What told is correct when China started to ban ICO and told all exchanges to shut down till rules and regulations are not formed , from that time most of the bitcoin users and miners have started to shift their mining location to other place where they can mine legally and it is cost effective. So it can be temporary problem but it will not impact much.

What you are telling happens mostly in gambling but in trading until the user who have purchased not selling cannot say will be in loss, so in trading it is always users who are buying and selling in each price.

Like for example , i bought bitcoins for 200 usd and then when the market went up i sold for 500 usd but same time another user bought in 500 usd and then when market went up to 700 he sold and same time the buyer may be new or old one that no one can say and who ever bought in 700 usd and market goes down he wont sell but he buys more and average his buying price and when market went up he sells and another user buying it. So in this no one can confirm that whether the buyer is looser or seller is looser.

Through social bounty you can only earn peanuts profit as their is lot of competition so it is totally waste to join it. Better gain more information and upgrade your rank, in the mean time know your skill and give your skill for bitcoin payment, this way you can earn more. With the bounty coins you can learn trading and then invest and trade high.

Until you dont sell your coins you cannot tell that you are totally in loss, so if you have got some more investment then start buying in dip slowly and average your buying price so that when the market start to move up , then you should be able to be in profit in short movement. This way you can trade in bearish market and be alert in market.

This is the known fact of the Scammers are still able to scam as they know their are lot of users who are always greedy and in this stupidity they lose their funds and then cry. Even they have read lot of information about scam but still some of them fall for the scam trap as they try to act smart and fall for their trap.

After seeing your post i just went and saw the result and cannot believe it as last some days most of the big teams are loosing their matches. Like in EPL Man utd loosing with 4 goals margin and Arsenal also lost it. In champions trophy Juventus and Man city also lost thier Quarter final match.

So i think the small teams are playing with lot of new strategy and techinques which are guiding them the victory against big teams.

Hope that Man city wins the match against Man Utd so that they stand on top in EPL table.

What you are telling is the true fact of bonus given by the casino or gambling sites, as they know that it is very hard to achieve that wagering reqirement and out of 10 person 1 person claiming the bonus with required wagering itself is very hard. I think even with electrum andrioid wallet you can access your wallet by installing it in any smart phones and access it, even the electrum wallet can be accessed any where from passphrase. So you are fully protected but in samsung phone do they give you private key for the wallet so that if the phone gets problem we should be able to acces  the wallet from other option also.

So you mean to say that which ever government will come in force will take first step to ban the crytpocurrencies. But OP was telling that current government is thinking of regulating the crypto currencies. But as much i know if the current government was thinking to regulate the cryptocurrencies then they would have not ban the crypto exchanges to trade in crypto and tell all banks through RBI to ban the accounts which are in cryptocurrencies trading. So i dont think that current government is interested in regulating cryptocurrencies and even no government is interested in regulating cryptocurrencies.

What you told is correct that all time is good time if you are a good trader as even in bear market traders are making profit. As you have holding of bitcoins so in bear market you can sell on high and buy back in low, this way also you can minimize your buying price  and increase your investment.

If you are new to trading then first better join bounty and earn some coins and trade with it and learn how to trade and then from that profit you can trade more and when you feel you are good to trade then you can invest and start trading.

In current situation only but giving your skill for bitcoin and trading will give you atleast 1 btc in an year you can earn without investing. Other bounty options are very hard to earn as the profit will be very less and work will be high.

You are telling you got bitcoin in your hardware wallet and you wanted to sell alt coins, can be clear whether you want to sell btc or altcoins. If you want to sell bitcoins then you can go with binance, bittrex or localbitcoins P2P exchange. but before that keep in mind that you have to complete the KYC procedure in all big exchanges so be ready for it. If you want to sell your other altcoins then first check where they are listed and sell according to it.

I just do simple research i first see the team members involved are real life or not, as if the team members are real then we can think next part for the ICO, then comes whitepaper reading and project developments as they are the key features which give the view of project where will it goes. The last one i see is the campaign managers involved in their bounty program as reputed managers dont get involved in scam projects which give more credit to the project to be genuine and more chances to invest in them.

Seeing the 2017 bounty rewards lot of users have left their day job and joined bounty campaign to earn and even earned lot but from 2018 till now their is no such good projects which payed good. In the trading market you cannot say that you cannot get losses, you can minimize it by holding them and if got more investment then buy in low and sell in high. This way you wont get loss but you have to be patience and hold the coins to get profit.
