Sometimes I think which of the years will be more valuable in bitcoin in the next 3 years. could it be before bitcoin forking or after? some bets will go on before the forking which could increase the price. Will it be much better after all most especially into end of the years involved?

The idea of the price manipulation is to benefit mainstream/institution to get into the market at a low price and possess a large portion definitely from the smaller holders. This will allow more funds at larger realm to flow into the space, though it may start in bits. It was announced on most of their media: medium, telegram, bitcointalk etc. around a month ago. I am not sure they could have raised the fund if they had not extended the date of the ICO. The softcap was easy and the hardcap is closer at 94% but was getting slower towards the end of the ICO, Maybe because the site is not regularly updated.
