1962  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Bullish News Thread on: September 28, 2015, 06:03:59 AM
Morning coffee and bull news, my fave! Cool

And it will always be Wink

I think that it would be a great thing. This tool use p2p technology (the same used by bitcoin and is the technology of the future). But I think that this replacement it would be not never possible. Skype has a tremendous reputation, a big number of people that use it (I think almost all this kind of communication be realized by this tool) and the last but not the less important is owned by Microsoft. Which will not let go so easy this part of market which owns. Then the quality of calls from skype is excellent, they do updates regularly in order to improve their product and, as I know, have no compliant to any type about it. And at the end if Microsoft will so risks in this competitor will convert in p2p technology its product. With this will be end of story.

I share the same thoughts with you, I don't want to say I'm pessimist about them (Bitphone), but lets wait and see, we don't have anything to do.

Another error in my post. Corrected to the original one. In the last row: "And at the end if Microsoft will so risks in this competitor will convert in p2p technology its product." misses the word SEE after WILL.

It is funny with my errors in this thread. It's the third. I will count those all only for fun.  Cheesy

I bet you more errors to come Tongue

I feel a campaign of FUDs around us, do you feel it as well brother ?

I will try in all my own that the third error be not the last one bro. As for the FUD there are ate least three meaning of this word. Which of those must be taken in consideration by me? You tell me: http://onlineslangdictionary.com/meaning-definition-of/fud

And here is the 4th error, ate instead of at :S

I like the way you are high and drunk man Cheesy

Here is what I meant by FUD : acronym for "fear, uncertainty and doubt". A tactic of rhetoric and fallacy used in sales, marketing, public relations, politics and propaganda.

Then "the first one" of the three meanings.  Wink Then I don't think that here are fear, uncertainly and doubt Fakhoury. Here are confidence, lucidity and fun (even with my errors). This mean that no one of us must worried something but must read all the posts and be happy. As for me, continue with my errors.  Wink
1963  Economy / Economics / Re: Spain : if Catalonia choose independance, what currency will they use ? on: September 28, 2015, 05:57:46 AM
Euro would make sense since people would still move from Spain to Catalonia, if Catalonia decided to use a different currency it might be a headache for the citizens and business who interact with the Spanish part of the country.
Switzerland, UK etc ... dont use euros for example

But must not to be forgotten that don't use neither bitcoin. And will never use it. If you prefer we can bet everything you want about this.
1964  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2016, The Year of Bitcoin? on: September 28, 2015, 05:52:29 AM
well you guys have also told previous year that 2015 will be the year of bitcoin but suddenly the prce dropped from 500$ to 200$ and we are still using it..now I hope the price will go upward again
Seriously, the optimism is great and all but let's be real, nobody really knows what's going to happen.

Finally, someone who think and argues. How is possible to be known what it will be in 2016, in 2017 or 2230? There must be millions of things that can happen and that can have impact on the price of bitcoin. No one can know any of this events. So it's impossible know something. Doing predictions only with a few words only because the night before is seen a beautiful wonder isn't serious and for more have absolutely no basis.
1965  Economy / Economics / Re: In what situations is a barter economy better than a monetary economy? on: September 27, 2015, 07:52:44 PM
In what situations is a barter economy better than a monetary economy?

It is well known that the barter economy there exist before the monetary economy. Normally the new things are improvements of current one. It would be enough this to understand soon that the monetary economy is better a barter economy. But there can be told to many examples that prove this conclusion. I will one here. In the barter economy if an cattleman which have as richness only its sheeps need bread to eat must take one of its sheeps and with it go at the bakery to do the change. One sheep for ten bread (suppose). In the monetary economy it was enough to have the cash or the credit card and you can go everywhere and buy everything in the most easiest way.
1966  Economy / Economics / Re: EUR might drop below USD on: September 27, 2015, 07:40:26 PM
It was that fear before when it was not the agreement between Greece and the country of EU. Even because the ECB wanted an euro less strong because the strong euro damages the exports of EU and maintain the inflation less low than necessary. But now all the things are stabilized and this has very few chances to happen. The monetary policies of ECB will continue but i don't think that those will be so drastic that make the value of euro less than the value of us dollar. It is true that us dollar is evaluated those months about 25% but this is the limit of the increase I think.
1967  Economy / Economics / Re: What you will do if bitcoin price drops to 50$ and you have lots of bitcoin on: September 27, 2015, 07:07:24 PM
Bitcoin may die but technology from blockhain wont die as all already know banks are working into a private blockhain to moove money between them, soo we wont return 100 years .The road is to use it and advance more and more, there is no limit when we talk about the technology

Right but partially. It is everything true about the technology and about its importance and power. But not true the expression in bold. Bitcoin will never die because is the first product of this technology which has proven that it is not only a theory but even practice. The invention of bitcoin and the materialization of it making it a real product of the technology showed that there can be made applications from it. So it have real value and only theoretical one. For this as a first child og its mother bitcoin will be protected exactly like one mother protect his first child. In many mothers the first child is the most loved and the most important of all the others. This can increase more the protection.
1968  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: September 27, 2015, 06:59:10 PM
in week end , i Quit from my day job to go full time opn bitcoin,
i can earning 0.01-0.1 bitcoin in 1 day (trading also some from faucet if i get booring)

maybe  i will quit from my day job but not this time Wink

Please decide: you have quit from your day job as you tell in the first row or you will quit (in the future) from your day job as you tell in the third row. It is to much interesting this your situation when you in the same time are in day job and are not in the day job. Can you write here in which way you can be in the same moment in two different places (work and not in work but somewhere else)?

sorry to make you confused,
every weekend i work full time on bitcoin i earning 0.01-0.1
and everyday i work in real job (Staff Tax at small company)

in future i will Quit from my Tax Job to go full time on bitcopin

This is the right way to write. Now I understand that you are human. While I had doubt about this when I read that you were in two places in the same time.
1969  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: September 27, 2015, 06:39:47 PM
Let's cut the crap. Most of us are just waiting for Bitcoin to finally hit $100 to buy a huge quantity. Am I right or talking out my ass?

I don't know what I will do. Probably I will decide when and if the price will go at that value. But I'am afraid that I will spend a big amount of money buying and then will regret my spent of those (can be to much). Bitcoin is terribly attractive.
1970  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is Bitcoin value more Volatile? on: September 27, 2015, 06:32:10 PM
The reason why Bitcoin currently has a higher volatility than most other currencies is that it is still in its infancy and has a comparatively low market capitalization.
until when infancy of bitcoin?

I think it will not stable forever. it will more volatile when the demand is increase, because the supply is limited.

Maybe you are wrong. That depends from the meaning you give at the expression "it will not be stable forever". If with that you mean that it will be always volatile because the reasons you give ongoing you are in big wrong. With time bitcoin will be more stable every day more. The amount of bitcoin is fixed and the demand for it will be increased (as it is told even from you). This will increase his price but not its volatility. The price can go down but far less and rarely than nowadays and in much more less than the amounts of nowadays. The tendency will be the increase of price and this is called appreciation and not volatility.

If with your expression you mean other meaning name it concretely to be understand without doubts and my explanations would be in vain.

1972  Economy / Economics / Re: A currency based on nothing is doomed to fail. The US Dollar is this currency. on: September 27, 2015, 06:08:10 PM
Very accurate analyse. But even very radical. Fight the dollar - this is the connecting thread. It is nothing, doesn't have any value, will collapse from one day to the other and other conclusions which make us dollar seems like the paper for toilet.

Then bitcoin. The invention. Not a common invention but the invention, the only one that must be the point of reference for the future money.

Good writing that express on one hand the "hate" for the dollar and at the other hand the love for bitcoin.

Now my thoughts.

I thing that dollar is a good money and will not collapse. Are to many which speak for this and is to much time in which is spoken about this but nothing has happen. I can tell that the last months us dollar is increased in value about 25%. This fact is not a sign that show one currency that give signs of collapse but signs of power. Us dollar serve as monetary reserve for most countries (for sure for the most powerful and even more for sure for their who are less powerful). This is a sign of faith on it and this faith protect him even more from various speculations which can be made from their enemies. Conclusion: us dollar is the currency of the world and will be such for more time to come.

As for bitcoin I am a bitcoiner and love him maybe more than you. It is the first product and the first materialized invention of one of the powerful technologies that is invented and developed during all the times. This technology is the base of power of bitcoin and will protect him like the mother its child in the years to come. Because indeed bitcoin is the first child of this technology. Is the first materialization of it which testify that it is not only a theory but a theory that can be practice, that can do products and that can made excellent products. For more about my thoughts regarding bitcoin and his role as a currency (compared even with the us dollar) I invite you to read this my post in my thread. Naturally if you want and find the time to do this.  Wink

1973  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is Bitcoin value more Volatile? on: September 27, 2015, 03:43:26 PM
Bitcoin is an emerging digital currency. The demand and supply of bitcoin is changing in every second. So the bitcoin value is volatile more than other currency.

No it is not true. Bitcoin is volatile because is an emerging digital currency. The demand and supply of bitcoin is changing in every second. So the bitcoin value is volatile more than other currency.

Very hard to learn this. Months and months of study and independent work in mining to find those above. Congrats to myself!

Sorry mate but it is very funny your thread. I don't understand what do you want with it. Maybe there even other factors that have impact on volatility of bitcoin but are casual and cannot be told before they happen. It is all that can be told.
1974  Economy / Economics / Re: New rebublic Liberland to accept BTC as currency on: September 27, 2015, 03:33:12 PM
There is this new Free republic of Liberland which was just founded on internationally free land which no state has claimed. There is a word it will accept BTC as the currency. http://liberland.org/en/about/ http://liberland.org/en/news/

Good for the only resident of this country. Have no need to create the Central Bank, to invent the new currency and to produce it. There is engaged with the creation of the other institutions, the finding of the members of governments, of Prime Minister and all the other chairpersons of all the other institutions.

1976  Economy / Economics / Re: Greece to Receive 1,000 Bitcoin ATMs as Trust in Banks ‘Long Gone’ on: September 27, 2015, 03:24:36 PM
Bitcoin service provider and exchange Cubits has partnered with Greek bitcoin exchange BTCGreece to install 1,000 bitcoin ATMs and help small and medium sized businesses move money.

http://cointelegraph.com/news/115143/greece-to-receive-1000-bitcoin-atms-as-trust-in-banks-long-gone

The most needed thing for Greeks in this moment. Now Greeks finally can begin to know what is bitcoin and will change on it all the 60 euros which have right to have in one day. Then will change those again in fiat money to buy bread and other food to eat all meals.

This is ridiculous. They hope that the crisis in Greece will bring Greeks to bitcoin and they will have big profits. The last thing that Greeks need in these times are those ATM. But who knows. I might be wrong.
1977  Economy / Economics / Re: Our financial problems are derived from money? on: September 27, 2015, 03:14:17 PM
Money and debt are 2 different things. There are monetary systems, (in the academic books), without debt.

In the current system, they are the same. When you have money, you are indebted towards the creators of it, the central banks.

Because you dont own that money, you just borrowed it.

It is not true. If I have money earned with my work that money are mine. Are not borrowed by no one (nor from the Central Bank, nor from my employer, nor by no one other) but my property. Fact is that that money can be spent in the way I do and I spend those in the way I do. I do this thing with my money and never no one have come to me to take those or to ask those. I have spent thousand and thousand of money since I had the first one and no one have told me why you have made this or give me that money. And never will come to ask for take those. Even if will come I will call the police and that man will go in jail.

Hahaha the brainwashing works.

You don't earn money when you go to work, you are given a scam paper certificate. The same way you are scammed to work for a paper crap, the same way the vendors, consumers, producers, investors are also fooled by that.

That currency comes into existence by being borrowed from the CB, and it's passed along the economy. You are also paying interest on it in forms of taxes, which are going directly in the pockets of the CB to pay the interest on this ponzi loan.

Wow, the stupidity know to write. I'm trying to expostulate with your mind even it is hard for me. Can you tell me why the bakers give you bread (with which you feed your wonderful mind) if the money you give to him are not yours? Why him must accept money that are not yours? Why not him go with his bread to some other person which produce the thing he need and made barter. In this way he don't have debit and live his life happy and free. Not only this. You are a thief because you take something that is not yours. Conclusion: you must go to jail.

Not only this. Your money are not yours but are borrowed from I don't know who. You will have never your money to pay off your debt because there are not possibility to own money in your economy. You will work like a mule but you will not be paid for your work. You will have only borrowed money. A little stupidity this thing for me but me are a brainwashing and I don't understand these things. But I have a question. Do you accept that you are a mule? Because the mule work and never is paid. But even the mule take something for its work: the food. You don't have nor that. Here rise another question: Accept you that you are worst than a mule?

1979  Economy / Economics / Re: What you will do if bitcoin price drops to 50$ and you have lots of bitcoin on: September 27, 2015, 02:35:12 PM
if it does, then I will most likely buy more up to about 100 BTC.   lowering my average

I would buy all the Bitcoins I can afford

Too much optimism, I'd say. What if the scenario below happened?

Say most of the major investors and people sold out their coins, and there's no one left but a few couple hundred people who holds btc thinking that somehow it will go up again, Would you be glad and proud that you belong to the thriving and the remaining people of the community of bitcoin or will you have big regrets in the end? Just wondering.

no regrets, and I see Bitcoin as an investment.  If it fails, then it fails, just like other stocks that I invest in.

Its more than that, bitcoin is not just an investment, its the only hope that humanity has to escape from the burdens of economic totalitarianism.

If bitcoin fails, then humanity will fail. And we will be robbed from all our wealth. So the existance of bitcoin is very important.

Fatal words. I see that you are a big bitcoiner but a resident in one other world. Because for sure our world will not finish if bitcoin will fails. Bitcoin is only one currency (yet not accepted or ignored from the most of world after 6 years of life that is to much if this invention it would be so important) which is created by one disruptive technology (which is so revolutionary that can change to many others currently in use). This technology has produced other hundred coins like bitcoin and maybe will create the double of those in the years to come. This technology will be followed by another (maybe after 100 years) much better than that and which will have the same role like this about which we are talking. Only that. The life and the humanity are totally another thing.

I could say you are right, if circumstances were different. However we dont have enough time to try another crypto.

The global economic meltdown is around the corner, and we wont have another 7 years to jump on another bandwagon of crypto.

If bitcoin fails, we will probably lose 100 years of economic development.

I wouldn't be again so fatalist but this time I agree with you in one thing: bitcoin is a great invention. For the other words I can tell that you love so much bitcoin and this make you think and write about it with superlatives. I cannot do nothing to "bring in earth" regarding it but can tell you that I can be fully agreed with if in the bold sentence the word "bitcoin" will be "technology which have invented bitcoin". In other words. it is important the technology which has invented bitcoin and without that we can remain maybe 100 years back. Bitcoin is one of the products of this technology (the first) and is important mostly and primarily for the fact that show (showed at the first times) that this technology can be applied. So it was not only only theory and will be not only a theory.
1980  Economy / Economics / Re: How much do you think silver will go to? on: September 27, 2015, 02:16:18 PM
I think silver is highly undervalued and should be at least on par with gold, maybe its boom is just a little bit behind gold?

Arriving is such conclusion needed to much study and to much analysis. I think that needed much more that that you think to tell that silver must be on par with gold. If you have read something which discuss about this and this writting is serious please give the needed arguments written there in order that here can be real discussion about this sentence.

As for me silver on par with gold is a stupidity (as i know this matter) but I am not a good cognitive in this field. So my words are more intuitive than based in facts.
