100 k this year boys?  honestly i don't see any reason why komodo, if it's keeps solid fundamentals, shouldn't meet or exceed that of zcash on coin market cap, putting it in the low teens in the list. -- giving it a value of roughly 6 dollars per komodo. right now though it has to get on poloneix and other exchanges to really make this a reality. |

by creating a transaction. Any size transaction will do. It will make the interest reset itself. any plans of getting komodo on poloneix? the exposure would do it good. |

The price will be double very soon
Its bitcoin value may double, but as bitcoin falls -- which it will -- the fiat value of nem remains the same. you gain nothing. As i've said many times, bitcoin is heavily dominated by chinese influence and as china did before back in 2013, they'll pump and dump the markets with their annoucements while simultaneously owning a bigger and bigger share of the mining power within it, thereby dominating bitcoin and possibly threatening alts with it. if people think this is a good thing for crypto, they're very naive. no government is going to want to see a governmentless currency suceed, but they will manipulate it for their gains until they dispose of it. particularly communist china. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1uFcUt0IVE&t=4s |

ive been watching the markets for the last few days now and honestly, nems decline is a coordinated effort. it's not the only coin going down.
likewise, we saw a momentary increase (8000) in nems price alongside that of bts and a few others yesterday. no coincidence.
To sell nem now into this bear trap would be a big mistake, as although it may sink further, it will correct upwards when you least expect it. i know, i've been bitten numerous times in these scenarios.

You literally can't know if many people planned to sell at $1 even if they said they would...so that's not sound enough logic for this anyway. The FACT that it pumped from .60-1.50 and back sub $1 is super telling. Take it or leave it I bought tons of BAT with my KMD gains @ <.10 So I'm not really down and out for selling KMD at .60 cents, I just can't believe/support it when everyone is blindly throwing cash in.
You did well, because after selling wasn't so easy to buy, until now volume is lowering and I don't know what profit had result to you. But the point is always the same, if your long term investment is finished, good bye. But please, let aside new users that strive in installing Agama or practising with Komodo, all that isn't needed to trade and unrelated with a wrong buy. I actually had success with Agama and like the wallet! I just don't like random 'free' assets that add more bubbliciousness to the already inflated market, and I don't like the crazy swings in price when other coins go up 30%, drop by 10%, go up by 50%, drop by 15% you know? Anyone who thinks KMD is the only one/biggest one to make money in this year or next is dumb. KMD could be $50 next year. But so could GNT, TRST, LUN etc it's all about this crazy bubble speculative supply and demand. If you're going long in KMD, just PLEASE don't be an idiot for the love of my fellow humans, if you see the overall market is getting weird (because bubbles can pop at any moment with the right set of circumstances) DONT be the guy thinking well if ETH, BTC, and all the others are getting weird and volatile, that KMD will be the one to be left holding. I still like KMD in principle, just not in the current market, and not with air drop assets.
It seems in every 'coins' thread you have that core group of people who are hodling and 'not touching' til it hits $X whatever...maybe instead of hoping the bubble inflates to the point where the coin is only worth speculative value, you WATCH the market and when stuff gives hints of illogical behavior, you go back to safer routes.
This is money guys. You laugh and think this or that, but even the guy who has a 100k/year job and 1mil in cryptos MIGHT come under the strangest of circumstances and have to liquidate that...
For those like me and many others who don't have to worry about that, whatever we'll be fine. But I just want to WARN some people that just because people are shilling for a project and the project is going 3x in one day, DOESNT mean it's doing so based on logic or fundamentals. And when your life-line per se is invested in something, you really want it to be secure/logical, OR you've got instant liquidation access. I would've made SO much more profit on KMD with the volatility from .30 cents to .45 cents but it was when most of us tech-noobs couldn't get past the 4/50 or whatever.
I'll be back when more logical money has come into the project not a bunch of people pumping it out of speculation then taking in profits...shake down...pump...GOD it sucks. I have a feeling KMD will go huge but it's NOT going to be because of bunch of legendary or hero members said 'this is gonna hit $5 in 2018!' or wtf ever. Good luck guys and hope everyone continues making gains. I sold my ETH around $75 and I have 0 regrets because I've made even more with ICOs but the point remains the same I would LOVE to make more money with KMD but for now it's too sketchy, will require too much attention to catch the mid-day peaks and valleys.    For the record, i want you to know that i agree entirely with most of what you've said and genuinely appreciate your evaluation. it's certainly something we all should bare in mind going forward. |

I bought 1500 KMD (Komodo) coins months back when it was like 8 cents or something dumb and today I find out it is trading at $1.08. Open up the wallet last night and find that there's a bug in their official wallet that gives you two different deposit addresses - the second one is the valid one, the first is a dummy address. To receive the correct address you have to create the wallet, log out and then log in again. The password you create upon making a new address is associated with the second address. That's how I found out I sent the KMD to the dummy address.
So there ya go internet, there's $1500 worth of KMD out there in an unknown wallet for ya. This is gonna be so sick when this coin hits $25. It's not even being traded on any of the major exchanges yet. I may have become the guy who lost a million USD worth of KMD in ten years.
Good luck hunting for it folks, dunno if it's hackable but there is some KMD floating out in the ether.
meh, only means everyone elses stash is more valuable as less coins are traded. good for us all. in the meantime, i hope to see komodo devs making their wallet absolutely solid as these sorts of mistakes will deter serious investment. as a nem investor in the early days the komodo team could really learn alot from how the nem devs go about their deals and pr with investors. First and foremost i hope they get komodo on polo and other exchanges, while pushing hard against similar anon cryptos and showing that komodo is a trustworthy and solid alternative. Until they get these wallet issues ironed out though, this simply won't be. |

XEM was dumped so hard yesterday. Glad to see it's going up again and will break 10k sat soon.
Actually its a price correction, its not a dump. if you follow NEM carefully in the past 2 weeks or months, its most stable point is from 6k sats to 7k sats, Now its still ahead, Correction is much needed for a more healthy rise, means the investors is holding and appreciating the project. Agreed. i think in the short term nem is going to correct ot around the 7000-8000 sats range, and probably hang around this region for at least a month or so before we start seeing market movements up again to similar levels. |

this pump over the last week or so was largely from funds coming in from china.
Only a few years back we saw this back when bitcoin was around 1000 usd, it peaked at this and then fell back to around 500 usd value.
It's a coordinated effort from china folks, the biggest bullshitters when it comes to monetary policy. Thats communism for you and centralization.
China is buying up multitudes more than any other country when it comes to bitcoin, and likewise when they cash out. There is almost certainly manipulation on their minds and i suspect they are right now, just testing the waters to see what they can get away with.

Cant seem to make a withdrawal from my wallet with agama. claims it's gone through, but nothing ever appears on the blockchain or is debited from my wallet....

upon logging into my wallet, my balance fails to update to a new amount, yet on the blockchain explorer it's fine.
Agama just doesn't appear to want to update, and as such i'm afraid to make withdrawals or deposits in case it goes wrong.
Any tips? tried reinstalling, no dice.

Now i have the next problem. How will i behave, when i´m rich ? Ok, i´ll start out with beeing "humble". Can´t hurt You're only rich the moment you decide to sell and cash out your bitcoin for fiat. Untill then, you are still holding speculative cash that can collapse in value at any second. Congrats all! We crossed the 1B barrior solidifying NEM position in the crytpo scene. Thing is same can apply to FIAT. and FIAT is in much worse shape then people realize -- it's why bitcoin exists. Long term, if you're a crypto holder, you can't lose. market caps prove it. |

Thus, $1 KMD is starting to look like a complete joke (i.e. too low)! Unless kmd gets the exposure it needs i struggle to share this sentiment. It could easily fall into obscurity as what NXT did. However, if KMD offers chinese citizens an option around over-the-top regulation on capital flight...... |
