921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too much of new crypto projects? on: January 08, 2022, 10:57:20 AM
Given the current benefits that crypto can bring, I think a lot of developers will try to take advantage of this. especially if they can make quality products. So, I think it's very natural that so many people are competing in making projects and trying to find investors.
the thing to note is, there may be a lot of new projects at any time. however, not all of the projects are good. Because of this, in-depth research is very necessary. if you are not very knowledgeable in this matter, choosing a crypto that is old and still growing today is a pretty good choice.
922  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc is boring on: January 08, 2022, 06:11:08 AM
That 20% increase in bitcoin is a lot mate. You think it's nothing, but what about those who have enough bitcoins? well, that's a very good price hike.
I just feel you haven't found your place in bitcoin. If bitcoin is boring, why do you think big people or investors only talk about bitcoin? well, it's because of its enormous potential. anyway, I don't know what you think, but if you look at the price increase since 2018 in bitcoin price and compare it to other coins, then you might be able to see the interesting side of bitcoin.
923  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dont get sad over what could have been on: January 07, 2022, 08:28:32 AM
What has passed, let it pass, even though it's hard when I remember it, sad indeed, but look at us now, the survivors from the past who are standing today staring into the valley.
I think our past losses has paid off into our precious experience, so I motivate myself that I am rich with the amount of time I have spent up until today. Just that all.
well, we all have a past that we want to change so we always think about that, even me too.
So far, I've been trying to figure out what I should do in the future, however, given that the current price of the coin is very high, and when I sell the coin at a very low price, it irritates me. Yeah, but I think it's a natural thing. for now, I'm still trying to get back to collecting coins like a few years ago. Well, although the result is not as big as last time, but this is better than lamenting the decisions I have made in the past.
924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHOULDN'T THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOKENS BE MORE SUPERVISED ? on: January 07, 2022, 05:13:54 AM
speaking of supervised, nothing seems better than the government. Unfortunately, crypto and government are quite different which makes that very difficult to do. Well, I agree that at the moment it looks like the development of new projects should be more closely watched and monitored, but the question is that no one is currently officially overseeing the development of new cryptos.
however, personally, I tend to have more personal standards in choosing new projects than dealing with oversight, such as team clarity and so on. however, when the identity of the team is known, their location, etc., it will increase investor confidence rather than having no team information at all. well, so far, things like this have been asked and wanted a lot, however, it seems that there is still no guaranteed solution to the problem of this new project.

926  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: your worst mistake on: December 21, 2021, 10:57:30 AM
At the very beginning of my trading life , when I was new in this crypto space, I bought a coin which pumped so much that was approximately 50x more than my investment but i didn't sell those. After a few days latter that dumped and  still hold in my wallet. I discover that it is not possible to regain the coin price. That was my ignorance and worst mistake.
LOL, this is the opposite of me. the first time i tried to trade, i bought a coin which was in a big dump. well, I don't know what coin it is, but I thought that it would bounce back, and bought some. unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam coin, where the dump happened because people realized it. well, it happened at the beginning of my introduction to crypto. well, it immediately gave me a real experience. luckily, i tried to trade only a few bucks.
927  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks will die crypto will take over in 5-10 years on: December 21, 2021, 06:31:18 AM
Bank is still safer than crypto. Those funds which has been hacked is impossible to recover and it is almost untraceable but now a days funds on bank is safe. It cant be hacked and also bank have a liability if funds lost for any unfair way. At the same time for crypto no one will be responsible or no one will take the liability for lost fund.
yeah, that's the reality. after all, in general people are also more likely to choose banks over crypto nowadays. so, the vote for the bank may still be much bigger, and difficult to dissipate.
besides, rather than die, I think that banks will adapt to this crypto system. if one day people tend to use crypto, the government will not stand still for it. most likely the steps that will be taken are, take advantage of this technology, or ban this.
928  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if $70k was Bitcoin ATH for the year? on: December 20, 2021, 07:43:33 AM
Will you be satisfied if 2021  ends with an ATH of $70k for Bitcoin. Will it make you more richer or it wouldn't add any value to your intial capital.
I am very satisfied for the Bitcoin ATH this time which coincides in 2021, $70k the highest moment in Bitcoin history since it was introduced to the wider community.

It's just that we need to wait for the next ATH to reach $150k, in the next 4 years.

Of course, we should be thankful that we have reach almost $70,000 as our new all time high, 4 years ago it was almost $20,000. So you do the math and what will be in the next 4 years.

I just put aside reaching 6 digits this year or next year, maybe it will happen but we just have to wait for it and not expect it to suddenly pop out. It's better a slow and sure grind to $100,000 or more in the next 4 years.
at the time of writing the thread, I think the bitcoin price is very close to $70k, and people want to see a $100k price. however, right now, even i also hope the price can reach $70k, it's just that it's very difficult for now.
however, when the bitcoin price could hit $70k by the end of the year, it's a very very satisfying service to hold on to. this will affect the prices of altcoins. however, even when bitcoin's price hits $60k, I think, that's pretty satisfying for now, and pretty good for the start of 2022.
929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your opinion, NFT last long or not ? on: December 20, 2021, 05:15:57 AM
now that we are in the market almost bearish to be investing in some NFT would be very dangerous and definitely a next move not to mention that there are already ten projects that just have nothing good and took advantage of the time when the market was in relation to NFT. talking about the survival of these NFTs in the long term i think they can still survive for at least 3 years or more depending on the type of project but not many projects will survive, the market will always have something new that replaces something old
well, i think like this. even, if it's axie infinity, I also need to see the current development. well, currently quite a lot of complaints from some of the players that I met. however, I think that for now, tokens/coins are still worth more than NFT. it's just that, NFT is growing, there is a possibility that in the future, NFT will be even better than coins because of functions like P2E, and so on. I would argue that NFT can probably last more than 3 years.
930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How reasonable is the long-term investment in Altcoins? on: December 19, 2021, 10:22:24 PM
If we consider a long-term period of 5-10 years, then I do not consider it possible to make an investment altcoin forecast in the crypto area for so long. I believe in Ethereum, I doubt the rest.
actually, if it's a popular coin, then I believe it can be profitable. short or long, I've tried to do this on ethereum, and it was very profitable. Currently, I believe coins like BNB, and other popular coins are also very profitable to hold in the long term. however, you need to pay attention to the development information so you don't miss it and know when the dump or pump price is caused by what things so that you can make a decision after that.
for other altcoins, I also still believe if it continues to be developed, the rest is just to see the development and information like this. Well, the world of altcoins is too wide, we can't just rely on 1 altcoin, because almost every altcoin has different potentials.
931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Play2earn games on: December 19, 2021, 04:12:08 PM

P2E is current crypto hype atm, and it doesn't look like it'll go away anytime soon.
Purely, it's every gamers dream, to enjoy their hobby and get paid for it
yes, this is true. even when we do research on NFT P2E, we can find a lot of games even cheaper than axie infinity. this will probably last for a long time. however, we also need to pay attention that nowadays quite a lot of coins are P2E based, but end up in scams, rug pulls, and so on. it's just, at this time I haven't found a game as good as Axie to play in the long term. There may be games out there like My Neighbor Alice, but personally, I'm more interested in Axie than the game.
932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you invest in new projects? on: December 19, 2021, 10:08:59 AM
Hello everyone, my question is: how often do you invest in new and young projects? Aren't you afraid of losing money if the project closes?

I want to invest in a promising project called Metaplace.finance. Their token sale starts on 21st Dec and I think this is a good opportunity to successfully invest money.

If anyone have any idea about this project kindly share your thoughts. Maybe you have some interesting cases on this matter.

Well, it depends on how good the project is. if it's a promising project, I might invest there. however, if it was a project that wasn't very promising, I most likely wouldn't invest.
I am not so afraid of losing the money I have invested in, because I use money I can afford to lose. however, as much as possible, I try to follow only legitimate projects, so I don't lose my money. but if it's lost, well that's the risk.
never heard of Metaplace.finance before. You need to do some deep digging. maybe the points are team, concept, market, partnership, and others. make sure they are clear, and popular.
933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Transfer Ethereum anonymously on: December 18, 2021, 03:05:11 PM
Well, pretty much any way if you want your transactions to be anonymous. In fact, when you transfer from wallet to exchange, and from exchange to wallet, it's quite difficult to know who the sender of eth is. only, the fee is quite large if you do that.
however, another thing, you can use a mixer. There are many places that provide this. Besides that, being anonymous here means that we don't know who owns the wallet. In fact, if it's actually traceable like you said, then why are there so many hackers from exchanges that haven't been discovered yet? Yes, because this transaction is quite anonymous if done correctly. Well, that's what I understand so far.
934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: AXS and SLP. Why the price of SLP is falling but AXS is rising? on: December 18, 2021, 10:49:58 AM
the reason why SLP price is falling is that there are more slp minted than burned. More players are coming means more slp that has to be minted and the supply is unlimited. Regarding axs it is the governance token of AXIE Infinity and has a limited supply only
It's not only that. There are some reasons and I would try to mention all of these reasons and you can see below
1. The team keeps minting new token instead make the old token has more utility
2. SLP has hyper inflation
3. Too much axies in the market but the demand was decreasing a lot
4. SLP has no more utility other than used to breed axie. That's a garbage token that will always be earned and then dumped for fresh money.

Well, I only focus on numbers 2,3, and 4. I think that's enough to answer why SLP prices always fall downward from time to time.
Currently, there are already a lot of Axies, even when they go on an adventure, they already get 50 SLP per day (not including the arena). There are a lot of teams out there, and they will sell SLP all the time. it will continue to push the price of SLP down. unlimited supply, and produced very much every day. In fact, not everyone will do breeding when the time to claim has arrived. however, this will continue to happen, and push the price of SLP down if the team doesn't make the latest developments.
935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think ethereum is the best crypto next to bitcoin. on: December 17, 2021, 05:52:32 PM
Actually, Ethereum is a very strong project that have a verr strong team therefore I belive Ethereum token an be place next to bitcoin. But the Ethereum blockchain is demanding for a very high transaction fee, as a result of that, many people are diverting to BSC network in order to have less transaction fee.

Absolutely agree.

Ethereum transaction prices just make it impossible to use. It really doesn't make sense that you need to pay $100 to get $20 out of a defi platform these days.

Alternatives like BSC are popular, but there are many of them already. For example Matic, or Solana.

The key then is in bridges. You need a token that allows you to earn money while bridging between networks. That's going to be the best performing coin in the future IMO.
well, no doubt if ethereum is a good coin, even I once thought that this coin is the best coin after bitcoin. but, as you said, the current situation is not what it seems. using a $100 fee to earn $20 is just not worth it. that means currently, ethereum is not meant for small transactions. even when you make transactions on DEX, the fees can be higher.
while the best coins are coins that can be used for small or large transactions with fast transaction speeds. well, nowadays it's no secret that people are using BSC to avoid big transactions from ethereum. in fact, as far as i can see, most of the new projects nowadays are still using BSC instead of ethereum due to fee issues.
936  Economy / Economics / Re: Coinmarketcap hacked ? seems i have more money than Elon on: December 17, 2021, 05:02:51 PM
CMC is hacked ? Just work up and see i have more money than elon musk in my wallet .

1 Bitcoin = 799,988,888,678

LOL, when the CMC error, I was surprised to see that I have so much money. I thought I had become a new rich man.  Cheesy
however, it's very clear that a bug occurred in CMC, and whether it was hacked or not, but now CMC is back to normal, and the repairs made by CZ and his team are also very fast.
937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PooCoin vs CoinMarketCap on: December 15, 2021, 12:21:00 PM
Of course PooCoin provides more reliable data than CoinMarketCap and you could see for yourself yesterday.
PooCoin provides data from a specific place and from a specific pair while CoinMarketCap provides information from all resources where the data may not be correct.
Personally I trust more PooCoin.
but PooCoin can only be used for bsc platform coins if I'm not mistaken. in terms of data, maybe PooCoin is still superior because its reach is not so wide. however, personally, I use CMC more than PooCoin. I also trust CMC although sometimes I do more in-depth research on my portfolio.
well, but it's just a point of view difference, I sometimes use both. other than that, both are very nice to use.
938  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the market going to dump like that 2018? on: December 15, 2021, 09:45:51 AM
I don't really understand which way the market is going or will go. What do you suggest in such a situation?
It is a need for you now to understand how risky is crypto investing. Not all the time it went well and profiting, sometimes we got lost due to wrong entry and sudden drops. It is found natural for someone to feel bad after seeing their portfolio drop but if you just hold and never sell them, it surely comes back once the market recovers. All you need to do is to have some faith and wait.

Just forget about 2018, it never happens again.
I also feel that this is a common thing, however the fluctuations in the crypto world are very fast especially bitcoin.
other than that, the current situation is very clearly different from 2018. we know that currently the support of bitcoin is very large. if you feel lost, you can sell your assets, or wait for new opportunities in the coming year. personally, I'm still optimistic about the new ATH in 2022.
939  Economy / Economics / Re: Maybe good time to loan money to invest in crypto on: December 14, 2021, 07:50:22 AM
DWYOR.
In the crypto world, prices always go up and down quickly. crypto has high fluctuations, especially bitcoin.
however, the price movement of bitcoin so far is only speculation. yes, the development is very fast, and the price is likely to be high even up to $100k or more.
What you need to know before borrowing money is, the risk of this. maybe the price of bitcoin can reach $100k, but what if it's not in the near future, while the money you borrow needs to be returned, monthly, or when the time comes. and how do you deal with this when the bitcoin price has not pumped, or has even fallen deeper. well, all things need to be considered, however you will get a big profit if your strategy is successful. however, the risk is also very big for that. what's more, the current bitcoin price is quite expensive.
940  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I bought $271 worth of Bitcoin in late 2009 on: December 13, 2021, 02:51:59 PM
true or not, it's an old story. well, it was 2009. so much has changed for now. if your memory only ever buys it, then there are many things you need to remember, such as where you put the bitcoins you bought at that time, passwords, and others. Besides, if you buy it on a site, I don't know if that site still exists or not. Until now, there have been very many sites, or exchanges that have closed due to bankruptcy or scams.
