The last few times I have attempted to post, it gives me an error saying that it has been less than 360 seconds or something since my last post BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE!
So I try again and it tells me sorry, you have already posted that yet it never shows up!
Please help
I want to see if anyone else has coinex.pw down? I am getting service unavailable and yet no one here is talking about it.
Just wait 6 minutes and try again. If you keep trying to post in quick succession it'll probably think you're trying to spam and reset back to 360 seconds.

$10=100k dogecoins ~ So $10 for 1million? I think it is way too high, are you sure? I don't know how much the coins are worth, but 100k = one hundred thousand.

Don't sell BTC for paypal/ebay. The only sure fire way to not get ripped off.
I would trust a e-check paypal transaction more than a credit card/debit card transaction through paypal, but I wouldn't trust paypal to begin with.
Yeah. I remember when somebody sent me an e-cheque on paypal years ago and it took ages to clear. Why couldn't he've just sent you the money via the regular paypal way? I'd stay well away from selling BTC or goods for Paypal. Far too easy for the seller to be scammed. Hmm.. He just sent this message with a lot of bad spelling: "hi i dont know what happened i just made payment... i made 2 purchases and this was third so ebay made it so that it became echeque whcih sshould clear in 2-3 days...but i really need to get these coins right now... payment is made and will automaticaly clear by ebay and paypal.. and cant be canceled in process(unless cancled by u) so i guess its safe so can u please transfer coins u payment will automaticaly clear by max 16 as paypal says" What can I do about this?? Personally if I was you I wouldn't send the coins and just cancel the cheque and the listing. Tell him you can't accept a cheque as you need the money instantly and/or you've already sold the coins. Well, that's where the problem comes in, cause I didn't know he payed by E-check 5 min after i sent the BTC.. :/ What happened was that I got the fine confirmation mail from ebay, saying that I had recieved the payment. 5 Min after i got the paypal mail saying he payed by E-check, something that had never happened before. Ofc I wouldn't had sent the coins until the money was there if i knew that he payed with E-check at the first point! So.. I have sent the coins, maybe I get my money maybe not, I know his real name, living place, etcetc. What do I do? Go to America?! lol If and when the funds do clear, withdraw the money straight to your bank account and just hope for the best. Hopefully he wont be a scammer. Keep us updated. So, how can he "scam" me after the money is withdrawn to my bank account?? If the charge is disputed your PayPal balance will go negative. PayPal will pull the funds back from your bank account, or send you to collections. Even if they don't your account will be permanently suspended until you repay the negative balance. This. However, I'm not sure if they can pull the money back directly from your bank, but they will give you a negative balance, and if you refuse to pay then eventually they will send out collections letters from a collection agency or whatnot. Hopefully you might be able to dispute it successfully though.

I also heard the forum is getting new software soon
I read that line and thought the same Care to elaborate? For some, "soon" is equivalent to "two more weeks™", for the forum software, "soon" is more like "two more years" Ha, figured it may've been something along these lines. Is there any updates on the avatar situation?

i am trying to spamwhore myself for this month, so i haven't been the best with punctuation or grammar another thing that gets me is your and you're. if you are unsure, just use "ur." maybe it's not correct, but it's a lot better than "your." btw, i had someone tell me "your redicules." also, there, they're, and theirThe best one is when somebody says 'your retarded' haha. It's like they've punched themselves in the face. I've also seen a few people complain about somebody else’s grammar and spelt it grammer. Idiots. This tread is full of loosers.
Your write . Yes, proper grammar is important, but it's not that big of a deal. But sometimes improper grammar could get you put on the Sex Offenders' Register: "Let's eat out children" Vs Let's eat out, children . Panda eats shoots and leaves vs Panda eats, shoots and leaves Cum on grandma.

So basically it doesn't say anywhere that its against the forum rules? Using common sense, I'm pretty sure it is. Why have all these policies to prevent spammers if accounts can be bought over. Sounds pretty counteractive.
(This 360 second posting rule is getting on my nerves!)
Well yeah, it is silly. I don't think it should be allowed at all, because 9/10 the accounts will be used for nefarious purposes. And the 360 seconds is annoying, but it's only for a short while. Mine is only 60 seconds now, but I'm sure it's actually less than that.

Taxation is theft. I don't think we should tax Starbucks more, I think we should tax everyone else less. Not at all would be prefered.
Don't misconstrue this to mean I don't think people should pool part of their income together for projects the benefit the "greater good"... just that it is immoral for it to be forced. Theft is theft, no matter how legitimate the state finds itself.
At what percent is slavery moral?
You can argue that property is theft. I think taxes are great, as long as they are fair and just and spent on the right things. If we didn't have taxes how would we pool money to build schools, hospitals and roads etc? Corporations would likely just take over, then we would have to pay extortionate fees and tolls on roads etc. I'm a big believer in that everybody chips in a little and everybody benefits a lot, but only if the system is fair, but of course you have to find the balance.

And why are the books banned? Were they written by slanderous racist twats or something?
I meant that they are not be available from mainstream book stores. Well... one man's hero is another's terrorist. That's true. Can anyone recommend any decent films/docs on him as well?

Is that even allowed!?
Apparently it's not disallowed.

I'm in the UK. I've got a gyft account, unfortunately there isn't much choice yet for UK customers - they've said that they will be looking to improve this in 2014.
Can we use Gyft in the UK? Yeah, just not for very much right now. We have a very big market for gift cards here though so hope to see that change next year. Which ones can we use? As I mentioned in the other thread, buying giftcards would be a quick and easy way to convert you BTC into something you can spend on the highstreet, but here's hoping we wont need to use Gyft and many highstreet stores will just start accepting BTC themselves in 2014. Choose the UK option and see what there is. Just signed up and there doesn't seem to be any UK merchants currently, unless I'm doing something wrong. According to this UK amazon vouchers are coming soon though.

If Bitcoin price became stable and an e-commerce giant like Amazon added it as a payment option then 100% yes. Once a giant online retailer ads it thousands more will follow
This is exactly what needs to happen. If a big retailer does start accepting it it'll most likely push the value through the roof and more and more retailers will indeed follow.
