21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible for Traditional Banks to cooperate with Crypto on: June 20, 2022, 06:57:10 PM
Yes, I think it was possible for traditional banks to cooperate with cryptos if they're willing to abandon their monopoly and adjust their business to be more up to date. What is the reason behind the crypto movement? If you can list out all of that and tell the banks to lower their profit margin by cooperating with cryptos on those points.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty question on: June 20, 2022, 06:06:35 PM
how i can enter bounty??
A higher bounty manager never accept you because you have no 100 activity. So my advice you should start post now for increase your activity. Others think if you will get smerit from your post activity then your rank increase with have a great chance for participate signature bounty.
Hey, the Full Member rank isn't the cut-off point for the majority of bounty hunters in the bounty campaigns. Sure if you get to Full Member rank with 120 activity and 100 merits, you would have more rewards but it wasn't the point.
To medomad5874, try to get at least 30 activity with 1 merits to be a Jr Member or 60 activity with 10 merits to be a Member rank like me. This is you can start on joining most of the bounty campaigns.

What to do to leave Bounty. And how can I leave that

You can leave a bounty campaign by stop wearing their signature campaign. For social media campaign, you can stop doing their week quota or report. If you found a bounty campaign that pay better than the one you are already signed up, you can leave by simply doing those things above.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good time for alts on: June 20, 2022, 04:26:27 PM
Do we need to wait more 1- 2 years then buy alts now before right before bull market kick in?
Check the charts, projects like 0xMR and ICP are already pumping! There are a lot of good buys right now and many consider this moment the start of the next bullrun- considering cryptos have been going down in price since 2021. We already saw 200+ days of a bear market.

Because you see a coin pumping those not mean that's the end of bear market, should I just be honest with you, I believe these is just the beginning of bear market and we shouldn't be expecting bull run anytime soon. Those coins pumping might have reason why they are pumping, but bet me they are all going down and soon we will be seeing all coins will be down by - 80% including bitcoin, but these gives us opportunity to bag more coin because we are still going to experience bull run but it might take longer than we expected.
Yup, short bound back, and correction don't mean we're out of the bear season yet. Stay away from alts if you think they are recovering from those bound back and become FOMO. Under the bear season where BTC dominated, alts bleed harder.

25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New altcoins you can invest on. on: June 19, 2022, 07:06:24 PM
I think new projects are a good opportunity for profit, as we know the market is currently red and investing or holding old coins is very difficult to profit, I make new projects the largest portion, then I see progress after 6 months, if it looks promising then I will buy more.

You are right, new projects bring more profit and even big profit for investors. But do you know how risky investment projects can be, finding a gem is like finding a needle in a haystack. If you are good enough and confident that you can find it then you can invest and make sure you can afford to lose if the new projects are scams.
I say any new project announce when the market was in bear mode like this 90% won't catch any attention from the investors. The new projects have more risk than the long-standing projects and with a market like this, those risks increase much more for both. Even the long-standing projects have a hard time staying afloat already.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can i earn a passive income with Altcoins? on: June 19, 2022, 06:37:47 PM
The easy and safe thing we do for earnings with altcoins is to use it for staking, even though the market is still red but I can earning from staking in some top exchanges and dex exchanges, besides that if we focus on the long term then use altcoins for staking is the thing better.
I'm against staking in the bear market or red like you said. The reward isn't worth the time your coin lock behind an amount of time when the market under strong volatility which you can be mitigated by cutting loss and pulling out. Or by sell and buy back it later when it dips further if you want to hold that coin in long term, net in term of that coin.
27  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A season for stop loss on: June 18, 2022, 08:15:16 PM
Stop loss is a must every time to avoid huge losses, but some people don't put such thing especially if they have a huge amount of USDT and only using 3-5x leverage. However, it is different for those who are using 25-50x leverage and not using stop loss, I mean that's gonna give you a mini heart attack and so much frustration whenever you got liquidated.

I always use stop loss especially when I'm about to leave my trade and do something else.
Most traders with 25-50x leverage usually don't use stop loss, tho. They're sort of 'quick in, quick out' in a short amount of time riding some candle with a low fund like $50-100. If they lost, they lost.
Everyone tries to short in this bearish market but the stop loss is what the exchange mafia aiming for to liquidate your fund. I said don't use stop loss, playing low ball with $100-500 and 5x leverage at most with high liquidate price mark if you can afford (cross or large fund). Eventually, it will go down since this is bearish season.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Sentiment Poll for June on: June 18, 2022, 08:04:00 PM
How does that make you feel?  And the bull market doesn't just come back.  So it'll stay near the bottom for at least a year or so.  At what ever price range that is, we can't be sure.  It could be at 800, 500 even 300?  Just stay away from the market rn.
It may be an unpopular opinion but when the masses is in fearful mode, we should stay away? I tend to disagree on that though. But the possibilities doesn't end there just because it's the trend, potential upside is a possibility too. I may sound a permabull here but selling right now would just give you more losses, it's already down 80% and in my opinion I wouldn't be ever more bullish than before from this range.
We should stay away most of the time and only start investing or 'buy the dip' when the market shows signs of recovery, fix that for you. Believe me, when everyone is in fearful mode, you won't see any decent increase in price while a huge amount of risk for it to be lower.

SafeMoon sfm

Uhm guy, did we trigger some fail check and OP was just a bot, delete all his content right away?
I just hit a F5 on the thread, thought I would jump in the conversation and read all posts, bam "SafeMoon sfm". Pretty spooky.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest mistake in crypto? on: June 18, 2022, 06:44:45 PM
Didn't buy ETH when it was at low as $100 back in the 2018 crash. It isn't because I didn't have enough money, I have a couple grands lying but stupid enough to use it in renting Nicehash's hash power to mine some shitcoin. Lesson learned, put your money in top altcoin when the market is in the bear mode, not anything else!
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you are given this opportunity to choose which one will it be on: June 17, 2022, 06:25:35 PM
ADA is old already and it still performing well. While Avax has a growing performance that caught the attention of many investors. Choosing any of them is still a good decision and feel no regrets. But what really matters is we make an investment in potential altcoins that we know will give us a profit (a big profit is possible) if we wait for the Bullrun. Importantly, we know how to manage investment otherwise, even choosing highly potential coins could make us losses if mismanage.

In fact, investing in the cryptocurrency market is still very risky. We don't know if the project will succeed despite the quality and authenticity of the development team. Therefore, we must invest the amount that we can afford to lose. We have all seen what happened with Project Luna which was a promise but caused a huge loss for investors.
Luna was a rare case. It was because of the failed model of Luna/UST by maintaining the peg 1:1 between a stablecoin, which needs a lot of trust and concrete proof of real money to a crypto that usually exists and is priced on the belief of investors. If you base your investment on the logic "it lost 80% of its value already, can not go lower, buy now" then again we have to use the Luna case here: Luna drop more than 99% of its value from ATH. Many bought in the dip at $1-10 and lost all of their money since it went lower than that.

33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A real alternative to Chia Coin? on: August 20, 2021, 02:44:36 PM
Im trying to mining crypton with Linux VPS i rented, i realize i would never reach Break Even for doing it.
Also, i cant think how can all the miners got same reward no matter how much they are, isnt that means very high inflation and block reward uncertainty?
Renting VPS for crypton mining purposes is very costly. Why would you do that? Invest your own hardware or rent the mining rig either from someone or site if you can't afford that kind of investment but not VPS. VPS is only good for the setup of multi masternode coins.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we live without btc? on: May 29, 2021, 02:24:37 AM
We can like without BTC, many people in this thread point out how BTC ain't something necessities to our daily life. But it also up to each person's attachment to BTC because there are people who can't live on without something that ain't in the category of "necessities". I've read some news ages ago about a guy who killed himself because of losing investment in BTC or crypto. That kind of thing makes you realize there are people that can't live without BTC.

37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Defi New revolution or just like 2017 ICO,s ? on: September 06, 2020, 08:58:01 PM
It's some kind of revolution, but be aware as we had many scam ICO's, we will have many DeFi scams too. It's how it goes, but we will have something good that will come out from this madness. Some DeFi projects are really good and they will survive in the long term, as we have some coins that started with ICO and now they are big. Just don't invest in any DeFi, do some research, and try to trust the top ones.
Hopefully, this is the course of action for Defi and there will many good Defi projects come out from this overhype phase like it was to ICO. Though I worry there is a certain threshold for Defi scams that if it was too high, a crash could leave a strong impact on both Defi and crypto market.

Do you still remember how the crypto market was after the ICO crashed with Bitcoin going as low as $4000. We should learn a lesson from it and don't fall FOMO to Defi scams so it won't leave an unhealthy mark on the market.

39  Economy / Reputation / Re: A Cheater Use my Facebook & Twitter Profile link. Help me. on: September 06, 2020, 06:01:01 PM
But not everyone sell their tokens to the same person. If 5 or 10 accounts are transferring token to the same address, it means that there is something fishy and most probably the altcoins are transferring the token to one address. Can we still give them a benefit of the doubt  Huh
If all of them are from same community, they do. I'm not saying they are not alt but this does not prove they are alt. Let me share you an example. There are a lot of local dollar conversion service in my country but most of the people use the reputed one. They have given a BTC address and people send their BTC to that address when they convert BTC to BDT. Now, if 10 people from this forum convert their BTC through that website, would you call them alt?
Not everyone buy shit bounty token, some people take risk to get some quick profit. It's likely that it's possible to sell token to one single person.
There is a case when people have to use OTC trade because of no exchange. If there is a number of bounty hunters with multi-address sent their coins to just a single address, it was okay to do it because that could be some OTC trade. So, I can understand your point but when there is already exchanges for that coin and there is no OTC trade on any channel (discord, telegram, bitcointalk,...) then likely alts when the coin received from a bounty going from multi address to a single address. I think it is not unreasonable to give OP a benefit of the doubt unless he can provide proofs that he did OTC trade on these transactions by giving a sort of chat log with the buyer, has timestamp similar date to these transactions as well.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many listed coins on exchange without volume, any reasons? on: September 05, 2020, 07:09:28 PM
It obvious that higher trading volum = more liquidity. liquidity refers to the ability of a coin to be converted into cash or other coins easily. Liquidity is important for any tradeable assets including cryptocurrencies.
Unfortunately, I have obversed that most coins listed this days on certain exchanges are without volume, that is, illiquid.
It is very clear that this situation was not common found before 2019.
What could be the reasons for this abnormalities. Your thoughts.
A dead coin or soon to be dead usually have very low or even none exist trading volume. This is a common thing you would found before 2019 since there were a hard crash in 2018 and many crypto projects become dead after the hype is over. Today, I think it up to exchange to asset the liquidity of a crypto coin since as you know, fake trading volume is also a thing. High liquidity doesn't mean it have a real volume.
