1881  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Happy accidents on: May 05, 2019, 08:20:04 AM
What are your gambling accidents that ended up did good to you instead of bad, mine was setting up a reverse martingale instead of the normal martingale with starting bet of 50k satoshi, it ended me winning 0.0035, i immediately ended it when i realize what was happenin
That is a lucky accident. Well, I never bet accidentally instead I am more accurate when I bet. I am not making a fast bet and I always double check ever bet I made.

Though I am not still sure that I could not experience in the likes of this scenario but there is a possibility that one day it could happen.

I might be mading it accidentally when I bet so that it will going to happen butnof course it will still depend on the results.
1882  Economy / Economics / Re: Will governments create their own cryptocurrency that will replace fiat? on: May 05, 2019, 08:16:12 AM
No, I do not think the right word to be used is replace but it should an option. Fiat money has been useful and this is why it has been long use since the old days began trading using fiat.

The government can make their own crypto and this will not going to replace fiat but then it could be added as a secondary money or alternative to fiat money.
1883  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is urgent. Argentina is printing free money too on: May 05, 2019, 08:12:27 AM
After the Fed, ECB, BoJ and PBoC printed over U$ 300 trillion in debt (free money because this debt will never get paid) now non-reserve currency countries want to join the party too.

Argentina is printing free money for their own purposes: https://twitter.com/dlacalle_IA/status/1119660655005634565
"The big guys are doing it, why can't we do it too?"
Why does the US get to print money to save their banks? Why does China pump their stock market by printing more money whenever the stocks dip?
This may be the beginning of the new crash: every country out there decides they want to do quantitative easing too.
US banks got bailed out, why can't governments get bailed out?

Quote from: Daniel Lacalle
The Argentina case should be a serious warning for those defending "printing money to finance government spending".
If thats the warning then what is Venezuela? Argentina WAS bailed out, without anyone expecting it, back in the 2000s by none other than Hugo Chávez, who literally saved Argentina when she was defaulting on her debt and no one wanted their bonds. Chávez ordered a massive buyout (using Venezuela's money, mostly from State oil PDVSA and taxpayers) to help his friend Kirchner, and the bonds suddenly soared so high that Kirchner sold them and paid the entirety of the then Argentina's debt with it.

But then socialist policies came and wasted all the money again, and now nobody bails Venezuela which is in a far worse position and for a far longer time now. 60% yearly inflation? try a million and see if you like living with 5 USD a month, that's the Venezuela where a de-facto government INSISTS in financing all the insane socialist spending by adding money digitally (because printing banknotes is too expensive in this day and age).

I don't understand how someone like Macri who is a businessman would agree to fall into this trap. If you can't pay your bills start shrinking that State, sell what needs to he sold and re-float the country like you would with a company in red. If he lets the socialist thinking prevail, Argentina will have a much grimmer future, just look at Venezuela.
Well it could also be done with the venezuela if there will be a massive buy out of the argentina currency. However, if there ain't then this is where the problem will be remain a problem.

For now, a good solution from the debt must be address. I do not think that printing money will solve the problem since inflation rate still experience. Why would not sell the assets to other countries like opening it for investments? I think many people.would invest and that will help also the problem's economy.
1884  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is heading back to $6k on: May 04, 2019, 05:31:27 AM
Bitcoin now going 6K it almost reach to 6K usd as of the present where I have made an online checking with btc markets. This is good news to every btc holders out there. I just wish that bull run will going to happen this year as 2019 will end. This is what we are looking for during the end of 2018 crypto market to which it did not happen.

1885  Economy / Economics / Re: Should there be a tax on capital gains? on: May 04, 2019, 05:28:08 AM
Yes this is what a tax payers would like to have a lesser tax fee. But, I do not think government will going to change this because.there is a huge money flowing in this matter. Imagine that every transactions he capital gain tax will be 7.5% of the money being transacted.

Taxes are the blood of the government expenditures and because we are talking huge money then this is why politician are.buying.votes just.to win during election and will.manage huge money for their own interest.
1886  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is following the same path of 2017 on: May 04, 2019, 05:23:02 AM
I think bitcoin doesn't follow its path in 2017, and I'm not sure whether bitcoin will be high in December, and bitcoin still needs more time for it, my estimate is that bitcoin will rise in 2020 or 2021.
Well, OP just stated probability and of course if it did will going to happen we will be all happy. Bull run means good profit. I.do.not think that you do not like to have a bull run in the near future.

So, if bull run will not going to.take place this year then that would still be alright as long as the market recovers and has a good market price for every crypto that includes the number 1 crypto which is the bitcoin.
1887  Economy / Economics / Re: Big risk ,big results. on: May 04, 2019, 05:18:11 AM
Yes, small money is a good start to trading. If one will be successful then it is an indication that growing up the capital for trading will be good. But, I did not hear any good stories regarding with the traders here in the forum. Most of the traders had gone ups and down but mostly down like to what happen during past few.months where market is down.

So, traders will going back to the old tradition and that is by holding crypto.
1888  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you need cash for everyday use? on: May 04, 2019, 05:12:11 AM
Can you really use only cryptocurrencies or fiat without cash form in everyday life?

For the current state of my country, i cannot use cryptocurrency almost all of the time. We still dont have any technology that can support a fully non fiat payment system although we are a free country that can use cryptocurrency as we want. The least we can do now is to buy load and pay bills using crypto through an app.
Well, you do not need to worry there buddy using bitcoin is only an option. Now, why you need to use bitcoin anyway? Are you having huge transactions and just want to be an anonymous locally in your own country?

Bitcoin is indeed useful in to some scenario. This is why to.those users alreadt using bitcoin are fortunate enough already because they are benefiting the technology.
1889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is regulation good or bad? on: May 04, 2019, 04:58:59 AM
Yes of course it is good because many team conducting ICO projects that are greedy and just created tue project but their only intention was only after for the money they will gathered and then they will left the project abandon it after it will get listed.

Though not all becuase.some.of.the ICO projects are good even without the regulation coming from the government.
1890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this really better than Bitcoin? on: May 04, 2019, 04:56:03 AM
Yes of course there are more crypto which is better with bitcoin from its platform to implementation. As we all know that bitcoin was created for the purpose of decentralizing transactions using p2p concept that banks could.not offer. This wi reduce the transaction fee that will take place in the transaction using the third party service in the likes of banking services.

So, other projects or platform has created a coin also in different way of utilizing it. And it will be matter of time that these projects will also get their chance to shine.
1891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook is raising money for Facebook Coin on: May 04, 2019, 04:47:16 AM
Too late. They most likely missed the crypto train. Banning crypto ads and accounts damaged their reputation and it wasn't already in a good shape before it.

It will still create some hype however. It still has a name which is worth millions of dollars. Just a name...
No, I think you are wrong when you compare fb coin number of users and number of users in.bitcoin or even add it all users of all cryptocurrency would not surpass by fb users around the world. Guess, if all.will be inform by the fb coin in facebook platform then it will be huge. And as what OP stated that it may even surpasses bitcoin.
1892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Drop in ICO Price after listing on: May 04, 2019, 04:43:10 AM
Well it could be that you are not lucky. This is so one of my observation as a bounty hunter and fortunately I did not invest in any project for I know that most.of the project goes down after listing. Some may not gone to listing in any exchange at all which bounty hunters will use the decentralized exchange to trade tokens at low price.

Thanks to.decentralized exchange for even without listing the bounty hunter can still sell the received rewards token though at low price.
1893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one is favourite bounty in 2019?? on: May 04, 2019, 12:38:49 AM
2018 was not really that profitable unless you have multiple accounts that could join.different projects. But, it is still not a reason for one to earn in bounties as many projects are failing and in fact it reaches to almost 80-90% of the ICO failed or belongs to the fraud projects. This study is conducted by the crypto enthusiasts from the different countries around the world and ine can google it to support the claim.
1894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto is working among us. In Crypto. on: May 04, 2019, 12:35:46 AM
Yeah of course a system of this so big will not compromise of a just one person. Probably it could be a concept of a one person but not a work of one. The system is a vast and has wide area for consideration for a one person to do it. It needs a team so I do.not believe that a SATOSHI NAKAMOTO is a name of an individual instead it is the name of a team working on it.
1895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Fraud Hits 1.2 Billion on: May 04, 2019, 12:32:44 AM
Truly sad but exchanges and online wallets now are already securing it so as to get away from the frauds and hi jacking. Users also now are more careful on phishing sites though there are still newbies fall for it. We'll just hope and pray that cryptocurrency system will go and prosper and this frauds will get minimized.

It will just be a matter of.time that problem like this will be solved in the near future.
1896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All about bounty payments and its effect to the project on: May 04, 2019, 12:20:45 AM
I was once an investor had few gains to some ICO/crowdsale but made many losses so I decided to stop participating in ICO instead I do bounties and buy it thru exchanges from bounty hunters dumping it.

I know for a fact that most of you know this situation and are guilty of it,  price tends to tank due to bounty hunters selling their share of tokens for cheap. I think its better to pay hunters in eth or other alts rather than risking the price of their token or coin in that way they could also help their investors and boost confidence to their future and their project. Well for me a falling price is a mark of a failing project "ICO's"
Yeah that would be a good idea to pay bounty hunters with eth or bitcoins but I do not think that team handling the project will allow it because they need it more than the bounty hunters. The coin they created is not as valuable as eth and bitcoin for they still need to promote the coin or the project to the community.

And they do not care also if their coins will go down for the investors to hold and not to spend it cheaply as much as possible.
1897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: An old but unexplored project on: May 04, 2019, 12:16:32 AM
I've been tracking Decent(Dct) for a while. One of the first blockchain projects established in 2015. What are your thoughts? Anybody investing in or thinking of doing it? I didn't see much talking about here.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/decent/
Well, it's an old project but seems the project doesn't working well to the community. It's maybe because the project is not really hard on marketing or somewhat. You may check their telegram community, they have less than 2000 people inside their group.
Probably it was just being dumped. I am speculating that team managing the project were now in working in different project for if not then they should considet promoting it and began marketing it to more users in crypto market by listing it in different exchanges. Binance.is one good exchange to be consider if the project has the money to spend for it for listing fee in BINANCE exchange.
1898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Get $40 stellar very easily on: May 04, 2019, 12:12:50 AM
I'm aware of this airdrop but I'm not willing to give in my identity for that $25 worth of XLM.
It is $25 airdrop AFAIK.

https://airdrops.io/stellar/
https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019105951-How-to-participate-in-the-Stellar-airdrop

It was 40usd being stated by OP but to.give the identity is much more precious than receiving money. I have join some projects in ICO and promoting it with KYC but I never did any KYC on which it has a high level of doing it. This is why most of the time.if possible I will not join a project to which bounty manager requires a bounty hunter to do KYC.
1899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading is the key to increase your portfolio in the Bear Market on: May 04, 2019, 12:06:55 AM
Good for you to start your profit and confidently enough to trade on cryptocurrency. I have tried trading before but it seems I am.not good in predicting market price especially from the time that market has fallen. I can't raise even the crypto to.which I am trading. So, this is why I stop trading and just holding some good.coins. I do like to hold ETH, BCH AND BITCOIN.
1900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC or ETH, what good to own now?? on: May 04, 2019, 12:04:14 AM
From.the choices that OP has provided then I do more like on ETH compared to LTC. Though LTC has a good reputation also in the market and as a coin but ETH in my opinion is a good coin to hold. ETH has unpredictable market to which it is highly volatile. ETH also is next to bitcoin in terms of its market cap volume meaning that tye common users prefer to hold ETH than other crypto. But, it is still bitcoin as a best coin to.hold.
