1961  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: February 17, 2023, 09:34:14 AM
Beautiful game yesterday and I think this was the best result that could have happened because both teams showed a great performance with me being impressed by Manchester United form and also surprised by the fact that the team with the best recent form in all Europe was not able to win in their home field in front of their home crowd.

Still though anything is open for the qualification as now goals that you score away has no more value so even if it ends 0-0 in Old Trafford we will go to additional time and maybe penalties but I still think that Barcelona will qualify further from this duel.
The caste 2 league now has quite a different atmosphere when there are big clubs in it. With the Barcelona vs Man United match already underway, this has attracted a lot of attention. Moreover, the performance of the two teams was in optimal condition so that the end of the game was dramatic.

Leg 2 which will be played at Old Trafford will certainly be a big test, especially for the mentality of the Barcelona players because at Camp Nou maybe Gavi emotions will not be as tense as today's match. Several times Gavi has been under the spotlight for playing quite rough, Xavi job is to keep his players under control and focus on playing to win. Because when a player's emotions are provoked, Barcelona playing strategy will automatically no longer be well structured.

I no longer consider him a human or a bot, but personally, he is an asset to the forum as well as a source of information. That's the picture I'm making for him now. a small example is when I need a source related to Bitcoin speculation knowledge etc., then JayJuanGee is the reference I'm looking for based on his posting history. I'm sure he's (JayJuanGee) reading this thread and laughing in his chair flipping his legs. JayJuanGee had a wide range of knowledge, always respecting the income of people who differed from him, but what he couldn't help but was that he was generous in giving awards, especially for posters that he could discuss with threads.
1963  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: February 16, 2023, 05:04:58 PM
There are so many bad news was coming but will this news was affecting the performance from barcelona in la liga? We will see that.

I don't think that will reduce Barcelona's ambitions in Laliga, they will continue to consistently play Laliga matches until the end of the season, considering that they have lost the chance to win Laliga for the last three seasons.
It's not easy for Barcelona to reach this point, this season is a big opportunity for them to dominate Laliga
I am optimistic that the Laliga title will belong to Barcelona this season
Barcelona must focus on finishing what they started and what they are holding now. They have been in front of Real Madrid it will be very disappointing if they have to end empty-handed like the previous season where they could not even compete in the slightest. They also shouldn't be complacent with what they have achieved so far, because if they act like that I'm afraid bad luck will befall them.
1964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: February 16, 2023, 03:24:08 PM
I remember when Bayern Munich was playing consecutive and successive draws in the league not knowing that their points are being reduced. Although having 1 point is better than having no point at all. I don't think that Union Berlin can will the league, unless they take the advantage that Bayern is aiming  both Bundesliga and champions league.
In the Bundesliga standings it is now seen that there are three teams that can disrupt the top of the standings if one of them loses their next game. This is obviously very interesting because now Bayern Munich is under pressure and is a very worthy opponent to compete in this season, even though in terms of strength it may still not be said to be balanced. But this time Bayern Munich needs to play more focused so that Union Berlin and Dortmund cannot sit in first place in the Bundesliga this season.
Standings like this make the league more interesting to watch. Bayern Munich is under great threat when they are only a few points away from the team under them. Yes indeed that is the result of their 3 matches which only played a draw so that other teams can catch up with them with a little ease. So now is a situation that their competitors must take advantage of if they don't want to see Bayern Munich return to being champions for many years.

In the next few hours we will witness the match we have been waiting for between the two big teams in their respective leagues, Barcelona in La Liga and Manchester United in the Premier League. There has been a lot of speculation about these two teams going up, Barcelona being the favorite or Manchester United being the favourite. We will see how they will be able to answer the speculations and predictions that exist about them. I hope they can play an open game and make the game interesting to watch.

There are currently rumors that PSG has decided to sell Neymar Jr in the next season's transfer market. Neymar did have a bit of a fight with Luis Campos. We know Neymar's contract at PSG ends in 2025, but from local news, I read that PSG will soon release a low price for the sale of Neymar.

If this really happens I'm sure there are still big clubs interested in signing him. For example, if Real Madrid are interested, this could be a breath of fresh air for Ancelotti in giving new energy to the club.

Club Brugge will face quite a strong opponent where currently Benfica leads Group H above PSG. Benfica, which has played so far without defeat, is an advantage for them to continue to extend their position from PSG's pursuit. Meanwhile, Club Brugge can still surprise Benfica because so far they have started with an unpredictable game. Experiencing a 1x defeat for Club Brugge is still enough to be able to provide resistance for Benfica, who are now without Enzo Fernandez, having lost a bit of strength.

VAR took away PSG's comeback because of a 0.1 cm offsides - it's awful. I'm speechless after that. It's time for a new rule in soccer: "offside only counts if it's more than 10cm." VAR and offsides rob us of soccer, of adrenaline, of a comeback. These things are "Football" for us. It makes me sad that soccer is collapsing and I want soccer to be more interesting.
VAR is still VAR that is still controlled by humans. So it would be too risky if VAR rules all forms of regulation on the pitch where we have lost a lot of moments. VAR is increasingly controversial about its use. It is true that VAR is useful in helping referees to be more observant, but sometimes the use of VAR also causes quite a bit of controversy. Who controls the VAR and it depends on how it is used, it is difficult to avoid problems when VAR is already playing a role on the pitch.

To be fair City has one more game, which means that even if City wins, if Arsenal wins that extra game that would be 3 points. However, if Arsenal wins, which means so much to them, that would make the difference 6 points, and if they win that extra game? Boy oh boy, that is 9 point difference. So this game means so much, it could be a City leadership, it could be Arsenal inching away to victory, it means so much.

I do not remember any game this important for a while now, and even though there are still many games to go, not many will be as important as this one. I am going to avoid betting on this one, it looks too dangerous for me and I am not going to end up doing it.
So far, both teams will be quite difficult to predict who can win the match. Because Arsenal will definitely do their best and try to minimize mistakes. For Man City, this opportunity will clearly have a big chance if it can beat the London cannon. As you said, betting at this time is quite troublesome because taking into account the team's strength it is clear that it can almost be said to be balanced. I decided not to bet and switched to another bet.

Over the past few years, from 2015 to 2019 I have been involved in various fields such as blogger, fiction book writing, being a content creator on YouTube (in the internet world), as for other business fields in the real world, I once opened a screen printing business specifically for music band logos. and I also had time to work with several bands abroad but that didn't last long because the pandemic immediately destroyed my work.

And in 2020 I tried to enter the agricultural sector and so far it has been quite successful. By utilizing land ownership whose territory is still tropical so it is suitable for planting fruit and vegetables. Now for myself, this is my investment that has a long chance, because the level of profit earned from planting seeds to harvest has increased dramatically.

Liverpool managed to win, even Nunez made a good assist for Moh Salah. Although indeed he has not lived up to the expectations of supporters. Of course this result made Liverpool better after four winless matches with three losses and one draw. At least they were able to shift Chelsea while one point ahead. In addition they have a chance to shift Fulham because they have one game less. In addition Gakpo also scored, this is good news for him because it was his first goal for Liverpool.
With this win, at least Liverpool have managed to get out of the successive defeats they have had in recent matches, namely defeat by Brighton in the FA Cup and defeat by Wolves in the Premier League. the first goal was very fast and unexpected. because the goal was obtained from a very fast counterattack opportunity. Nunez and M. Salah put it to good use so that it became the opening goal for Liverpool's advantage in that match. But as a whole actually Liverpool have not returned to their best performance. but well at least now Liverpool looks better than in the previous game.
At least this is a warm-up for Liverpool because next week facing Newcastle who are in prime form this season will be a tougher task for Klopp and his squad. This victory can be the start of improvement but to continue to prove that they are worthy Liverpool must also be able to win against Newcastle. One more thing, Liverpool needs its players to be careful so that no one gets injured because their schedule in the UCL which will be held is not an easy opponent.
1972  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: February 14, 2023, 03:24:10 PM
PSG need to win at home if they want to be in the quarter-finals. If they fail to beat Bayern at home, it will be even more difficult to do so away. This happened in 2021, but it can’t always be like this, it’s a difficult task to beat the Bayern on Allianz Arena, but you shouldn’t count on it. Milan against Tottenham may not be very interesting, I think that Conte will try to draw this match.

I doubt PSG will win this match, even though this is a very important match to win, maybe when PSG's condition drops slightly with our performance we doubt their victory over Bayern Munich, I think Bayern Munich will win the match, and this is the match which is equally important for both Teams, Bayern Munich and PSG I think they have prepared a good strategy in the last 16 match, on the line - Up Mbappe doesn't appear, maybe he will be seen on the bench when he is not fully fit.
For Bayern Munich, the game against PSG is the most awaited even though their performance in the Bundesliga is not very good, but they are motivated to be able to surprise PSG, who are currently not in an ideal formation. A draw can occur if PSG is able to balance the front lines. I know without Mbappe and Messi it makes PSG look dull. The absence of their 2 biggest strengths requires the back line to work harder and avoid fatal mistakes that can open gaps.
1973  Economy / Economics / Re: How Does Debt Crisis Boost Cryptocurrencies? on: February 13, 2023, 08:51:57 AM
The only viable hedge against inflation which is clearly noticed last year is the USDX, it was the only asset in which investors gained while inflation was seriously biting.
USDX? what if inflation hit and your savings were frozen due to the ubiquitous demand for cash advances to survive the inflation spike? clearly USDX reserves themselves, gold, government bonds, and possibly Real Estate as a store of value during an economic downturn. Regardless of all that, when inflation soars, investors will run in search of safe haven assets, including bitcoin. Despite the fact that Bitcoin is not afraid of inflation, investors are riskier for their holdings to remain in full control than the dollar type which is government controlled and easily frozen at any time if necessary to restrain a large printing press.

PSG are going to face the champions of Germany who are not even in a good shape, both teams are just not in their prime with injury problem and other issues which are making them play like lower division teams in there respective leagues. Am not sure if this fixture will be the game to watch despite the fact that we're expecting a big game from both domestic champions, well, time will tell if it will be an interesting game to watch. If I should go for a pick in this fixture, I'll go for a draw.
Why do you say it's worth watching or not just because there's no Messi and Mbappe? precisely here one can see how dependent PSG is on Messi and Mbappe. Even without them, the fact is that this fight is still worth watching. Isn't this to be expected because that way we can measure PSG's true strength if it weren't for these 2 players?

Win or lose, in my opinion, this match is still quite exciting and I'm sure Bayern Munich will be happy to enjoy the game.
1975  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 13, 2023, 06:37:44 AM
Sooner or later, Manchester City can take over Arsenal's position in the standings.
Now the difference with Arsenal is only 3 points with 22 matches while Arsenal have only played 21 matches. The team that Arsenal will play against in the remaining 1 match (Round 16) is Manchester City.

The match will be played on Feb 16, 2023 at Emirates Stadium, but I'm not sure Arsenal can beat Manchester City. If the result of the match is a draw, then the difference in points is also not so far.
Lately Arsenal are experiencing a decline in performance while Manchester City always look promising in every match.
Yesterday's Man City victory brought them closer to Arsenal's points and that became a threat to Arteta and his troops. The second half of the season is increasingly difficult to predict because the competition for the top of the standings will heat up. This is the most important moment where their meeting will greatly determine the extent of the difference in the strengths of Arteta and Pep Guardiola's squad. Interestingly they meet and in my opinion the big match between Arsenal vs Man City will be very dramatic. As 2 people who used to be partners, of course both Pep Guardiola and Arteta want to show perfect results. I don't want a draw because someone needs to stand victorious to prove who deserves to be at the top of the standings.

With this result Man United has placed itself in the 2nd standings shifting Man City, at least temporarily until we see the results of today's match from Man City vs Aston Villa. A great achievement for the future. Garnacho is a dangerous young player with seeds that need to be built on. He becomes a breaker because 1 point is not enough to be safe. For this reason, he became Man United's hero in this match after Rashford goal, of course, additional points were needed. He knows when to take advantage of conditions.
1977  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: February 12, 2023, 08:26:29 AM
Messi is a play maker, that's why Neymar and Mbappe can score many goals. It's really wrong if you think Messi will not give a huge impact to PSG, Messi almost always score a goal or give an assist in every match.

The first leg will happen on PSG's home, if PSG can't win or make it draw, I'm sure 100% Bayern Munich will win in the second leg.

Just check the odds, PSG is currently become an underdog and the odds is close to @3.00 in money line betting option. I think I would bet PSG since the odds is worth it, PSG will play with their best line up.
Messi's role is indeed very important for PSG's attack line this season and he has always been a key player in every PSG game without exception. But if you check the latest news regarding Messi and Mbappe who are doubtful due to injury and in the first leg against Bayern Munich I don't think it's a good decision if you want to bet on PSG.
Without Mbappe and Messi it will be a tough task for Neymar Jr to overcome the attack strategy. It is clear that PSG's attack line will look flawed. I don't doubt Neymar's performance, but it's not enough to rely on Neymar alone. PSG will find it difficult to face their opponents.

Messi was injured at a time when PSG really needed him. Moreover, he faced Bayern Munich, in terms of Bayern Munich's attack power we all know that it is not easy if PSG only plays defense.
1978  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 12, 2023, 08:08:00 AM
I guess that Arsenal had underestimated Brentford because they are preparing for the big match against Manchester City on February 15.
Maybe the gunners are losing momentum after losing points against Everton and Brentford. They will have to win against Man City, if they want to keep their first place and win the Premier League. Losing against City will make the situation worse for Arsenal and the players might not recover from the psychological crisis.
What the hell happened to Tottenham? Humiliating defeat against Leicester. I wasn't expecting a 1-4. Nothing worked for the London team in this match.
At this point I'm sure that Chelsea could lose points against every opponent in the Premier League. 1-1 against West Ham doesn't surprise me at all.

You are right Arsenal underestimated Brentford game and as usual, Arteta is not satisfied with this result, for the second time without winning Arsenal is now worried that their position is threatened. It is possible that there will be many surprises in the future.

On the other hand, Man City also needs to be vigilant because Man United will make more aggressive moves this time and don't want to lose a lot of points after their first game with Leeds in a draw. At least sticking points closer to Man City will really become Erik Ten Hag's target little by little.

Leicester City performance silenced Tottenham without a fight. This is very interesting when Kane is completely unable to move after being guarded so tightly. The attack launched by the Leicester City players was effective and easily penetrated the defense that Tottenham had built. From the first half to the end of the second half, Leicester City enjoyed their game.
1979  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What most gamblers do. on: February 11, 2023, 01:24:29 PM
Gamblers in each country have different characteristics. If in your place they have that perspective and prefer to prioritize gambling then there is nothing they can save. Their money is slowly running out and it is possible that if they have a family they will have difficulty managing the finances that are divided up to support them.

The characteristics of such gamblers are considered excessive or addictions that are severe enough to make it difficult to get out of the gambling zone. Another reason is the environment that supports them to still easily access gambling places. Nothing crossed their minds to have any savings other than the income they get will continue to flow to the gambling house.
1980  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is Gambling? ChatGPT Responses. on: February 11, 2023, 12:48:26 PM
I guess the answer to the 15-50 year old ones was generally the same, the 5-year-old one was the one that most differed from the rest (still the same for the most part, but dumbed down to the level where risks aren't portrayed as serious as the rest). Nothing new or unique, though I did consider adding gacha-type of games for the 5-year-old description initially, but not for the rest.

I do think that ChatGPT's response about what is gambling based on age doesn't really make sense. I mean, regardless of age, the answer will be general. Just look at how the response turned out, almost just identical to each other.
Well, that's how ChatGPT works, it's really generalized unless a specific data or point has it. It was an issue with stackoverflow at some point iirc, it presented seemingly correct answers due to the way the bot presented it, but was actually incorrect.
More precisely the instrument that ChatGPT describes based on age is taken from general experience where children will be simulated regarding gambling with play money and the like. As we all know, ChatGPT is too standard and still refers to the same conclusion, namely risking A to get B, the difference is only in the technique of conveying the language.

But what is the important point here about the involvement of ChatGPT and gambling that we can take? There isn't any!  Roll Eyes
