21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to earn money (cryptocurrency) in 2024? on: June 04, 2024, 06:23:48 AM
I think, until now the method is still the same, namely selling services, bounties, airdrops, and others. However, this is starting to feel difficult because until now people are probably more focused on trading and looking for information about meme coins. Anyway, so far I'm still trying to earn crypto through bounties. This year, there are still no bounties that really pay out much. However, I think the people who went after the airdrop have gotten some decent payouts.
22  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to get your Dad (or Mom) to buy Bitcoin? on: June 03, 2024, 03:32:50 PM
That was a super long one. Time the easiest way to get my mom and dad to buy Bitcoin is by simply asking them to send me money for something and then use the money to buy Bitcoin and yet tell them that’s what I did. It will save you many stress of explanation. Most of them wouldn’t have interest because they are stuck know it used to be.
LOL, that's a great way. Well, the best way is also to ask them for money to invest, and we use it to invest in bitcoin. Even if you use the DCA method, it doesn't matter. When you have enough bitcoins from your parents' investments, you can buy them a house. However, not all parents are suitable and understand the Bitcoin system. The best way is for them to give us money and support for it.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coins are advantageous to invest in now on: June 03, 2024, 01:44:19 PM
I think there are many coin choices that can provide profits, whether in memecoin or altcoin, I think it's just a choice and if you are still confused I can recommend coins in the top 10 CMC, where the altcoins in that ranking have a big opportunity to can provide benefits in the future.
If you want lower risk than others, and the potential for quite large profits, the best choice is indeed popular altcoins, especially those that have a ranking on Coinmarketcap. However, coins such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, and other popular coins still have high upside potential after the Halving occurs this year. Additionally, these popular coins have a higher level of trust, so the risk of scams is very low. However, if you are looking for a coin that still has high profit potential, I also recommend choosing a popular coin.
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Are People Not Interested To Listen To Success Stories Of Bitcoin Investors? on: June 03, 2024, 12:33:27 PM
I think this is just a matter of perspective from Bitcoin alone. I think the environment you have doesn't really like and know bitcoin. In fact, the people who are disappointed with bitcoin are the ones who probably didn't get much out of it and it wasn't what they thought it would be. It could be that they buy too quickly when prices are high, and sell during a bear market. Then they told it. Apart from that, many people think that bitcoin is a bad investment because many of them only saw bitcoin when it was hype, and when the price made a correction, they were disappointed. I think, if you really want to invest, then I think you just need to find this investment community in your place that can encourage you. Also, try to focus on this investment rather than hearing other people's stories. If your family doesn't like you investing, then do it for yourself. As long as it doesn't harm other people, then stay optimistic.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do your parents invest in bitcoin ? on: June 02, 2024, 09:04:58 AM
They dont, they are old enough and not even following the technology in general. It is even hard for them to use smartphone, mostly they use smartphone for phonecall/messaging only. Even though they know that I am as their son investing in cryptocurrency, they do not really care about it and they do not want to know about it more. Maybe because it is related to education background which is so low in my country, not many people who are in the same age as my parents are well educated in my country.
Well, I also have parents like that. Even they don't really know how to use a smartphone. However, I think they no longer want to think about complicated things, let alone choosing something risky to invest in. So far, they have only chosen gold, or real estate to invest in because they have always been very valuable. However, I don't think we should force them to invest in this technology, so if we are interested, then we just have to utilize it ourselves.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth to join airdrop? on: June 02, 2024, 05:25:43 AM
Nowadays airdrops hype is back again and due to some projects gave a decent amount of money among its contributors, people are joining randomly even without analysis anything. And many shit projects announcing airdrops and try to attract investors for their projects. Many shit projects already gained millionaires of subscribers in their channel but they are keep doing fake promises. I would say, you can join airdrop but analysis them. Don't join blindly.
yeah, maybe now there are quite a lot of airdrops that pay pretty well. However, we know that this is still very little compared to the number of airdrops currently. If you want to take part in the airdrop, you should choose a project that has great potential. I think, if you focus on doing all the tasts from various airdrops, it will really waste time.
27  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin House Bali, Indonesia on: June 02, 2024, 03:07:34 AM
I think Indonesia is one of the countries that allows bitcoin as an investment but not as a replacement for their fiat currency. However, if this bitcoin house only aims to introduce and educate, it may be very good for the crypto user community. Since Bali is one of the recommended places for everyone to vacation, I think they are trying to take advantage of this moment to introduce Bitcoin more to people who are visiting and local. Well, maybe one day I will go on holiday there and maybe have a look at the place.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can any meme coin challenge bitcoin in future ? on: June 01, 2024, 02:24:28 PM
I firmly believe that meme coin will never be able to beat bitcoin, even in the future. In fact, I feel that popular altcoins like ethereum, BNB, and other coins that have clear utility, and high potential value, are very hard to beat bitcoin. However, as the name suggests, Meme coins are only created without a clear purpose. In fact, people only take advantage of meme coins because their fluctuations are very high and short.
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not fall for success stories of bitcoin investors on: June 01, 2024, 10:40:10 AM
I think it is a common thing to tell or share someone's success story in a field. This usually motivates someone to enter the business world if they are really interested. However, what you need to realize is that this is not easy. There will be risks that can be found in any investment. Therefore, wise investors will try to do research before investing. So, it is very natural for someone to look for motivation to enter and be serious about something.
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can save you against inflation if you invest in & hold it some years on: June 01, 2024, 06:18:20 AM
well, owning bitcoin might save us from inflation because only it goes up continuously. I hope the price can be higher than the current price. Apart from saving from inflation, bitcoin even has very fast growth compared to other investments. Investing in gold can also save us from inflation, but the price movement is a little slow, meaning it will take us quite a long time to feel the benefits of gold. However, if we look at the price of bitcoin 10 years ago, then the current price is really fantastic and I think there is no harm in holding bitcoin in the long term.
31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can small countries in accepting bitcoin as legal transaction? on: May 30, 2024, 03:11:59 AM
I think it depends on a country's policy. If they really need it, then it is not a problem to accept bitcoin as a payment alternative. Apart from that, there are several countries that have more than 1 legal currency, so I think if a country's circumstances require that, I don't think it's a problem. However, all kinds of considerations must be made, because bitcoin also has a big risk because its price is unstable.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People with quick rich attitude always mess up with alt coins on: May 29, 2024, 12:43:04 PM
yeah, this happens all the time, especially with meme coins. they even just pay attention to the charts for that. some of my friends who bought meme coins couldn't even sell the meme coins they had for several reasons. However, being an investor requires precision and patience. Therefore, research is very important before investing. Even the hype that is going on with bitcoin, very many ordinary people in my area are looking for how to invest in bitcoin when they hear that the price of bitcoin is really going high. They don't know that bitcoin has a large degree of volatility.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't invest in Bitcoin because others are investing in Bitcoin on: May 29, 2024, 09:27:59 AM
In my opinion, it's better to invest in Bitcoin because you understand the concept it has, the usages here, and the potential it can provide in the future.
The others are just riding the trend, and their acquaintances are saying, in short, they are just hyped because of the story told to them.

That's why some people always say to always do your own research. Let's not forget this thing that everyone is told.
Well, if someone is interested in investing in bitcoin, it would be better if he finds out information about bitcoin in depth. That would be better because he would know how bitcoin works and brings profit to him. I feel that such investors are wise investors. In addition, people who sometimes buy bitcoin just because of the hype or following other people are investors who will only come once in a while, who may be more easily disappointed if things don't move the way they want.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't advice anyone to invest on Bitcoin if he doesn't have Alt. income on: May 29, 2024, 05:21:07 AM
sometimes he tells me that he's afraid to invest his money on the bitcoin due to the potential losses.

You potentially could lose everything you own. It's possible for your house to burn down, your bank to go bankrupt, your car to be stolen. Are you afraid it will happen? Are you losing sleep every night thinking about it? I sure don't.

Yes' there's a chance to lose everything when you buy bitcoin, but there's also a chance to lose it all when you continue to hold fiat money.
IMO buying bitcoin is one of the smartest things you can do in life.
Well, the fact is that investing is very risky, which is why the profits offered are so large. If someone had said it like that, they really didn't want to take the risk. However, many people want to take risks when they realize that investment is important, and taking risks when we still have a source of income is something that is highly emphasized, especially when we are still far from financial freedom.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you been profiting from memecoins? on: May 28, 2024, 01:32:22 PM
I have not invested in any memecoin so far. Because memecoin price volatility is very high. So I have not earned any profit from here till now. Wanted to invest in Dogecoin during the last bullrun but ended up not investing anymore. However, proper research should be done before investing in such coins.
It's normal if someone hasn't made a profit from meme coins because basically meme coins have a high risk. As far as I remember, I made a profit from Dogecoin, and that was because I sold some coins that were not that valuable, and kept them in the form of dogecoin. So when the price goes up, I make some profit.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to get your Dad (or Mom) to buy Bitcoin? on: May 28, 2024, 11:05:24 AM
I think parents who aren't interested in Bitcoin won't read what you wrote because they basically don't like it. After all, if my parents had no interest in bitcoin, then it wouldn't be a problem. I'll just try to grow the investment myself, and make them proud. However, I think if our parents are old enough, and don't understand things like this, then I will let them be happy with what they like. Meanwhile, I will try to utilize what I know about this investment.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't advice anyone to invest on Bitcoin if he doesn't have Alt. income on: May 28, 2024, 03:52:57 AM
Well, actually you were right to recommend that he invest while he still has a job. In fact, I also thought like that, and at that time I was forced to invest. However, when I lost my job, I really felt the benefits of the investment. However, this could be a lesson for him that while he still has income, he needs to think about what things are good to invest in and not be quickly satisfied with his income at that time. Investments will help us when we have no source of income. Currently he has no source of income, and wants to invest in bitcoin which has quite a high risk of investing if you don't have a source of income. I suggest looking for income first, because I still adhere to the principle that don't invest using money you don't want to lose.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is it still to Invest into meme coins? on: May 27, 2024, 10:59:23 AM
in fact, the risk of investing in meme coins is a scam, or things like you mentioned. That's why meme coin is called an investment with a very high risk in the crypto world. Apart from that, most meme coins are created without a specific goal, even unclear development. Mostly I see that many meme coins are burned to increase their price. Additionally, this is not the case with Sol chain, but almost all meme coins. However, decide for yourself what your investment is. Until now, people choose meme coins as an investment because meme coins have very high fluctuations.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forget Bitcoin - Memecoins Like Pepe, FLOKI and Bonk Are the Big Gainers Now on: May 27, 2024, 07:51:21 AM
It's not surprising that Meme Coin provides big profits. Because the price is cheap, the price can rise high in a short period of time. However, the thing to remember is that this also applies vice versa. Apart from that, people invest in meme coins because they take advantage of the fluctuations that occur, and the coins may not develop and become a scam. There are many things to consider if you want to focus on investing in meme coins. I suggest using the minimum funds.
40  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do your parents invest in bitcoin ? on: May 27, 2024, 05:47:59 AM
Over here it's not that easy to get people convinced especially our parents because already they had this mindset that people who alway talks about bitcoin are all internet fraudster. Even when you try to go further they may label one as scammer and most our old people over doesn't understand anything about bitcoin and it's usage, instead they would want to report someone to the authorities to get one apprehended.
yes, especially if they are old, or they don't understand technology. It is very difficult to attract them into this investment. Moreover, when they see the value of their assets decreasing, it might make them panic. Apart from that, until now I think people who have entered old age are people who may not know or refuse to invest in bitcoin or cryptocurrency.
