1981  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some government ban bitcoin? on: January 22, 2018, 12:55:28 PM
Besides for the reason that it could be use as for the transaction illegal such as buying drugs, for pornography with the use of some softwares on the internet, they do ban it because there are lots of scammers who uses this thing to deceive people and they definitely does not want it. Despite of the good effects that bitcoin could bring they do not even hesitate to ban it.

With the reasons mentioned above indicate that many governments are not ready to face the development of the era. Authorized government officials should update their knowledge so that criminal acts committed with new technologies can be minimized. Banning bitcoin isn't wise enough from my perspective.

1983  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Trading Gambling? on: January 21, 2018, 07:44:44 PM
Gambling is something that is fully based on luck, while bitcoin trading may count as gambling because the high risk that is being involved, but bitcoin trading also involves skills, the outcome is not based on luck, and also it is legal by law.

Bitcoin trading is the same as stock market trading, but involves higher risk.

The difference between trader and gambler is slim. Not all traders are willing and able to perform in-depth analysis before they plunge into the world of trading. It's easy to find traders who rely on luck only. And yes, trading is legal in most countries while gambling is the opposite.
1984  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: January 21, 2018, 11:40:28 AM
If someone which follows the set of rules and be discipline enoff. Can people make 50-100 $ a day just gambling in online casino.....?

Gambling is not profitable in long term.you can't have the assurance to have a profit everyday. Gambling is just for fun, but other gamblers make it as a daily income but they only hope if they win the game. They only  expect wether they win or lose. Gambling is not for a long term profit. Gamblers used to  gambling for them to relax only to enjoy their day but some are gambling is their habbit already.

I believe sports betting if you carefully plan around the football season and make the right team selection and games you can win little by little and turn in profit at the end of the season if you are patient because your wins will outweigh your losses and with a fixed bankroll you can make it profitable. Statistics shows that all the top 4 teams in the  top 4 European leagues twin more than 60% of their games every season and so if you decide to bet on their games you can win in the long run even though there might be upsets along the way.

That is a sound plan. All it really basically need is your ton of patience and emotional stability. Most of the losers are the ones that are easily affected with the outcome of their bets and makes them re-route to their original plan. The key is, we should stick to our plan of betting no matter what and it will help minimizing the emotional side of betting.
No, Gambling has only two faces either win or lose but losing is more than winning and we all have no choice of it  even how we plan for to achieve profit but still all things in gambling is unpredictable so i think in a long run of gambling it always the bettor is the loser.

In fact it is. Very few people can benefit from gambling after going through a relatively long period of time. There are several factors that make it difficult for the gambler to win after long periods of time. Greed and happy to squander money when they get a little profit (sharing some money with friends or others) are the two most common mistake that a lot gamblers did.
1985  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When do you know its time to Stop? on: January 20, 2018, 07:14:39 PM
When you start losing a lot of money and in a successiv way you have to know that it is better for you to stop and look for another way to earn money. I think gamblin too is not the best way to earn money because it is based on luck so we have to find other ways to make a good income.

To be honest, it will be very hard to stop when we are in a disadvantage position (lose). This is a problem that for most gamblers is difficult to solve. Self control and limiting the amount of money we can afford to lose may can help but both things will require hard work and can not be achieved in a short time.
1986  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices dropped, should you buy? on: January 20, 2018, 06:36:55 PM
If you believe in the potential of Bitcoin and appreciate the advice of experts, you should not be too worried when the price of Bitcoin down but the fun again right. BTC BTC BTC Smiley

When bitcoin prices drop dramatically is the best time for us to multiply the ownership of this asset. We must quickly take a position and throw out the doubts that are in our minds. Only people who dare to take decisions / risks have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits that bitcoin may give in the future.
1987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: January 20, 2018, 05:51:40 PM
Actually in case of bitcoin gambling everyone does it for fun only...as all the website are doing their own business they may not allow you make a lot profit more than they gets from you...so nobody thinks of profit...its fun only.

I think you are not watching movies that are related with gambling. At least there, you will know and see that gamblers don’t just actually do it for fun. They make big profit from it. I assume, no one will ever let their money lose without any return. Well fun is a big bonus on it otherwise it hurts a lot when you lose.

Most percentages of the gamblers are playing only for the monetary gain. There is a little fraction of the player that has learned to control their emotions and foresee the bankroll and with their capability to make limitations in the betting game they can utterly enjoy the casino or some other gambling game without the fear of the loss. I can also count myself in this small percentage of the gambler population.

I gambled for the profit once and also made 1000 of calculations of how to beat the system but in the end, everyone and even me learns the lesson that the gamble is really intended for the fun with the delusion of the profit gain. You can get money from the gamble but there is high risk involved and you must be in full control over your actions that are important if you want to leave the gambling room with a smile no matter if you win or loss.

If you are playing for the profit at least try to control yourself and make a limitation of your bankroll so you won't end with a constant losing strikes because of the improperly thinking.

After several unsuccessful attempts at gambling and seeing many inconvenient instances of the end result of gambling activities, I gradually become conscious that gambling is unreliable for profit. I began to realize that gambling is merely an amusement that should not be treated as a way to get profit in order to meet our needs.
1988  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you still continue? on: January 19, 2018, 04:56:26 PM
What will you do if after losing several times in gambling, you are left with only small amount of money and that money will be for your fuel or for transportation, will you still continue with the little you are left with? What if you lose?

In such situations some people will certainly continue their gambling even with a little money left over. What if losing? When in a position of urgency, people can't think far. Whatever will be will be!
1989  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: January 18, 2018, 06:38:23 PM
I think it all depends on what you are gambling on. If sports betting then yeah you do tend to analyse every factor like in horse racing I analyse pretty much everything and it does work in my favour most times but luck always comes into play.

Each gambling game will require analysis. A game may be done with simple analysis but the other game may require more complicated analysis. In essence, analysis is needed in gambling regardless whether it is simple or the complex one.
1990  Economy / Speculation / Re: If you don't buy you will cry on: January 18, 2018, 06:12:16 PM
The biggest crash in the history of BTC has been occurred from 2 days ago till now. It' all over now. If you don't buy after reading this post you will cry soon.
already $10k... can it go back to $20k or may be higher by end of 2018?

we will never know whether bitcoin can penetrate 20k usd or not in the future, but because of my belief that bitcoin will be the most desirable thing someday in the future, then I have to make a decision to buy and hold bitcoin for a longer time.
1991  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂🎁 LOTTERY 🎁★★★21st BILLION BETS PROMO★★★ 🎁 on: January 18, 2018, 12:06:07 PM
Maybe we need to ask our campaign manager to remove or hide our Bitsler account name in the spreadsheet, so that its not going to be an easy target for hackers.

Many members used same user id as bitcointalk forum user id in bitsler as well. The correct solution to this problem is you should enable 2fa then no need worry. Why do you want to ask to remove your name from that list?

When you know that every week your money is going to deposit in that account then you should secure that account first whether your username is made public or not.

He does have a point: hackers know which accounts get surely funded in certain days. For the other Bitsler users there's a big uncertainty, not all bitcointalk users have Bitsler account and many are not bragging about it.
Of course, 2FA is a very good solution (I don't understand why people still keep money on accounts not secured with 2FA), but if a hacker finds a way to avoid 2FA (I remember it happened somewhere, not Bitsler, in 2016 or 2017) then he knows where to start.
Of course, I'm a little too paranoid, the real chances for 2FA to get avoided are way too small.

The best thing in my opinion to avoid account theft is to enable 2FA security. Another thing that might be useful to other users based on my experience is: never log out from bitsler. I've been using bitsler only from my personal computer and I've never encountered any significant obstacles when going to access.bitsler.
1992  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you feel when win in gambling? on: January 18, 2018, 11:32:47 AM
Everytime I am on winning streak I feel like that is my lucky day so I gonna seized it and end up being on negative profit.
I think you should limit yourself so that you won't get too much addicted and greedy to your results because the more you get that, the more you are going to bet and possibly lose and lose your profit everytime.

Being happy and being greedy are the most common conditions that will come to a gambler who has no plan. And amazingly, despite having a steady plan before gambling, sometimes too many are breaking their own plans in the middle of the game.
1993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: January 17, 2018, 07:06:22 PM
I don't think small investments can make sense. It's just like a lottery and rarely it works. So if you want to look for a bigger chance for success , spend more funds in it.

Small investment will grow very slow and other than as learning step, such investment won't give us anything. For me, it is just a wasting of time.
1994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler's mindset! on: January 17, 2018, 06:26:40 PM
I have tried to think what goes through my mind when ever I am trying to place a bet. I think something strange do happen to me and that is I always have this thinking that what if I lose, how am I going to feel! I have never want to lose in my mind I want to win always but I think this is impossible. Gamblers here did you always want to win all your bet? If you win all how will the gambling company makes profits?

"What if I lose?" Such feeling or thought sometime arise especially when I bet on a relatively large amount of money and in very urgent circumstances. Couple times, I feel compelled to take risks, but at the other side, I also have to stop my actions because the fear of losing outweighs my courage.
1995  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Cause behind the Fall on: January 17, 2018, 05:59:07 PM
There are some bad news from South Korea in regards with bitcoin and other crypto currencies. I think that's the main cause of the very significant slump in crypto prices these days. But I am sure, this panic will soon end and the price movement will return to normal again.
1996  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: January 17, 2018, 11:26:09 AM
Losses in trading can be minimized and can be longterm option. While in gambling, luck is urgently needed while winning doesn't always come everyday. And this is what makes me more interested in trading than gambling.

I do gambling and trading but not on a regular basis. Gambling for me is a quick way to try my fortune. While with trading, extra patience is required so that I can get maximum results.
1997  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many Bitcoins would it take for you to Quit Gambling Forever? on: January 16, 2018, 11:55:16 AM
gambling is about fun and excitement, many gamblers hang their lives because they've been streaming in their adrenaline for a long time, no matter how much the result will not stop it, unless there's something big like mediation and the situation of a child and wife, or a business moving to something which is more profitable and more convenient.

Greediness is the most common thing that will occur to gambler. When they have 1 BTC they want 2 BTC and so on. The thing that will halt people from gambling is when they have no money anymore. If for example we had a plan to stop gambling when we reach a specific amount of money, there is a chance for us to change our plan as our target exceeded.
1998  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you still looking for best gambling site that suits your luck on: January 15, 2018, 08:04:25 PM
No, I'm not one of those people who always look for something better. I'm fine with the sites that i have been using for over a year and don't need new ones. There's not much that can be added to typical sports betting sites or dice games. There are only 2 things that would possibly make me start testing a new site:
1. Free cash to start playing and test the games. (who would say no to free money? Cheesy)
2. A interesting, new PVP game.
No one would refuse free money eh. We do have same reason that might convince me to play on such new site.If theres free money then i do tried out not totally hoping on making some serious cash or finding luck but would like to feel different ambiance.Lots of choices when it comes to reputable gambling site, this would really be depending on what would be the site that suits your interest which theres no really need to haunt another sites assuming that you might be lucky on there.

Sure, no one can refuse it. And I do believe that most people who tries new casinos has almost the identical reason. That is why new casino has to make good promotions if they wanted to get a lot of users. And for me, one casino that I already use for a longer time will be enough. I will try other casinos just for the promotions only, unless I found something different with the new casino that I can not get at my main casino.
1999  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: January 15, 2018, 05:39:16 PM
Its being shameful for being a gambler when your irresponsible in your obligations in your life or family you have.We see it bad when loosing all your money despite of being poor and did not know how to manage your finances at all.
Definitely, If you are unable to fulfill your duties which you should do because they are the compulsory thing and gambling isn’t a compulsory thing.

But, I think that gambling can be a shameful thing and can be not. If the person like you are talking about is gambling to make huge amounts of profits from it, then I think this is a shameful thing because he wouldn’t be able to fulfill his duties but if he plays for fun, I think nothing bad with it.

Tbh, people won't care whether we are gambling for fun or for profit. They only know that gambling is a bad/embarrassing thing hence no matter what is the main reason behind our gambling activities, it will be embarrassed if caught gambling.
2000  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manchester City can go 38 games undefeated. on: January 15, 2018, 04:57:30 PM
Liverpool has frustrated all the dreams and records that will be created by manchester city. But the citizens remain the strongest team today, they have a great distance from their opponents. The mathematician who will be the champion this season is manchester city. But we'll see until the time comes because everything can happen. All dreams can sometimes just disappear quickly.

Even though Manchester City lost their last game against Liverpool, but the overall strength map for this year still remains in the hands of Man City. Only a miracle can frustrate Man City's hopes of winning the English Premier League trophy this year.
