Ich habe ein ähnliches Problem: haben am 03.01. unten angeführte Transaction von Bitstamp auf Yobit getätigt und bis dato ist auf Yobit nichts angekommen: 0xd5b795ec26128b1f69e6ad20e4de86fd39078326338b43ec325c9fd4087104de Wäre für jeden Kommentar dankbar ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) LG 77

Hi,
I made 0.25 ETH transaction from my bitsamp account to my yobit account on Wednesday night, and till now no funds/ETH have reached my account. When I created the ETH deposit address @ yobit, it stated offline wallet / delayed, however the transaction from bitstamp worked.

Do anyone of you has an idea what is going on here ?!

In the meanwhile I tried the 3rd time the 2FA trick . . . and it did not work. So far my account (ticket #433011) is disabled for 40 days and I got only one reply 3 weeks ago: "account is under review and we will contact you when the review is completed. Please do not open duplicate tickets"Incredible way of treating clients ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)

PLEASE i need help, missing money. I made a deposit but my account not credited, i see the money in deposit history but nothing in my balance not even in pending deposit.. my transaction is confirmed . Can you check my support ticket please? #745193
It takes a while until the funds are visible on the account/wallet I waited sometime up to 1 day.

I tried the 2FA trick, but received below message:
Hi,
Your account is under review and we will contact you when the review is completed. Please do not open duplicate tickets, as this will not lead to a faster resolution.

So after 38 days, although I have the enhanced verification, my account is still disabled :-(

Ich warte nun seit 31 Tagen .... nur ein einziges Mal haben sie mir geschrieben, dass mein account noch immer "under review" ist und ich mich gedulden soll :-( .... als meine Parole: durchhalten Leute; ich habe bei twitter-bittrex eine average-rely-time von ca. 45 Tagen gesehen ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif)

So my account ticket no. 433011 is since 10.11.2017 disabled :-(

Both US & UK support/hotline numbers are fraud/scams !
Lousy trick :-( to steal money by remote control of computer via phone
Be aware of that and inform in your social-media-friends accordingly
Secure your account also by 2-key authenticator

Nach 29 Tagen verifiziert. Alles funktioniert nun. Dennoch werde ich mein ganzes Geld dort abziehen und den Exchanger nie wieder nutzen.

same situation with my account . . . ticket no. 433011; it is since 12.11. under review I wrote them on 12.11. and only on 24.11. they replied that:
Hi,

Yes - seems indeed a scam/fraud. On Bittrex Twitter they stated that they no hotline
Anyway thank you !
