I think Milan is the favorite in this game as their full focus most probably is in the Champions League now because there is nothing that they can do in order to change things in the Serie A as Napoli is 16 points ahead and the maximum Milan can achieve is to be in the top 4.

The same can be said for Tottenham but lately in their last game they were losing it with a tennis result from one of the weaker teams this season there and I read this as a potential red flag for the game of tonight.

It seems that now Liverpool will be better prepared for the round of 16 match against Real Madrid. in the match against Everton in the premier league we saw Liverpool being able to make a pretty good lead. Even Liverpool's attack pattern looks better than before. well I expect an exciting match between Liverpool and Madrid in the round of 16. But Real Madrid also seems to be starting to show a better game. in the last game Real Madrid won the FIFA Club World Cup Final and became champions. even if it's not a big game. But still, the match was exciting and Real Madrid also impressed. so it is likely that Liverpool will likely have difficulty in the match against Real Madrid.

I agree that Liverpool has been improving as seen by their performance against Everton. They held a commanding lead and looked to have improved their assault tendencies, as shown by their 16 shots and 60% possession. A matchup with Real Madrid in the round of 16 would be thrilling, but as you pointed out, Real Madrid has been playing better recently. I expect Liverpool to have a tough time against Real Madrid, but first they must take on Newcastle. How they do in that game will tell us a lot about how they will fare against Madrid. Keep in mind that Newcastle is currently in fourth position and a formidable opponent.

Tottenham got beaten by Leicester city for 4-1, not sure why you can think they're able to beat AC Milan, AC Milan's players are more prepared and healthy, so they will play with their best line up.

Lol Liverpool only won once from many lose streak and draw, it doesn't improving and there's a high chance Liverpool will continue to lose or draw. Real Madrid is quite stable with their performance, I believe Real Madrid will beat Liverpool. Ball possession and total shots are pointless, you need to check the shots on target and mistakes done from the players, of course you need to watch it.

There is some truth to what you predicted, in general the two teams are up and down in the domestic league, where during the second half of the season, both Tottenham and AC Mila have not shown consistency, so making predictions is still quite difficult for both of them. While Tottenham are still ahead of head to head compared to AC Milan, that cannot be used as a basis either because the two of them have not performed consistently this season.

San Siro is a place full of history in the Champions competition, where they are representatives of Italy who have had good records in the past, but not much more important when last season Tottenham beat AC Milan 1-0. I will also choose to watch and will not bet on the match this time.

Yes, even though Milan and Tottenham are currently in a bad condition and situation but are playing in the Champions League, of course they will still try to be able to play even better. Yes, as you said, it's hard to predict who will be victorious in the milan-totthenham match. I think it makes more sense to bet on the goals to be scored instead of taking sides. I'm not sure but I expect that both sides will try to play with pressure and both sides will score goals with the mistakes they will make.
In the PSG-Munich match, Munich has more deficiencies than PSG. But both teams will fight to win again. We should not forget that PSG spent a lot of money this year. They will want success both in the league and in the champions league.

That was why i said the game is evenly matched, both AC Milan and Spurs can't win their respective Leagues, what they are currently playing for is basically to qualify for the CL next season. Anyway it is always good to get a good result right before a big CL game, but Spurs lost to Leicester City 4-1, whilst Ac Milan beat Torino 1-0, thus AC Milan are prolly the team going into this game with much better confidence.

To me it seems like it was all a strategy of PSG regarding the status of Mbappe. Every time i have read something in the last few weeks about the upcoming match of PSG vs Bayern Munich today it always said, that Mbappe will miss this match for sure. Now a few days before the match suddenly Mbappe is able to play. So it really smells like a strategy of PSG to me.
I don't know though if Mbappe is really 100% fit and ready to go over the full lenght of the match, or if he is only able to play for like 60 minutes or if he is only able to get in for the last 10 minutes or so. We will see. In the end Mbappe is just one player out of 22 so it is not like that this is changing everything.

When I look at Wednesday's matches, I think we are in for some good matches again. These matchups are going to be really strange. In-form Dortmund will host Chelsea at home. Dortmund haven't lost in the league for 5 weeks and they are playing well. Chelsea, on the other hand, are out of form and unpredictable in matches. They play good and bad.
The other match on Wednesday will see in-form Benfica away to Brugge. Of course Benfica is the favorite and they are really on their own in the league. They don't lose easily and they don't concede goals. A more careful match awaits us.

Chelsea hasn't been winning games but they haven't been playing badly of recent so don't expect Chelsea to be the underdogs against Dortmund. When we talk about the champions league experience, Chelsea has more than Dortmund so they should be having the upper hand. Also looking at the individual teams, Chelsea has a superior team and form what I see form their recent games, they have finding some chemistry between them and them knowing that the game against Dortmund is a very important games, I think they'll turn up more.

Chelsea last game in the premier league which they played against West Ham, saw Chelsea score 3 goals within 16 minutes of play but two was ruled out for offside. Chelsea now has an attacking force that is capable of scoring goals so that should be able to upset Dortmund plans of progressing to the next stage of the competition.

 

If you look at the results of the last 10 matches of the two teams in all competitions, I think Chelsea still won't be able to beat Dortmund. It's not only Chelsea's performance issues that are taken into consideration, in my opinion the Chelsea players still lack coordination and often miss communication between players. Meanwhile, Dortmund have now appeared so consistent and the return of Sebastien Haller has made the attack line even more frightening.

Moreover, Chelsea only won 2 wins and for Dortmund they won 7 wins, with a result like this it is certain that they will experience failure in the UCL. Chelsea's first leg match must fly to Signal Iduna Park which is Dortmund's home ground. I think this season will be a very difficult season for Graham Potter and all of his players.

No doubt that Chelsea is in a whole lot of trouble and their achievements over the last couple of weeks have been negligible at best. Still they have some strong players and we know how these games can go. They are not some second division average club. I agree that if those statistics apply, Dortmund is the favorite and I think that the home game is a huge advantage for Dortmund as the fans are backing their team without a doubt and they'll go the full distance cheering for them. Chelsea is in a more difficult position when it comes to their fans. If Dortmund can score the first goal in Chelsea I think that the fans will slow down a lot and become relatively quiet. I expect Dortmund to go all out in the first leg and perhaps Chelsea might be overwhelmed. The longer Chelsea can keep a clean sheet, the harder it will be for Dortmund. Even if Dortmund will put emphasis on a strong offensive game, they should avoid at all cost to concede some easy, unnecessary goals. Even if Chelsea isn't at its best right now, easygoing nature by Dortmund could still lead to being eliminated.

True, therefore Dortmund must make good use of the bad situation that is currently being experienced by Chelsea. I don't even have good hopes for Chelsea's performance in the match. Dortmund must be able to secure aggregate points at home, so that when they continue the second leg match at Stamford Bridge in March, they have very good capital to maintain their advantage.

That's the point. Dortmund needs a strong first leg in this matchup. The game at Stamford Bridge is more of a coin flip I think and I don't expect Dortmund to dominate the game there. But I do think that Dortmund is going to dominate the game in their home game and that is when the need to take the opportunity and make use of their chances. We have seen games where they just couldn't score despite having double digit shots on target. That's what they need to avoid in the Champions League as that can still be punished even by a team like Chelsea that is out of shape.

If Milan can't do anything in Serie A, they definitely don't belong in the Champions League... I think this time Milan will repeat the story of 2014, when they were last out of the group stage in the 1/8 of the Champions League and lost straight away... PSG need to win at home if they want to be in the quarter-finals. If they fail to beat Bayern at home, it will be even more difficult to do so away. This happened in 2021, but it can’t always be like this, it’s a difficult task to beat the Bayern on Allianz Arena, but you shouldn’t count on it. The absence of the upcoming matchup against Bayern Munich of Mbappe has been widely reported. I am also surprised. It could be a plan to disrupt the preparations of Bayern Munich. On the other hand, I doubt Spurs will easily win this match even though from H2H history Spurs have always dominated Milan. My assumption, this fight will take place very tough. because, both Milan as the home team and Spurs as the opposing team, were not in their best performance. it's just that, Milan has the seed to play as the home team. support in front of the public itself, will motivate Milan to go all out and work hard to win this fight. however, my estimation, this fight will not produce many goals from both sides. A huge pressures for PSG for sure. There was no other choice than winning the game against bayern in home. The next match in bayern's home gonna be a very difficult match. bayern is always destroying its opponent when it was playing in allianz arena. PSG has no choice other than making gap in the home.

Totenham must be careful with ac milan. i can't deny the fact that if ac milan has been performing so bad but anything can happen during the match. It's better for conte to take prevention rather than try to feel so confident to face ac milan..
