All have been paid that have posted their confirmed addresses. If you have not posted a confirmation to your BTC address that's listed on the first page, you will not receive payment. This is for your protection.
If you have not seen payment in a day or two, please don't complain or incite people to think you're being ripped off. Just post your address and wait a little. I'm not running anywhere. Especially when 75% of all the btc have already been paid back already.
It's the summer and I may go on a trip here or there with my kids.
