I strongly believe in a Hyper.mesh segwit cryptowinter. Even if the risk and probability was weaker than 20%, it is the kind of scenario that can destroy your wealth (or make you richer) and every sensible investor should have this doom scenario in mind and protect his wealth. I can't see legitimate answers preventing a 51% cartel. The incentive is obvious.

To go further in this doom scenario, I am very surprised and even scared that we can't still find basic information and means to distinguish BTC with segwit history or not.

We may suppose Miners and exchanges partnering are privately using a tool to show if a random BTC has a segwit history. When possible, they may keep the virgin "satoshi's BTC" with no segwit history and release mainly BTC with segwit to the market.
It could lead already to a high number of BTC in the market leaving already no chance for us to receive satoshi's BTCs by chance. The incentive to rollback to satosh'is BTC is even huger if 95% are already in miner's hands.

The incentive for them is also to have the best price for Satoshi's BTC, and If I were in Miners camp, I wouldn't wait too late to rollback in order not to hurt too much the Satoshi's BTC price. It needs to stay connected to the current bubble and not to upset the whole community. They can still market the necessary rollback as a structural segwit flaw they have just discovered and not a during planned and orchestrated evil attack ... They can sell like it is the community interest to roll back now, even without doing the whole attack ! And as sheeps we will follow...
Moreover, with a "segwit distinguer tool" they wouldn't really marginally earn that much by waiting.

I found it hard to find clear reference for converting TIMEREUM to EXOR then ELIX.
Moreover I never used my TME pair before, and there are partial advices in this thread, like "Send your EXOR to this address" (from which address, child or parent ? How much if I have only one, ETCetc).

In brief :

1/ Open MyEtherWallet, unlock your CHILD Adress and add the custom EXOR token (cf ANN). You should have 1 EXOR. If you don't see it in the alphabetical list of tokens, it is because added tokens are after the list. Check the last line in MyEtherWallet tokens)

2/ Given the fact you already had ETH on your child address, send ANY frationnal amount of your 1 EXOR to your ETH PARENT address - AND NOT TO THE CONTRACT ADDRESS indicated in the ANN. Not the whole 1 EXOR, because if you make an error (someone did in this thread), you won't be able to send again to the right address. As a example, send 0.1 EXOR.

Sending EXOR, whatever the amount, is like an order or request to your PARENT address to generate a new batch of EXOR coins. It is not dependant of the EXOR sent. For example, you will have a full batch, even if you sent 10% of your EXOR in your Child address. The new batch of coins are not in your PARENT address but should appear now in your CHILD Address.

3/ It is not over, you still have to send your new EXOR batch in the child address to the contract address (cf ANN) in order to have ELIX tokens. Keep minimal amount of EXOR for future batches (10 maximum)

Sur le fonds, l'équipe s'est bien renforcée depuis cet échange datant d'un 1 an il semble.

C'est l'ultime pépite. Je ne saurai même pas fixer de limite haute à son potentiel à long terme, probablement dans les 40$ à court terme puis 200$ ensuite.

Technologiquement, on est bien au delà de la blockchain, qui à mes yeux est rendue obsolète par la DAG qui permet de ne plus avoir de frais, ni de mineurs, qui résistera aux crackage quantique, etc.
Et le créateur Donrico a trouvé un angle bancaire, du fait de son expérience, qui permet d'accèder efficacement et directement à une demande gigantesque (Y a t'il plus gros que ce marché ?). Les nouvelles sont imminentes.

Le plus fou est qu'on n'est qu'une poignée à connaître. Aucun échange ne l'a encore listé du fait du "saut" technologique que çà représente, si bien que le créateur a du crééer son propre échange, en un temps record, qui plus est !

Cela s'adresse CLAIREMENT à des noobs, des investisseurs non initiés aux crypto-monnaies. Ils découvriront qu'ils n'aucun droit habituel, tels que pour n'importe quel autre instrument et action régulés, et viendront se plaindre à l'AMF à la première baisse de 25% comme cela arrivera necessairement. D'ailleurs, même si çà prend de la valeur long terme, il y a toujours des perdants et mécontents (perte du porte-monnaie, vente à perte, manque d'information car pas de rapports trimestriels). Et l'AMF devra réagir, cela rentre à 150% dans son champs de compétence.

Je deviens de toute façon extrêmement critique sur les ICOs. Il y avait nettement par le passé un esprit entrepreneurial et un flou législatif qui autorisait à tester et s'engager dans ce type de levée de fonds. Désormais, les créateurs d'ICO ont eu des premiers retours très documentés et savent bien que les ICO sont en voie d'interdiction et répréhensibles. 
A mes yeux, chaque nouveau créateur d'ICO passera par la case "Prison". Pour avoir fait plusieurs levées traditionelles, c'est au mieux un moyen de violer la loi au détriment des investisseurs, et dans le pire cas de voler directement de l'argent sans aucun projet tangible derrière.
