This was a misunderstanding. astana was sent a refund from shakaru's bank, but he didn't understand that it takes several days for the refund to complete. Because of astana's actions, this issue has become much more complicated. As a result, this investigation has been put on hold until all of the various Paypal disputes are resolved.

From the sound of things I would say you are back to your old tricks again astana. Make a deal, negotiate something else, send funds to prove your "worth" then complain when the seller backs out from frustration.
I have done numerous transactions with shakaru and he has always been a stand up guy. You are leaving out details to help prove your case and attempting to force a trusted member to give in to your scammy ways.
