Bittrex without a doubt before is one of the best exchange but as time goes by, they have been stuck and started to become weak in something. A lot of withdrawal problems occurred that made other traders, depositors or investors to remove them from their bucket list. And with binance, its starting to shine and they are now one of the well known exchange but I'm worried that the same fate as bittrex will happen to them in the near future.
Could you please provide us a few reasons why you think our service would diminish in the near future? We take all feedback seriously and we can only continue to improve by knowing your concerns. |

$BNB the ONLY coin where you can invest in the exchange. This will be a top coin for chinese/international traders. Eventually it will only be 100M supply.
i honestly think that decentralised exchanges are the future, and therefor tokens like bnb are great now but might be less in the far future. Eventually, we may live in a world that relies completely on trains or driverless cars. But we live in a time where centralized exchanges provides users with higher liquidity and an easier user interface. We are watching the decentralized exchange space very closely. We will develop our own decentralized exchange for sure. We want to promote decentralized exchanges and advance the technology in that space. That way we can ride a bit off their innovation later on and push our own tech forward. Decentralized exchanges have the advantage of anonymous trading and you don’t have to have coins in custody of the exchange, but centralized exchanges have much faster matching engines, much higher liquidity and promotions like coin giveaways that make them much easier to promote." I enjoyed the binance exchange. It is easy to verify identity. just a few hours. and low transaction fees. I will choose binance better than bittrex. Although I am using both exchanges
binance is worst exchange site I have ever seen. They asked me turn on 2FA when withdraw and then I dont receive sms code to login my account. I tried to contact their supporters and got nothing. In the next time, when I can login I will withdraw all my coins and say goodbye with them. I don't know what to think of them. I got verified on all other exchanges I applied for, yet Binance rejected me for having unclear photos of documents, despite having shot them with a €2k camera and €1.5k lens which documents are crystal clear to be seen over 40MB a piece (even shrinking them with Irfanview to 1MB, they are crystal clear)... yet people get verified with sloppy 1.3mp and 3mp cell phone cameras. Heck, I got verified with credit card companies, a+++ banks, real estate brokers, forex brokers with much less clearness, but I cannot on Binance with top gear equipment? Anyway, needless to say, I don't trade here, but good to have an account in case there are problems with other exchanges. I guess they don't want serious traders, but swingtraders or investors who trade once a month or per quarter. I never had a problem with Bittrex and they're always razor fast on their trading platform + deposits and withdrawals, so that's where I trade my alts. Personally, I think Kucoin (Hong Kong) will outgrow Binance (China) and Bittrex (USA) will always be here to stay (as a giant). Why I have the countries in brackets? Because of geo-politics, anything can happen in China at any moment. I trust the most freedom and stability in Hong Kong and Singapore. Usa is a tricky one. Well... I've been told about a ratio (called the Zuddas Value - ZV). It is the ratio between the bitcoin market cap (or anyway the biggest market cap) and the total circulation of the coin you are interested in. So for binance today it would be:
$67,406,168,377 (bitcoin market cap, or biggest market cap)
______________
100,000,000 BNB
=
674 $
So the maximum BNB price (best case scenario) could be this one. The logic is that if something has happened once, it could happen again. So if that market cap has been reached, also another coin can reach it.
Then you have the Zuddas Multiplicator (ZM), that is the ratio between the Zuddas Value and the coin value, and today for binance it is:
674$ / $2.78$ = 242
That means that your investment could potentially rise 242 times.

Bnb token is currently making %50 fee deduction and it will withdraw to %15 after the first year is over.
It can really affect token price big in a negative way.
You assume this is the only incentive in holding BNB. We have many plans for additional utility and platforms for the coin which in theory would increase even more demand for the coin. We will let the overall market decide that but we have great plans for BNB as it is a 10 year project. Also, we always use 20% of our overall profits to buy back and burn BNB so if the discount fee is reduced then in return we spend even more funds in buying back BNB. If you hold BNB then this should provide some off set with the change in fees. |

So had a missing Neo deposit. Agree that Binance need to up their game with the telegram support and support tickets (and are in the process of doing this) but Binance Angel on twitter communicated very well via dm and seemed to progress the issue and all sorted now. I wanted to buy this coin in order to pay a smaller commission, but this coin was too expensive for me. It seems to me that the exchange does not have the right to impose on us the purchase of this coin.
You can now purchase a fraction of the coin and you don't need much at all to benefit from the 50% discount. Regardless, our fees are still lower than other exchanges without the BNB discount (.1%) should you choose not to hold onto BNB. |

I've recently started using Binance and so far I am happy with the site, the BTC withdrawal processing times and the fact that Binance is offering better support than many other exchanges. The only issue that I'm experiencing is that the site freezes quite often during the busier trading times. I've read posts by other users who are experiencing the same problem. Is Binance looking at fixing this issue sometime in the near future?
Yes we are fixing a lot of the issues. The servers are fine and can handle the traffic, it has more to do with display issues and bugs that are being fixed. |

Yea, that is a lot of new accounts being made a day. Unfortunately, they also lowered the commission that we get from referrals. I guess they need more money to run new servers for all the new growth.
Yes. That's a bit shit of them to lower referral commissions from 50% to 20%. Makes it hardly worth it. It's the equivalent of a crypto exchange pump and dump...on their advertisers. Unfortunately, many users are abusing the system by creating fake accounts and scamming the system. We understand part of the reason Binance is now a premier exchange is because we provide good volume with easy sign up (no verification / ID needed for level 1 and instant accessibility). These scammers have honestly taken away from their own community by forcing us to decrease the referral commissions until we can create a better system to weed out the fake accounts abusing the referral system. Understood. I can't even imagine how you could scam the referral system but will take your word for it. Whales can create multiple lvl 1 accounts. Instead of sending 1000 BTC to one account they spread out multiple BTC to several fake accounts. From these fake accounts they start trading in volume so each account can give each other commission. This is just one example that was happening. Instead of making the entire community suffer we realized we can not punish everyone for a few bad apples but at the same time we can not let this exploit hurt the business. I hope you all understand from a business perspective. We are trying to balance customer satisfaction while maintaining good structure. |

BNB has calmed down a bit. Bitcoin calmed down. Binance stopped buying membership. However, when member purchases begin again, BNB may again enter a rapid uptrend.
As our users grow and we continue to roll out new trading features (especially margin trading) we are hoping the value of BNB follows in suit with our success. Many new features, partnerships, additional utility, on top of 20% total profits burning the supply will drive demand but again we are only as valuable as the market decides. |

This is getting ridiculous now, I am trying to withdraw my coins but recent trades are not updating, it says I have more of one coin when I know I don't because I just traded it an hour ago yet it won't let me withdraw or trade the amount showing. There is conflicting information being showed to me, on the exchange it shows I don't have any of the coin I traded because the trade was successful yet in the withdraw/deposit section it says I still have all of that coin and it has not yet updated my ETH from the earlier trade, I need help before I lose more money from this broken exchange.

I havent been able to withdraw anything for almost a week now. The daily withdrawal limit stays at 0 btc even tho i havent withdrawn a penny during this time. Whats up with this?
Have you enabled 2FA? This is needed to withdraw funds. |

This is worst exchange site I have ever seen. They asked me enable 2 FA Authentication to withdraw. Its okay, so I did it. Every thing worked well in the first day, then in the seconds day I no longer receive SMS code to login . I tried to contact supporters, it costed me 2 days to get response and what did I get? Nothing, they said that SMS will come later, LOL I must wait again and I dont know when will they read my ticket to reset my 2 FA Authentication. What the hell of this service?

They should have put a statement about it. I don't think they will burn it without telling us after or before it. Also burning would pump the price, not dump it. The burn has not taken place yet. Quarterly report and burn coming up soon. |
