1921  Other / Off-topic / Re: My grandfather, ... on: August 14, 2017, 03:48:15 PM
... John William Wonderly, would have been 113 years old today, born February 17, 1904.

What about your grandfather?

EDIT: TO BE CLEAR he is dead, so quit congratulating him. Further, DO NOT READ THIS POST! -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1793933.msg17912746#msg17912746
To my large regret two my grand-dads died yet to my birth. I knew them only on the stories of the parents. The good were people. One of them participant of the second world war.

My grandfather on my dad's side was drafted in the German Army during WWII. Wait, what? My grandfather was a Nazi? Seriously, after all these years (I'm 57), I only thought of him as having serving a stint as a German soldier and not as a Nazi, just now getting enlightened (not meant he being a Nazi is/was a good thing).

Aside: I attended a high school (class '78) that only had one [younger than I] black person attending at the time. Reflecting back, I recall hearing/telling a many Jew jokes but few black jokes as kids do when young (many Dutch jokes because near town of Demotte). That said, BRB. I need to empty the ashtray in my Volkswagen.  Grin Grin Grin

TBC, I have no qualms with any race ... except maybe the Kardashians.  Tongue Tongue Tongue <speaking of race and going full circle (no pun intended), recall that Robert Kardashian once owned an infamous white Bronco that once left his driveway only to return back close to home after some infamous slow-speed chase>

Quoting the below so that I (us) can see the images, with apologies if such was already done after the first page where I had yet to see it, albeit since the thread is still small, I guess I could've clicked all pages and perhaps see if anybody had done so yet, but I digress (as if you didn't see that coming  Roll Eyes):

<EDIT: Looks like I have fix shit again, converting to functioning URLs  Roll Eyes>

So I have been actively trying to find a solution to this robbery of my money! I really need help spreading the word that this company is stealing millions of dollars from people! I tried to contact every social media link they have on their website including twitter, facebook, and every one of the "team" LinkedIn accounts. I also sent several emails to the contact page. I soon realized inspecting the website's code that the link for the contact form doesn't actually have an email account linked to it. So it doesn't actually do anything. I then noticed that at the bottom right of the page there is a support email at support@bitcoingrowthfund.com. This email had an automated response once I sent the email saying that they will respond to assist within 24 hours. It also mentioned that I was ticket # 554. At the time there were only 2000 investors so this means that over 25% of them have eventually sent an email to support! Desperately looking for someone to contact I went to the whois.cann.org website to find the owner info of register contact. I actually found a number in Singapore. I then called that number only to find it was actually a fake number. This website is 1000% fraudulent and needs to immediately be shutdown! This image shows the fake contact info of the website. This image shows the status of my 730 MCAP purchase as "timedOut". This image shows the transaction successfully transferring to BitcoinGrowthFund in the blockchain. This image shows the total time that my support ticket has been processing for two days now!!

Thought we had better internet sleuths here.  Wonder what Homero is doing waiting out his sentencing?  Maybe hanging out at Sea World near his supposed new home?

Maybe Josh Zerlan is giving Josh Garza skydiving lessons at his current gig in KC.

Plead: Please don't tell the former Josh 'bout this post else I'll have my restraining order probation extended another year, I being the ONLY person convicted and sentenced in re the BFL fiasco. How fucked up is that? I'll tell you how fucked up! Josh's main proof to the judge in fearing for his life was a pic I posted depicting the master bathroom of his BTC-house taken years prior to him moving in, I posting it on his birthday when a many of us were sticking it up his ass for stolen valor right here on this USELESS<according to Leroy Fodor> forum. Sans double-checking, Josh Zerlan aka Inaba hasn't logged in since said birthday party.

Q. Were there cookies?
A. Yes, there were cookies.  The cake, however, is still a lie.

Is that a spliff behind his ear?

Excellent Cryptsy spokes-model.

Quick aside:

I just want you guys to know that I'm one hipped dude - I am so hipped into Google! In fact, I just used Google to learn about spliff. How hipped is that?  Cool Cool Cool
1925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Tezos discussion on: August 14, 2017, 01:11:44 AM
Hi Forum,
I would like to buy Tezos when they open, if they dip to or below the ico price.  My question is how will I be able to buy it?

Would I buy on a stock exchange, like a standard stock, or would I need to buy on an altcoin exchange?
If I need to buy on an altcoin exchange, which is the safest altcoin exchange to buy it?
Will I be able to buy in US dollars, or will I need to buy bitcoin first, and then exchange for tezos?

I expect that I will need to buy quick, before the price goes back up.  Please give me some guidelines, on how I should do this and not hurt myself in the process.
Thanks much,

"I don't know absolute nothing about cryptocurrencies", said "MrCoinMan". lol   Grin

FWIW, we're not talkin' 'bout some teenager here looking for advice given that McM types the old-school way, viz. two spaces after a full stop. I'd say this dude's been 'round the block[chain] a time or three, his singular post of a newly created user account perhaps having an ulterior motive.

Personally I think the upper decker (Boss-Style) is the way to go.  Smiley

Do you remember 'The Greaseman'?..
I recall listening to him on the bus outside of Washington DC as all the lil'chillren made their way to school.. He would on occasion remark about how you must never explain the UpperDecker on the radio because if he did.. the next month they'd get reports from all over the country blaming him for the mess..  oh the humanity.

On February 24, 1999, after a year at WARW (now WIAD), [Doug "The Greaseman"] Tracht made a comment about James Byrd, who was murdered in 1998 by being dragged behind a pickup truck by three men, two determined to be white supremacists. The day before, jurors had convicted John William King of Byrd's murder. Tracht had been playing a sound bite of Lauryn Hill who had ten nominations at the 41st Grammy Awards. Tracht then stated, "No wonder people drag them behind trucks." After the comment, he immediately stated that he "didn't mean nothin'." This incident proved catastrophic to his radio career, igniting a firestorm of protest from listeners of all races, including Donnie Simpson, who savaged Tracht on his morning show on sister station WPGC-FM. Not only was Tracht quickly fired from WARW, but he also lost his position as a volunteer Deputy Sheriff in Falls Church, Virginia.

The above begs the question: When will Gay Parades have giant rainbow manatee floats where at the end of the parade all the attendees climb inside? <I didn't mean nothin'<humor in re all entering its butthole and not the blimp explosion aspect>>
1927  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: August 13, 2017, 09:10:17 PM
yeah, my NDA was still valid then and Cryptsy took issue with some stuff I said, so they had it edited out I believe.

Nothing earth shattering from what I remember. Maybe some stuff about how we communicated within the company. I will have to listen back and see what it is.

No one really knew the extent of everything at that time.

Edit :   yeah it seems to be about skype as means of communication and some comments about paul's old house. I asked Rick to remove the part about skype as innocent support staff were getting like 100 hack attempts a day on their accounts if I remember correctly. All of this was discussed back when all of this was going down I believe on the forum here

Got it .

What has this thread reverted to? Over five days between replies? Odd! And that's with Horus posting last, a person whom others still have the red ass for.

FWIW, let's celebrate by me introducing my first use of the following meme:

From the desk of I am a Very Honest Person:

"In 2013, I switched from hardware mining to Pos mining, then on June 1, 2014, I announced to the world that I'm new to cryptoland via my first ever user account in the crypto space because I am a very honest person. Then on June 9, 2014, I announced on my Facebook page to my family and friends how I'm in the process of procuring my very first bitcoin miner because that's where the money is."

To reiterate, ALL the venerable Leroy "Honest Person" Fodor (or anybody else on the planet) has to do is produce the court docs depicting that I was/am convicted of rape like he has stated countless times across the Internet, and he would be vindicated as cryptocurrency's number one serial liar along with I, Bruno Kucinskas, being considered no count in all the crypto space, with theymos banning ALL my users accounts on this USELESS forum. Seriously, these fuckers NEED Leroy "Honestly" Fodor to get their shit together. I'm sure there's a price that Leroy will consider in giving up his gratis gig of island-hopping the Philippines, administering free meetups in teaching the locals how they, too, can go from nothing to operating mega-sized bitcoin mining farms in three months or less, predicated on number of days of sunshine beaming on west-facing solar arrays on hot tin roofs surrounded on three sides by towering trees powering the farms, living quarters, discos, etc.

Thanks to you guys and themerkle!

Found you and themerkle articles when I was looking up foxminers on Google. First I Found the endotherm article. 😄
All the scams in the last months and years with all those coins or mining Equipment leads in most cases to bulgaria and romania, I think there is a possibility of a connection. I made it a Hobby to collect all the information and read every article, comment and forumthread. That's why it hits me now about those countries, I read it over and over again. Best example onecoin.

OneCoin is so yesterday. In vogue today is EthTrade-cum-Ethereum Plus.

Asking for somebody else who asked me - any tools currently available?

Myself, I used to do it the long way - by hand. I know that 3-LAs do have tools at their disposal that can do some very amazing things in performing said tasks, some aspects you'll be shocked to learn about if not versed.

any news??

anyone knows where we can check how much money they did on their ICO???

They postponed it because their founder is busy getting harassed by all the people he signed up to ethtrade. I think he also got spooked at my accusation of him being the ethtrade founder... which would explain why ethtrade suddenly started admitting losses but trying to pivot to Bullcoin as a way to escape (or rather, prolong) their public collapse.

Sounds to me like the venerable Leroy "Honestly" Fodor is thier current consultant-in-cheif. HAHAHA

<emphasis [& HAHAHA] is a nod to Leroy's grammar prowess et al.>

If you like Ethereum Plus, you're gonna love Blockchain Plus ...

Finally, this is the right time for Blockchain. After years of market cultivation, the role of this technology has spread. Digital currency users have greatly increased, gradually becoming more mainstream. I think we're at the phase where we can can call this phase "Blockchain Plus", where we will see the biggest portions of growth. Traditional industries like: Financial, insurance, health care, retail, and so forth will really start to utilize cryptocurrency soon. I think the best times are ahead of us, and looking forward, Quantum is going to play a part in changing the world."

Personally, I'm bullish for RateCoin 2.0.
