My account was basic more than an year and withdawl limits come from 1BTC to 0.25 and in short time to 0 (zero) without any notification! More then that, the only way to can contatct bittrex is trough slack, but to get there you need "Enchanted Verification"! Also, they have ban people on slack too, only for they are asking for support!

I wrote them on 12.11. and only on 24.11. they replied that:
