If i'm an investor I would trust this one and decide not to invest. First of all, bitcointalk is a forum where you can share your knowledge and also learn many things about crypto technology. You can't withdraw any balance from bitcointalk forum. You can earn crypto here by participating in campaigns, offering services and using the skills that you have that is useful to some people. My guess is that op must have use an email on different platform many timdes and might have been used to some site that is scam unless the op use a dummy email or the site that op visited before might get compromised because of hacking due to lack in security of the site. I agree with ETFbitcoin that your email is already exposed to scammers.

Sites like that are called phishing sites where they will get all the details you submitted. To stay safe from this kind of scam you should also check the sender's email and compare it to the original if you have received one. If you haven't received one yet then you should search first or the best bet is to never open the email sent in the first place.
