21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Simple Bitcoin Question on: October 07, 2018, 03:06:04 PM
The whole market follows and depends on Bitcoin, thus Bitcoin can't pump unless something new happens. The word on the street is Bitcoin is a dead project. Will BTC death free all the markets or will BTC take down everything with it. Do people really believe that Bitcoin has a  demand from institutions with all the manipulation and no adoption going on? How do we get all the norms to demand the supply and get a bull run going again?
Bitcoin is in a deep fall down but I know bitcoin will recover , you just need to be patient because it takes time. Thats why we need to be understanding in this kind of situation. It will never happen , the death of bitcoin. Just be positive.
22  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHY ANXIOUS ABOUT BITCOIN PRICE? on: October 07, 2018, 01:35:01 PM
My father is anxious pertaining to the fall and rise in bitcoin price. He has four(4) btc and he is afraid to hodl. He wants to sell at a lower rate. Any advice for him?
I know that most of us are anxious about the price because its unpredictable. If he really need the money this time then let him sell it but if he still have the patience to wait so he can have huge profit then that will be good. Tell him to hold and wait.
23  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Asking stores do they accept bitcoin on: October 07, 2018, 12:42:46 PM
How many times have you came in a store and asked whether or not they accept bitcoin when you wanted to pay?

Should we do that EACH time we visit ANY store?
Would we create a huge advertisement for BTC that way?

Would stores start accepting it when they encounter a couple of people on a weekly basis asking them if they accept bitcoin?

Should we start doing this? o.o
Should we create a community so hard core that asks for everything they pay if it could be handled in BTC?
There is nothing wrong in asking. Thats a nice idea anyway because you can easily pay for the service or product that you buy. Since not all of stores accept bitcoin , we need to be understanding that some of them didnt use bitcoin.
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still believe in predictions of "experts" about the bitcoin price? on: October 07, 2018, 12:07:59 PM
I believe that we should never trust 100% in any prediction about it, even if that person is presented as the greatest expert or master on the subject, because we must always keep in mind that at the beginning of 2017, when the price of bitcoin was just in $1,000, none of those alleged "gurus" was able to predict that the price of bitcoin would reach $20k some months later. And besides, neither was able to predict the tremendous collapse that the market would suffer next.

If those relevant historical events went completely unnoticed by the "experts", I think none of them has real bases to present themselves these days announcing that bitcoin will reach this or that price by the end of the year.
I never trust predictions because I know that those are just predictions. But I always stay positive even if the price is not good. Well no one assure what will happen in the future even if they are "experts" . Its really hard to trust other people.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it still worth mining bitcoin in 2018 ? on: October 07, 2018, 09:30:03 AM
My question is if it's still worth buying Asic's and start mining BTC in 2018.

If not mine BTC what other coin is it worth to mine nowadays?
Bitcoin mining is still very profitable but you need to have huge capital so that you can earn much profit. Actually, aside from bitcoin you can also mine ethereum and I think there are many transaction in ethereum than bitcoin so that I it is more profitable to mine ethereum.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Change Your Mind About Bitcoin on: September 30, 2018, 02:15:36 PM
Many people express different types of bitcoin. Someone says Bitcoin is not a currency. Again someone says that Bitcoin is only a bubble, it will never be universally recognized. Some countries have banned Bitcoins so that illegal activities will not be increased in the country. Because some of time bitcoin use for terror works. Some people say that investment in bitcoin is not profitable. There are some other such complaints about Bitcoin.

But the funny thing is that even though there are so many complaints, Bitcoin has become popular all day around the world. I think we need to change our mind about bitcoin's. Cool

Really, people's complaints about Bitcoin are correct?

I think people really don't believed about bitcoin at first but after many times of seeing evidence they will believe on it. All the false news are spread because of its popularization and people trust it.
27  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: LIKE IT OR NOT, BITCOIN IS AN INVESTMENT on: September 30, 2018, 02:02:58 PM
In my opinion, currently, bitcoin is an investment of economic and financial value. And in the future bitcoin will no longer be an investment but will become a global currency that will be used by all people around the world.
Actually, aside using bitcoin as currency you can also use it as investment which much capable to make income. Many people prefer to use it as an investment because of its price. However, I agree that there is a big chance that bitcoin will become one of our currency.
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: the benefits of managing bitcoin on: September 30, 2018, 11:38:32 AM
when bitcoin prices are drops, I think we better talk more about the positive value of bitcoin. do not think about the value of bitcoin today, because thinking about it will only make us panic and confused. enough G20 make us calm.

So, now. we are talking about the benefits of bitcoin if bitcoin managed well.

what do you think if bitcoin is managed well by a country?

I think bitcoin will become more useful for all people around the globe. Not only the individual but also to their states. You can easily tansfers taransac and make payments by using bitcoin. Also it will help to.increase the ecpnomic growth of a country since many people are earning with it
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DONT INVEST IN BTC IF YOU CAN'T OR AFRAID OF TAKING RISK on: September 29, 2018, 06:05:39 PM
This life is full of risks and indeed we are all taking part of it. No one knows Satoshi Nakamoto but people have invested in BTC. In our education we even take risk considering the fact that after school you might not get work.

Over the past months people have been complaining about the price of BTC and I think we should all know something very important. If you are a kind of person who is afraid to take risk. I saw some post talking of anxiety about btc investment and was like if you  can't take risks just leave the crypto world cos you might end up getting  Hypertension Grin.

Check this post out guys- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4706131.0

Hope I am right guys? Any comments and suggestions.

I agree with this post. Bitcoin investment is very risky. Not only bitcoin but also other investment. People should invest to the value that they are ready to see it can be gone. Investment is not for coward person. In investment you should be wise to all moves you will take. You should have a coprehensive plans and strategies.
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can you invest in bitcoin without being scammed? on: September 29, 2018, 04:58:27 PM

31  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you sure that bitcoin will fall? on: September 29, 2018, 03:43:02 PM
Bitcoin will fall. But I'm sure of two things: Bitcoin will fall, and it will rise. This is just the bitcoin way.

Why do the number of addresses fall every now and then? I would assume the graph should have gone up all the time, no? When people lose interest in bitcoin, I would have thought that they would just uninstall their wallet apps or something. Are they deactivating their addresses as well?

They fall because some months there's more users signing up than others. Whenever bitcoin gets a huge amount of media attention there will be masses more new users jumping on board the bitcoin train to the moon. Addresses cannot be deactivated, but they can stop being used, but this is just a graph of the number of new bitcoin addresses being generated. I expect it to keep rising for the next few months but excitement will die down eventually and they will then fall again.
You should know that bitcoin is volatile so that expect the price will fall and rise. I am not sure that bitcoin will fall because many people keep investing on it and I also think that the market will recover and bitcoin will pump up and it will go to the moon. Just stay positive and have believe in bitcoin.
32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make money off cryptocurrency? on: September 29, 2018, 02:13:36 PM
It might be harder than you think. You assume that you can make money by trading. The reality is that most traders lose money, or at least they make less money than by just holding and not trading.
Actually, you can say that its hard to earn money through trading because you do not have enough knowledge about it but if you have enough knowledge you can really make huge of income from it. We all know that trading is one of the best source of income and money. You need to become a good investors and traders so that you can able to make much money.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: INVEST AND DON'T HAVE REGRETS !! on: September 29, 2018, 09:34:03 AM
Yes it's good to invest and your investment will be what will make you happy in future but invest wisely and only the money you can afford to loose is good to invest with. Your portfolio is a good one
Just start to invest now so that you will not regret in the future and we all know many people regret that they didn't few years ago which the price of bitcoin is very cheap and affordable. Be a good investors and invest now and make a good future with cryptocurrenccies and even it is risky still it is a good investment which able to make good and high profit.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can actually Bitcoin be good for the environment? on: September 26, 2018, 12:28:17 PM
A lot has been said about mining and about the electricity consumption of the activities related to bitcoin mining. However, I have thought of the alternatives and how other systems produce not just energy waste, but also plenty of useless work and "human waste".

To have a network that can ensure the completeness of transactions, the global accessibility and all the features that bitcoins, and many alts, have at the moment, would probable produce a huge carbon footprint. Just think of the VISA system or the banking system... the amount of people working on it, the waste of commuting to works, the infrastructure.

Thinking of all that, would you still say Bitcoin is bad for the environment?

For me bitcoin is actually good in our environment because it can help many poor people to be successful and by that it can help the economy of our country.
35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government trying to stop bitcoin, what I see on: September 26, 2018, 12:01:45 PM
Here is what I see each time the government tries to stop or control bitcoin-

Bitcoin is designed to be censorship resistant, peer-to-peer payment system designed to remove the control by centralized institutions like banks . When bitcoin eventually achieve mass adoption, it will not really be much of an issue if some Governments place a ban on it within their countries.

For me government can't stop bitcoin because there are so many people depending it and also there are some government employees that are investing here in bitcoin.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New Survey Shows 80% Of Americans Have Heard Of Bitcoin on: September 22, 2018, 12:59:53 PM
The survey gives us very positive results. This proves that Bitcoin in particular and virtual currency are generally popular with a country like the United States. This ratio is quite true for other normal countries, except those that are too backward. This survey shows that people are skeptical about Bitcoin's ability to be successful and stable, as they still believe that Bitcoin will be unlucky, and they still believe in using the flat.

I think that is good news because 80% of americans knows or heard about of bitcoin. Actually bitcoin is so popular in my country so our government wanted to destroy it.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin in Southeast Asia be legal? on: September 22, 2018, 12:56:00 PM
Because to my knowledge there are several countries in southeast asia that have not legalized bitcoin. And what is our endeavor for bitcoin in southeast asia to be legal like any other country (which has legalized bitcoin).
Will the impact be positive or negative?

For me there is a possibility that bitcoin will be legal in southeast asia. In the future it will be legal all over the world because nany people wanted it happen.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will keep people from getting into cryptocurrency? on: September 21, 2018, 03:58:35 PM
I thought about the unpredictability of bitcoin and its current status and it made me realized that this might drive people away from getting into cryptocurrency. What do you think are the other reasons that will keep people from using bitcoin?

People will keep from getting into cryptocurrency because it is so popular and they know that they can earn a big profit here. Actually cryptocurrency is known all over the world so many people being courage to work here.
39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I bought bitcoin at $20k last year on: September 20, 2018, 01:52:03 PM
I got into the bitcoin again last year after losing all my 4.5 bitcoins to ponzi schemes early last year. I bought in bitcoin again at $20k. Now bitcoin is $6k+.  I'm regretting my actions.  Huh

I am sure that you will lose all your hope because you buy it in $20k while the price of it still dropping. You regret your action because you think before you click.
40  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks will always be against cryptocurrencies? on: September 20, 2018, 12:37:48 PM
No, I do not believe that. We must admit that what has allowed banks to acquire so much economic power is their ability to understand where capital is, and make the necessary efforts to keep it.

Knowing that banks will never fight against capital, what I see today is a growing interest of banks to incorporate blockchain technologies into their processes, and because of their marked interest in taking over everyone's money, it would not be strange that in the near future we will see banks willing to accept cryptocurrencies to carry out financial transactions.

I think banks will always be against cryptocurrencies because they know that in the future cryptocurrency have a possibilities that replace our banks.
