Hello I'm new here. Noticed genesys only now, am I late to join the party? nope, GSY is still very cheap Thanks for your advice, will wait for more opinions. The ICO price was ~1442 Satoshi and there are 1.6 million coins in total with a low inflation of only around 22k coins added each month. Besides that the project is great, we have a nice idea(read the OP) and a dev team which is delivering.

So, is anybody against giving me some coins? I mean even as I'm not using Twitter often, my tweet will reach the exchanges nonetheless. Be generous

At the moment most followers seem to be legit, but to be on the safe side you could add some prerequisites to the giveaway like the GRF dev did, e.g. that every new participant on Twitter also needs to have at least a junior member account on bitcointalk, that would counter mass participations by Twitter bots.
Ooooh now i do like that idea but at the same time what if someone wishes to partake but they have never used bitcontalk before or a forum for that matter Yeah, you are right about that(for me it's the opposite, I don't tweet ), it was only a suggestion to fight a mass bot invasion. As long as there is no sign of this, there is no need to introduce tougher rules.

The block explorer should be fixed, it's still showing the pre-forked block chain.

We are firm on the ending time of 8 PM EST. There will be no delays.
So that was a lie... It doen't matter if it was an exchange withdrawal or something else, the deadline was already over according to the block chain. it was from an exchange, so it was sent minutes before it actually showed up, and the countdown on the ann thread was showing 57seconds still. lets just agree that it will help the coin. i mean we only have a 2k usd market cap, lets just move on to distribution. If you promise something you should stick to it(-> ICO over at 8 pm means no funds will be raised after that, even if it's only 3 min). If you wanted to invest, you could have done that earlier, the ICO was over. i personally don't see a problem with him accepting a investment that was 3 minutes late, the ico funds raised aren't that big of a deal the 1.4btc will help the coin more then not having it so why do you have a problem with it? I don't have a problem with late investments per se, but if you make a rule yourself and then say you will uphold it adamantly when asked about it, it shouldn't be bended like it is now. I mean the dev already said that he will accept the funds, because he understandably wants the money no matter what I say, so that discussion is really fruitless. It looks a bit shady imho, but that's just my opinion. I'm sorry for any inconvenience allowing the 1.4 BTC deposit to come through has caused for you. With the ICO nearing the 10 BTC mark, it'll be possible to pursue a local mining farm in the near future, allowing the daily revenue of the SRF to increase. Just to note, around 50%-60% of revenue is expended to pay for maintenance and electricity fees for mining. Once we set up a local mining farm, only 25%-30% of daily mining revenue will be used to cover such expenses, as industrial electricity in the north of Ontario is cheap, especially during night time. This is a win-win situation for all parties of this ICO. Once again, apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Well, while I'm still a bit unhappy about the bending of the rules, I can understand you now and if it will lead to a local mining farm instead of cloud mining I'm okay with it. Thanks for the explanation.

Actually it's not. He sent it after the ICO closed, so it should be refunded as the dev said numerous times that he would stick to the ICO ending time.

It's over, the ICO raised ~8.4 BTC.
Nop one guy sent 1.4 btc at the last minute but is credited 3 mins later. I think is better include this guy; with 9.78316657 BTC, Adam can buy more hash power. It was sent 3 minutes after the deadline closed, block chain never lies. Including him would be against the rules.

This way of running the giveaway with pm's is worse than by using the posted answers on this board as nobody could verify if the thread starter is not just sending the reward to one of his friends. And even if not, I bet the winner copied my results and sent a pm, because I forgot to do it first as I overlooked this in the OP and thought it would be done by a forum answer as written in the first thread.....

Okay, so total supply will be 1.6-1.7 million coins, right?
Around 1.6-1.7 yes. Thanks for the clarification. I have a question about the monthly inflation including the skynodes after the initial periods are finished, how many new coins will be created per month? My assumption was 21600 coins, based on the regular wallet stake reward of 0.5 coins.
