should be somewhere in Settings > Passwords > Saved Logins > Search "Bitcointalk" > View password.
Alternative-
OP can simply land on the login page and go to the inspect element of the page.
From there, search with "password", change the password type into text from password, and hit enter. That's pretty much easy to get the password.

If you are using an old Microsoft Internet Explorer browser,  there is no provision to view passwords but I have had great success with:

IE PassView v1.42 - Recover lost passwords stored by Internet Explorer Copyright (c) 2006 - 2019 Nir Sofer

https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/internet_explorer_password.html
I really can't remember if the saved password can be accessible if someone is using Internet explorer through my above trick. I think it's possible.

Edit- I just tried browsing the older version online and there's an option of page source.

OP- Opening Poster
OP- Opening post

1875  Economy / Reputation / Re: Choice of Username and people's perception on: September 22, 2022, 02:12:24 PM
As they say, "Don't judge a book by its cover". There's no point in judging someone through an internet forum username. Do people think I'm a Little Mouse  Cheesy lol. When I registered here, I was trying to get something unique that I never used in any other forum or anywhere on the internet. I believe most people pick usernames in that way.

I got remember a forum username- ikilledcobain (can't remember where I have seen though.)

Roll Eyes
1877  Local / Other languages/locations / Re: বাংলাদেশ (Bangladesh) on: September 21, 2022, 04:23:26 AM
Wink
1878  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Internet detective Shahan is likely a future scammer on: September 21, 2022, 03:36:59 AM
I have talked with shasan a lot of times, have traded more than $300/day (not month) risking the fund (I went upfront) and everything went well and as expected. He is more than a nice guy. Why are you making stupid accusation? Shasan has some good feedbacks on his profile and some of them say how much he has traded here. Stop your shit comment on him.
And why such insult to a nation? There are culprits everywhere, there are rich people everywhere. Someone from Bangladesh doesn’t mean he earns the average. He can be far upper than you can think of.
1879  Other / Meta / Re: Forum Improvement - My Wild Idea/Suggestion. on: September 21, 2022, 01:48:43 AM
I don't think it would be a fair system. Rank shouldn’t be taken down by any chance. Imagine, satoshi not having a single merit (he is not active, though he gets a lot of merit). What would happen? He would be a Newbie account someday? What would happen after he reach newbie? Brand new? Kidding. Imagine this exact scenery for satoshi and then the whole system will look like pointless. There are a lot of old Legendary members (who I consider the true Legendary) who aren’t active anymore. It’s hard for them to get merit if they don't post. Why would you want to take their rank down?
1880  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🥥 BetCoCo 🥥 -🔥🔥Bonus upto 0.5BTC a month 🔥🔥 on: September 20, 2022, 05:43:51 PM
So, which one is right or am I missing something?
Either up to $150 bonus is for deposit through Visa and Mastercard only or the on site figure 200% is correct. It seems both correct, as I said, with Visa and Mastercard deposit, you will get up to $150.
On the other hand, up to $200 is for crypto deposit and this is applied if you choose to have a 200% bonus on first deposit. But if you are going to deposit big, you will have bonus up to 0.5 BTC but with 100% only.
