The next batsmen were Nitish Rana (33), Andre Russell (24), Rinku Singh (20), and Ramandeep Singh (17). The highest scorer for KKR was Venkatesh Iyer. This match was very critical for KKR to win. On the other hand, this match wasn't challenging for Mumbai Indians to win. The starting of Mumbai Indians was so good but the next batsman couldn't perform well. To prepare themselves for the T20 World Cup, Bangladesh team has organized this T20 series to play a five-match T20 series with Zimbabwe. In which the fourth T20 match of the series is being held today, Bangladesh has won the previous three matches against Zimbabwe and has a 3-0 lead in the series. Bangladesh is batting first in the fourth T20 match and even the first opening batsmen of the Bangladesh team have made a very good start today.The two opening batsmen of the Bangladesh team, Tanjid Hasan Tamim and Soumya Sarkar made a powerful pair of 101 runs off sixty eight balls.
After the opening pair played well we saw a sudden drop in rhythm among the middle order batsmen due to which they are now getting out at regular intervals. When Bangladesh's run was 123, they lost three wickets, now Bangladesh's total is 132 but eight wickets have fallen. Although experienced Shakib Al Hasan was added to the team today, he did not bat well and got out for one run in just three balls.
It is really a shame for the nation of Bangladesh. Where the opening pair brought a big partnership of 101 runs without losing a wicket. Chennai Super Kings won this match and it was very much required for them when we see the current IPL table standings. Though it was not a big victory but still a 28 runs victory is still good for them. With this win, they have moved straight to the third position in the points table but they have played 11 matches. Other teams competing with them including Rajasthan Royals , Kolkata Knight Riders and Lucknow Super Giants have played 10 matches each and this means they can still move down once other teams play and win the 11th match.
Here is the points table after the second match.  We can assume that RR and KKR will finish the position 1 and 2 in no particular order, KKR will thank LSG for losing against them with huge margin that gave big push in their NRR and now sitting at position 1 surpassing RR but again they played their 11th match while RR yet to play theirs. Tomorrow another important match coming up for SRH, if they win then they will move to 3rd while other teams in the contention for play offs will pray for MI to win that. Top class bowling from PBKS today and the now have an excellent opportunity to grab 2 points. CSK are able to score 167 runs in there 20 overs. Ravindra Jadeja was the top scorer with 43 runs while 3 wickets each for Chahar and Patel. MS Dohni was clean bowled on first ball he faced. Target is low but PBKS still need to be careful as we have seen teams failing to chase such small target in IPL.
In today's match Chennai Super Kings top order batsmen did not perform well especially Moeen Ali batting in ODI style did not play a good innings and some other batsmen could not score well for Chennai Super Kings. Harshal Patel and Arshedeep bowled well towards the end and Chennai Super Kings' innings could not be taken above 168 runs. We are down to the semi final stage of the T20 World Cup qualifiers. Today the first semi final will be placed between Ireland Women and Scotland Women at Abu Dhabi. Ireland women stood first in Group B and they are playing with the Group A 2nd team Scotland Women. If we take this equation into play, then i must say that Ireland women are more likely to win this semi final but still we cannot conclude until we see the match and who wins on the day. Also Zimbabwe Women were not able to qualify for the semifinals. Ireland women won the match against Zimbabwe women by 56 runs. Another reason for supporting the Ireland women is that they remain unbeaten till now (after playing four matches in the group stages).  It is said that the end is good to whom all is good.
