Today I made it to the final table in 30 mbtc new year poker freeroll. The competition was super tough, I made a bad bluff and secured 6th rank. My cash out was declined after 6-7 hours and I got this funny message

What the hell is this significant action? And why the hell do they conduct freeroll if they are not willing to pay.
