Congratulations to Team Spirit for winning the PGL Wallachia Season 1 as the grand finals champion, winning 3-2 standing against Xtreme Gaming. What a nice game, this is the kind of Dota that we all want and Team Spirit is always like this when prize pool is quite big.  Tongue
Prize;
$300,000 for Team Spirit
$175,000 for Xtreme Gaming.

We will have a rest in less than a day and we'll start with the DreamLeague Season 23.

Well this is pretty weird. I was sure that XG was going to win the tournament but it ended up with Team Spirit winning it despite that they were having it pretty rough for the entire year. Team Spirit wasnt even qualified for the next DreamLeague because they were doing so bad and yet they won against XG so Im totally clueless now lol.

On top of this, I mentioned it like a month or two ago that Team Spirit would probably sign a new player after all those bad results but they ended up making it to the top without any new player. Dang

  • arallmuus vs imarios

Dang all those unfamilar sports for me when the regular football season has ended. Oh wait, no extra love for esport this round ?  Tongue. Cant afford to lose this one against someone from top 3 so I'll really rely on my luck

3 wins down, 2 more wins go  Grin

If Sportsbet put up betting on the next cup round, I might be betting my money on you mate ! lol. Im not sure how well will you do on the next cup round but you obviously get all those good stuff this week. Winning cup and also scoring 10/10 on Superbru, damn thats awesome
23  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: May 19, 2024, 06:16:57 PM
What a round to come alive for me!

I have 10/10 for the game week and was also able to find my way into the top!

Great, Great, Great!!!

You are literally on fire for the last round ! You should pull this off earlier next season and get top 5 atleast  Tongue. I didnt even bother to make any prediction for the last round, I knew Im not gonna nail the golden cap for some reason

I dont win any of the prizes this season except for two times free bets ( In fact I dont think I have ever win since I joined the pool lol ) but hey thanks @hilariaousandco for arranging and managing this pool.

See all of you folks next season ! or probably on the next Euro last man standing pool just in case any of you havent joined yet  Smiley
24  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Share the best Bitcoin Pizza Day promotion of casino on: May 18, 2024, 09:40:30 PM
That @1.20 is not bad but given how close we are to that $70k barrier, that @5 is tempting

Actually anything lower than 1.6 is not really worth to bet on though. By betting on anythin lower than 1.6, you need to win two times of this similar odds bets to double your baset bet hence you lose all if that bet is lost so let alone 1.2x odds bet

If I have to pick any then I'd go with over $70k for 5x odds but yeah its a pretty decent promotions though

Apart from the other two topics that cantsay mentioned, I don't think there is any casino that I am using that has actually been a sponsor of Bitcoin Pizza Day. Even the local casino site I I am using in my country only allows fiat deposits and doesn't have any connection with crypto, so they have not support any promotion of Bitcoin Pizzaz Day.

Its because bitcoin pizza days is not really a huge event that most people know. If you have been in crypto scene for a while then you should be familiar with bitcoin pizza day but for most of the average joe that jumped into crypto recently, they probably have no clue about this

Anyway, its going to be interesting on their next game against Falcons if Falcons make it through the next upper bracket as well.

I guess we got our winner already huh for the entire tournament and probably for the next DreamLeague. I was actually expecting Falcons to win lol

Im not sure how accurate will this be on DreamLeague but this is definitely something to consider. Obviously chinese teams never play around so when they are doing good in a tournament, you can expect them to be as good as this on the next one as well so Im probably betting them to win 2-0 on most of their next DreamLeague games
26  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 17, 2024, 10:11:41 PM
Real Madrid is going after everyone recently.  Tongue  Just as they are rumoured to be after Alphonso Davies as well. However there is some fresh news like they aren't that interested anymore. Is it really true

I kinda wonder why most people would still be interested on whoever Real Madrid going to sign when the main dish has been served? IKYK

Mbappe will go there after the season ends and this is the main dish that will really blast the whole news outlet so Im really interested to know all those rumours circulating within Mbappe and Real Madrid. As of now, there is no  rumours on how much will Mbappe receive if he go there. Obviously he is going to get alot as well though, absolutely not for 'free' for his signing bonus
27  Economy / Economics / Re: Hyperinflation - Will it lead Countries to Adopt Bitcoin? on: May 17, 2024, 07:45:51 PM
Another way of looking at this is bitcoin can make a lot of people poorer, specially when they look at bitcoin as a tool "to get wealthy". What we call "weak hands" consists of such people in general. For example they buy bitcoin at $40k and then panic sell at $35k just because there was a correction then buy back at $50k just to panic sell at $45k.

There is a continuation on this pattern lol. These people will ended up spreading FUD about how scammy bitcoin is to an average joe after they lost money

Our community needs to help educate the masses to not believe the lies.

You basically cant do anything to it. USA thinks they own the world and they will chase you up with all those SEC charges when they smell something fishy. Im actually quite content with current bitcoin status, as a digital asset and not currency. By standing on this status quo, there is a good chance that we might be standing next to gold marketcap in like 20 years or so on without having to worry about anything like SEC making scenes regarding cryptocurrencies all over the world
28  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏆Rollbit.com | Champions League Pool | $11,000+ in Prizes ⚽️ Discussion Thread on: May 17, 2024, 06:40:13 PM
To be honest, I think that 1.65 on Real to win in regular time is free money.
I hope the odds will stay like this closer to the game as well, if they will, I'll bet big on it. Don't want to now because I hate playing a ticket that settles in 2 weeks.

Im probably going to stick with Dortmund on the final though since they made it this far, I might as well just bet on them and hope that another fairy tale story happens all over again lol. Personally I think 1.65 for Real Madrid is definitely a steal as well but come on this is the final so instead of betting for money, Im betting for the thrill so yeah Go Dortmund !

As for BVB, yup...  We missed a good line tho when it opened at 7.20.  It's now at 5.

Oh damn, it was 7 when it opened? I would have instantly go for that when I knew it was 7
29  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: May 17, 2024, 05:17:39 PM
We might have to wait until the upper bracket final before that happens since XG is looking like the strongest team so far in this tournament.

Gotta agree on this. They are the only team that have never lose a single map yet in this tournament. I guess some teams are performing much better in an offline tournament huh. This kinda reminds me of the previous PSG.LGD when they had ame as their pos 1, they were literally top 3 best teams in almost all tournaments back then so its kinda nostalgic for me when I watch how good XG are in this tournament

Anyway, its going to be interesting on their next game against Falcons if Falcons make it through the next upper bracket as well.
30  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 16, 2024, 10:15:44 PM
It is just a feeling. But I believe if they do not bring in a really good coach, he is going to move out of the squad.

Obviously you are stating an absolute fact

In this situation when coach is going to be changed after the end of the season, most players will move out of the club especially when they know that alot of the other clubs out there wants to sign especially when they know their playstyle wont align with the new headcoach strategy.

but indeed if Ollie Watkins has decide to stayed at Aston Villa he will playing at Champion League

First of all, there are 3 other clubs that will play on UCL so what makes you think that his only options to play in UCL would be staying in Aston Villa? We all know City probably wont need him but Arsenal and Liverpool could be bidding for him. He got alot of potential and definitely going to be much better on another team
31  Economy / Economics / Re: Hyperinflation - Will it lead Countries to Adopt Bitcoin? on: May 16, 2024, 08:35:22 PM
They're sitting on a goldmine of Bitcoin potential, using their own gas to mine it, yet they're still clinging to the damn peso, a currency that's bleeding value by the day. It's like they're addicted to the familiar, even when it's killing them. But here's the thing, comfort zones don't last forever.

It takes alot of consideration to switch to another currency. Basically when you announce that another currency as legal tender, you are basically pronouncing to the whole world that your own country currency are useless in this case the argentinian pesos. This could hurt the entire country economics and not to mention all other political stuff within the country as well so this is a pretty rough choice to take

As for El Salvador's case, they were using USD before bitcoin was announced as their next legal tender so there were not that much risk compared to Argentina that have their own specific legal tender
32  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: May 16, 2024, 07:22:17 PM
Currently, they're playing in BetBoom Dacha Belgrade and might win another tournament since their form isn't slowing down as they already qualified for the playoffs and Team Spirit is the only strong team in the other group.

I didnt know that Betboom made another BetBoom Dacha series on cs2 though. Betboom sponsored teams ended up not making it out to the playoff lol, what a letdown for them as the main sponsors

Anyway we had one on dota2 with $1M prizepool iirc and this one is $500k, still a pretty hefty amount. Anyway given how dominating MOUZ is, pretty sure they would win this series again but before we get to that there is two decider match tomorrow. Im personally going for Falcons but as for MIBR - Heroic, I might pick over 2.5 maps on this game

Still over 16 hours to decide this
33  Economy / Gambling / Re: TonPoker - Telegram Poker Room on: May 16, 2024, 06:09:52 PM
Overall, if a freeroll has a low prize pool and the blind structure is too stretched out, then it really isn't worth your time. But, for example, in the case of the TonPoker freeroll, the prize pool was small and its blinds structure was even too fast, so the tournament ended very quickly and didn't take long.

Oh come on, its 'freeroll' and not some money making website. Its meant to test the site, testing how it works on actual tournament basis so yeah the freerolls have served their purposes although the prizepools are not that big. You cant really expect a site to burn their money to increase the prizepool of the freerolls because they are here to make money, not the other way around

On top of that, I've written this before that poker market share in this forum is pretty small so dont get your hopes up

Here is the spreadsheet link for the side bets

Geez thanks for keeping track all of these sidebets.

Will Chelsea finish the league in top 4? swogerino(Yes) arallmuus(No)

Looks Like I won this @swogerino lol. It was pretty close actually. Im kinda glad that Chelsea had a rough start at the early season. I thought I was going to pay you because I vaguely remembered that I probably bet on Manchester United to finish ahead of Chelsea lol.

Well Im not trying to be discriminate or whatsoever but I probably wont bet on SA dota2 teams though. Their performances are inconsistent most of the times and yeah I'd bet my shot on another team or probably just skip the match. Anyway on the next game between SR and Boom which is literally NA vs SA, this pretty much screams NA dominance for me though so Im betting my shot on SR obviously
I won't bet on that SR vs. BOOM series, but I agree with the SA teams being on and off with their performance. Good luck with your SR bet, I also think they should advance if they can get their key heroes like the Tusk, Hoodwink, and Leshrac.

They were so bad LOL

Im not sure what the heck happened there but they lost after winning the 1st map, kinda weird. Betboom lost as well, G2.IG is a pretty decent team as well but yeah its just questionable at this point and only Team Liquid ended up as my expectation by winning 2-0.

Anyway Im assuming that some team played not as good as they usually are because they are saving strats for DreamLeague season 23 though. There are alot at stake on this DreamLeague especially the EPT points. Alot of the leftover teams would be willing to get their hands on the EPT points to be invited on the next Riyadh Master
36  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers👉Group Stage on: May 15, 2024, 07:43:46 PM
France is a great team with important players. They have one of the best players in the world like Mbappe. They are one of the important favorites for Euro 2024. Zidane is a coach who has achieved great success with Real Madrid. Why wouldn't they do the same with the national team? He may be one of the people who will make the biggest contribution to the French national team reaching the top level.

Coaching a national team is not the same as coaching a club. On a club, you get the meet the player for a whole year and you get to notice their growth as a player throughout so you could always get to change your strategy based on that if its not working but you cant do so on National team. Basically you pick all those players that will match your strategy requirement with the risk of it not working out for you on the tournament but you cant really change the players you brought into the teams so yeah

Anyway speaking of euro, I wonder why are you all folks hasnt registered in this tournament yet

⭐⚽⚽ Sportsbet's EURO 2024 Last Man Standing - 0.1 BTC minimum reward ⚽⚽⭐.

Small amount of buy-in but with 0.1 on top including all those free bets for participating into it up to specific stage. We are rolling this in 30 days !
37  Economy / Gambling / Re: TonPoker - Telegram Poker Room on: May 15, 2024, 06:46:00 PM
and also wondering why there are only 17 users who registered with how many accounts we have here in bitcointalk.

The poker marketshare has been pretty dried up with all those top poker networks claiming most of the marketshare so if you established a new site completely unrelated to all those top poker then be prepared for it. Not to mention that poker has always been like a step siblings on bitcointalk, its there but it will never get any attention like the others so yeah 17 registered with only 5 showing up sounds about the right number to represent poker marketshare in bitcointalk

Also , some eyes on Boom as well because even if they lost today against GG , this team and especially Pakasz are in their best shape of the year so far.  Cool

Well, I will end this season in disgrace. Losing badly and not learning my lesson.

And if you think I'll be looking to cut losses, or at least bet on good teams, you're wrong.

Love the bet on Spurs !

Yep I'd rather you stay with this type of betting pattern atleast until the season ends though so we could get the overall statistics from this pattern. Anyway Im just throwing this out here but are you continuing with this pattern as well after the season ends ? Euro is coming on June though so Im kinda wondering if you will stick with this on Euro

10 more minutes to go, Im still hoping that Spurs will score and only give City 1 point but heck I dont think they will be able to turn this to 2-1 because they are not Real Madrid though  Roll Eyes

Today, i'll go with Aurora to beat Shopify Rebellion, my main reasoning here is because of their matches against BetBoom, I know Shopify did look great during their win against Team Liquid, but there are still limits on the type of drafts they can roll with their stand-ins.

Heck yeah, grats on winning this and thats a very reasonable reasoning you have there. I would have jumped in on SR to win though, Im glad I skipped this one after I read your post lol. I might be abit biased whenever there are Nigma's player in it, totally would love them to win because Im a sucker for them especially Miracle and GH lol

3 spots left for 3 teams tomorrow. Im totally digging SR, Team Liquid and BetBoom on my parlay tomorrow
