They are now at the open qualifier #1 and I see that the other regions are there but there is no MENA. I think that this is a special case that they have been included on WEU since they were once there before moving to MENA and since there is no MENA, they've been moved to WEU just for this qualifier.
Its an online qualifier though so it doesnt really matter but the downside on this would be the Ping that you have to play with. There is probably slight delay if you are in MENA region while playing on WEU region so thats the downside that most teams wouldnt want so most teams would probably avoid something like this. As for this, I think they are desperate on doing it especially because there isnt any MENA qualifiers Anyway, they lost though. Probably they could qualify to closed qualifier from open qualifier#2 |

Valencia is currently in 10th position on equal points with 1 game less, and +1 point GD compared to Partizan - meaning if they lose, they will switch places and Partizan will go to 10th place. All Liverpool needs right now is to get the right manager to take over from Klopp. I thought they were going to hire Xabi Alonso, but that deal is looking very complicated. If they get the right manager for the job, they'll continue right from where Klopp left off. That's a very big decision for them because if they fail at that they're going to be in a lot of trouble. Team Spirit can't win a game in Dota 2 anymore! This patch really ruined their entire hero pool and I feel that some players might leave this team until summer or even earlier. Miposhka already said that if his team won't perform well in Q1 he will personally take a break from Dota2 pro scene. Today they lost again against Navi with a quick 2-0 and their dream to catch DreamLeague S23 is on the edge.
The current team Navi is pretty good actually and yeah this is actually pretty good from viewers POV. I believe everyone are sick with only GG, Team Liquid and Team Spirit dominating the pro tournament scene for the past 2 years so yeah this is a good turn of event for us. VP got lucky in the first map with Entity picking Meepo against a Gyro carry lineup. After the second and third maps I knew my ticket was about to lose, they cooked up much better drafts and outplayed VP throughout the series. Im actually glad that I didnt bet on it but honestly I was so close on betting for it so I might have jinxed it abit  . I guess most unexpected result could happen in a lower tier tournament like this though, never would I have expected Team Spirit to actually lose. I thought they would atleat secure that 3rd place especially against Team Liquid Anyway, another org is stepping into the Dota scene (Leviatan) and they're currently competing in the SA qualifiers with Chris Luck as their temporary position 2 player. Few more days until we know how good the current Nigma is. With the way PSG.Quest performed at the online tournament, we might see Nigma Galaxy potentially qualifying at another tournament. I honestly think the tournament name is fine, maybe they wanted it to be similar to a popular league in sports like the Premier League. Nah its still too early to conclude that. Nigma Galaxy kinda reminded me of Manchester United, when you thought that they had it then somehow they could lose the next game lol. Anyway aside from The International, the best tournament name for me would be Animajor lol. I kinda love that tournament though and Im hoping that they could bring it back somehow Betting on this game tomorrow, I hope Team Spirit ended up winning 2-0 tomorrow.
