Hallo,
also momentan arbeitet es schonmal. Rechtsklick > Öffnen mit war ja schonmal einfach.
Nun steht dort Blockdatum 8.2.2014

Hallo,
erstmal ganz herzlichen Dank.
Lg

Gibt den Eintrag bei 0.5.17 noch nicht? (Screenshot ist von 0.5.18, aktuelle Version ist 0.5.19[1])

-> https://i.imgur.com/6JyWNOX.png

[1] gibts hier -> https://multibit.org/releases.html#0.5.19

1966  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Core version 0.12.0 is now available on: April 06, 2016, 11:54:48 AM
i don't think there is need to shift on new version.
the old one is working perfectly.

Some see it as a vote for bitcoins future. Do you prefer 2 MB blocks ASAP and support classic or do you prefer WegWit first and support bitcoin core. Other than that I have to say 0.12 is significantly faster in terms of sync times (be that full sync or catching up longer periods).
1967  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Import wallet.dat on: April 06, 2016, 11:05:03 AM
I have now the wallet.dat file from the backup button using bitcoin core i can not upload this on any online wallet?

I dont think there is an online wallet that offers this. You can export the keys though and import them into any wallet that allows you to import WIF[1] keys

1968  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Import wallet.dat on: April 06, 2016, 10:40:40 AM
Sorry i open a new topic only for this can anyone tell me if i can still import the wallet.dat from bitcoin core to blockchain.info i can not see the future anymore i need to format my pc but i am worried that i can not restore it to bitcoin core later i like to have the coins on blockchain while i do this

No you can no longer directly upload the file, enter the password and have all keys imported. You can however do the process (exporting and importing) yourself. At least with bc.i wallet v1, I dont know about v2.

I stand corrected, i had no idear this was possible.. sorry for the confusion  Embarrassed

IMHO bc.i is somewhat to blame for the confusion. The page[1] is still online, but is throwing generic errors.

-snip-

Its not how some people on the internet are, the majority gets it and is not banned for spam.

Then what is the problem? If what you say is true then there is no problem.

The problem is that you are attracting more greedy idiots with threads like these and those that get it and help make this a valueable and usefull forum will wander off and no longer care. Already a high number of old and knowledgable members are gone.

What is? Bitcoins value is not measured in fiat.

It is, because fiat takes up 99% of value currently, so it's the de facto benchmark for value.

That may change in the future, but currently, fiat is the best benchmark. It's just relative, if you want you can compare it to gold, but i`ll compare it to fiat.

You are talking about price, not value. Bitcoin has intrinsic value due its properties. This has nothing to do with its price and this is exactly why the greedy can not give bitcoin value. They only see its price.

The network is open to anyone to use, but not everyone adds value to bitcoin. Also, the point was not bitcoin, it was this specific board. People come here to exploit signature campaigns, they will get banned, because the forum has to defend against them. If the forum and its users would not defend, the forum would be unusable because it was ruined for everyone by some greedy idiots.

I was referring to commies and socialists here. They bring in their ideology, to build in a wealth redistribution mechanism in the protocol.

It's ridiculous, but they also bring their comrades and add a net 1 million dollar to the community.  Their stupid idea fails, but they still brough 1 million dollar in bitcoin.

Therefore they have added a net positive value to bitcoin.

If they build something, shitposters dont build anything. They just rehash. This is exactly my point. If they come and learn and grow and want to understand bitcoin they can contribute to its value by explaining it correctly to others. The more people deeply understand bitcoin the better.

Again, misquote, I said that not you. You sound like someone that watched Wall Street, but did not understand its message. Humanity was not build on greed and backstabbing, but on cooperation.

Posting here for a few satoshi is no road to success, unless you learn while doing so. Focusing on 80 posts a day will leave no room for learning or growth.

I get it, i`m here for bitcoin, but you have to understand that 90% of people are sheep, and only do what they are told.

Im not so sure about this. There is so much information (in the internet in general, not only about bitcoin) that people can easily feel overwhelmed by it. I think they are not sheep, they are just scared because they dont want to make the wrong decision. Failing to see that there are no wrong decisions in ones own life.

The intellectual class is always in minority, but you have to deal with the majority, in their ways, if you want to expand bitcoin.

Bitcoin cant remain forever a geek/programmer/tech enthusiast community, you also have to add 70 year old grandpas, and 20 year old hippies at some point.

I think we are drifting off a bit from the main topic here, but yes the system must remain open to everyone. I will try to bring this back to the forum and my main point. This forum is not attracting the majority. The majority will install an app and just use it. This forum may serve them though by spreading knowledge to those that help the majority. Discussing ideas on where bitcoin should or should not go. Think about new ways to use bitcoin or new businesses. All this is nothing the majority does, the majority will just consume and use. Pitching this place as a big faucet for posts is doing it discredit. Its a place of knowledge and exchange and yes this will include coins unless you fight against it, but it should not be the main focus.
1971  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: An Online openbazaar on: April 06, 2016, 08:55:30 AM
Isn't that what http://bazaarbay.org/ does?

Looks like you are correct Smiley
OP: maybe you can contact these guys directly, and see if they're willing to licence their script to you?

Looks like there is a lot missing though. I see only a couple offers.
1972  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: An Online openbazaar on: April 06, 2016, 08:34:19 AM
This sounds like a rather large project and I doubt 100 USD in BTC is gonna get you close to your goal. With ~100USD you get a cheap VPS for a year, but it will not attract developers unless they would do it for free as well. Its probably better to look closer into what exactly needs to be done in order to understand the costs better. Once that is done you can easily get in contact with an escrow and collect funds.
1973  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can disappear? on: April 05, 2016, 08:59:41 PM
Bitcoin can disappear?

Yes, bitcoin can disappear, but its not a central service like e.g. paypal where a single company with a single CEO can decide to close shop. Bitcoin works because many people do something for it. Some have mining equipment, some contribute code in their free time, some goods or services for bitcoin, others have servers or run full nodes from home. They all together make bitcoin work. If they all (or a larger number of them) decide to no longer care for bitcoin, it will become meaningless.

And if bitcoin is a scam, what will happen in world?

Everything about bitcoin how works is open and can be examined. If you take the time to learn more about bitcoin you will understand that bitcoin itself can not be a scam same as the internet itself cant. There are scammers that are after your bitcoin though, so be careful who you trust.

People will panic?

I dont think so. I think if bitcoin ever disappeared its either because there is a bigger problem (e.g. no internet) or because it slowly died out.
1974  Other / Meta / Re: Why all the "uᴉoɔʇᴉq" words are up-side-down? on: April 05, 2016, 07:51:59 PM
@mexxer-2 I remember when avatars had been reintroduced and everyone had some random meme avatar.
Heard about that one from QS some time ago. But wasn't it 2 years ago?

Nah, it was last years April fools. Nut sure if there was one two years ago. Probably missed it same as this year.

Avatars are working normally now.

There are a small handful of people who had an animated avatar before this new system. I'm not going to remove those, but if they update their avatars then animation won't be possible.

That could be true, also maybe he was planning to change it at a certain time but then there was a ddos attack and he went to bed or something.

That's what happened.

For the 100days plan:
I have several times said that I need the investments only for dispatching the profit.
All my investors have understood this perfectly.
On a page you see the percentage invested. If one sees 12% this means that the investors get 12% of the estimated profit generated by the site.

For the U2cloudmining system:
it is almost the same principle...hard to explain is few words what you can learn in many pages on the site.

See, this is where you lost me. You say you dont need investments, why take them? Do you keep the invested coins?
1976  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Easy to Remember BTC Address on: April 05, 2016, 07:31:23 PM
tinyurl or any service can do that. But what if you decide to give a different address, and scam people? Why trust your site?

this, also what if the site is down? Why only two digits? Whats once the (2*26+10)2+1 address needs shortening?

1977  Other / Meta / Re: Why all the "uᴉoɔʇᴉq" words are up-side-down? on: April 05, 2016, 07:27:10 PM
You know , thinking about it , was this the first April fool's prank by theymos?
No, I read a thread where it was mentioned that there was a prank last year also.

OP i think the question is answered so it should be locked.

You thread lock fanatics need to chill. It will just result in new threads.

@mexxer-2 I remember when avatars had been reintroduced and everyone had some random meme avatar.
1978  Local / Anfänger und Hilfe / Re: Bitcoin Core Sync abbrechen?!! on: April 05, 2016, 07:01:18 PM
-snip-
Wow, perfekt geklappt! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das unten kommt dann wohl zu spät. Naja, macht nichts.

#1 Electrum besorgen -> https://electrum.org/#home
#2 Neue wallet anlegen, seed sichern(!)
#3 seed sichern(!!!!)
#4 bitcoin starten
#5 key exportieren (wie in der Anleitung auch)
#5.0 aus File -> Receiving addresses die eigene Addresse raussuchen und schonmal kopieren (wir nehmen im weiteren 1blablub an).
#5.1 in der console (Help -> Debug Window -> Console) folgende Befehle eingeben (ich geh von "passw0rd" als password aus) um die wallet zu entsperren. Wenn kein Password gesetzt wurden kann man das überspringen.

Code:
walletpassphrase passw0rd 120

#5.2 privaten Schlüssel zur Addresse erhalten
Code:
dumpprivkey 1blablub

#6 Zur Electrum wallet wechseln
#6.1 Wallet -> Private keys -> Sweep
#6.2 in die obere Box 5blablub kopieren
#6.3 auf "sweep" klicken.
#7 Core die wallet.dat sichern (man weiß ja nie)
#7.1 File -> Backup Wallet...
#8 Core beenden
#9 Core deinstallieren
#9.1 Platte immer noch voll? Im finder versteckte Dateien und Ordner anzeigen lassen und alles in ~/Library/Application Support/Bitcoin/ löschen.

1979  Other / Meta / Re: question on local rules on: April 05, 2016, 01:38:52 PM
You can't change the rules after the fact for the same reason why you can't self-mod a thread after you created it as it wouldn't be fair. As shorena said, just lock the thread and create a new one (and ideally self-mod it if you want to inact your own rules).
So I can't do what I did here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1423718.msg14425704#msg14425704?

-snip-
New local rule: franky1 is banned from this thread from this post onwards.

Nope.
Why not? It isn't retroactive.

The wording of the rule does not allow it.

Quote
26. Local thread rules, if stated properly when the thread was started, specific enough and don't conflict with the forum rules, have to be followed.[e]

In the example there is also a quote by theymos that this was mostly replaced by self mod threads. I would think the same applies. If you want a local rule (or a self moderated thread) you have to do so when you create the thread.
1980  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: blockchain.info API: Payments not forwarded to main wallet on: April 05, 2016, 01:35:45 PM
My problem is: I use blockchain.info API, they create for me a 3rd address, my customers transfer money to address the current 3rd And I do not get the money.

Because 3rd address not transfer money into my own wallet

This is all 3rd address created by blockchain api:

https://blockchain.info/address/1EX5w8F5Pf6ERt5tnQJUMT65mhgAgCVZGc 30$
https://blockchain.info/address/1LxMA884A2ZFNBT5qrTrHTSL2528DceRFb 15$
https://blockchain.info/address/13j7aUkMfdyTbJppCX2KY75DdZUdyJacBY 5$
https://blockchain.info/address/1LVxbkKVHS3zYEPz4d4SfY6UDdE7dQQYEr 15$

i when i access link, it show "UNSPENT"

What does it mean ?

That means the owner of 1EX5w8F5Pf6ERt5tnQJUMT65mhgAgCVZGc (you) did not spend the coins yet.

How long i can get my money ?

Thank you

Its yours already. Im not entirely sure why you cant spend funds via the API though. Might be something you should contact their support for.
