And it's doing my fucking head in. I have nothing against weed and am in fact pro-drugs, but this shit fucking reeks and often makes me feel sick. It's complete schwag weed and he continually coughs his guts up pretty much every-time he smokes it from 6 in the morning to midnight. He coughs so violently that I've heard him puke several times. My windows are always shut yet it still gets in and smells vile. What do I do? If I ask him to stop doing it, I doubt he will. Do I threaten him with the police if he refuses? I don't want to do that, but this shit is making me feel physically sick, especially when he barfs. He lives with his grandad who has hated me since I was a child. He even attacked me on one occasion for no reason what-so-ever. I don't mind his grandson smoking it as long as I can't smell it or hear him. He also has a 1-2-year-old girl and often leaves her in the house whilst he goes outside to smoke. I can hear her crying and screaming whilst he's outside. Well, the most serious issue here is the child. If the child is neglected because this individual has to take care of his narcotics habit, that's seriously fucked up, and something you as an adult should do something about. No matter what you do, and how this turns out, it's going to be ugly one way or another. The way of least resistance would of course be to move somewhere else if you can do that, and just pretend that you never saw, heard or learned anything. After all, kids are dying, being mistreated and neglected every day of the week all over the globe, there's not much you can do to change the evil ways of the world. As I mentioned before, I've lived in this house practically all my life. He's been living there not even two years, so I'm not going to move just because some scruffy chav degenerate wont stop smoking his shitty weed. If I ask him and he doesn't stop, he'll be getting blasted with a water pistol until he gets the message. And it shouldn't be ugly situation at all. All he has to do is respect my wishes and smoke somewhere where I can't smell it or hear him puking his lungs up. |

Is no one interested in learning how to do things that actually get good jobs and pay money? like i said, "good jobs" are a dying breed. the middle class is dying. and yes, there are a lot of uneducated people in america.. and it's moreso the ethnic minorities that get the shaft. it's not easy being broke, going to school and racking up a big bill for a "possible" job that may or may not pay out. for example, medical assistants pay $20k for training, and once they finish, they often start with $11/hour jobs. their debt just piles up while they earn $20k a year to live off of. This is why all education should be free. Universities are just a business selling you qualifications that can end up being worth little. And I don't believe in these class systems at all. How do you define classes? By how much money or qualifications people have? The class system is just another way for the elities to divide and discriminate against people and pay them a shit wage. |

Paypal typicall takes no stance for the buyer or the seller when dealing in virtual goods. So money is transferred, nothing happens. Problem is that buyer will use a compromised account to buy it and sellers will take advantage of the fact that paypal won't reverse the money because the item was virtual.
They don't even have to use a compromised account. All they have to do is tell them they didn't authorise the transaction and they usually get their money back. Paypal really need to get their act together. ebay allow people sell cryptocoins only if you send them in usb pendrive lol
