21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: interest in bitcoin is increasing on: October 29, 2017, 11:31:22 AM
People's interest are increasing and more and more investment are been laid on itSo far, Bitcoin is the most popular cryptocurrency and thanks to the SegWit update, the network will fix all of the pending issues. The block size will increase and the malleability issue will be resolved. The price keeps on going up and there are predictions of Bitcoin reaching $10,000 in the next three yearsIn addition, several governments around the world (Malta, Australia, Austria) have expressed their support for Bitcoin and blockchain technology. It’s a reassurance whiff for those who are still not convinced to cryptocurrency and a new direction for Bitcoin that will help it to go mainstream. With governments’ assistance, people will feel encouraged to utilise Bitcoin. This will increase the demand and currency value.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Gold Mining on: October 29, 2017, 11:24:51 AM
It can be mined by using your GPU.  Although it might very electricity consuming.  As the amount you mined is very less value than the amount of electricity you will spend to mine it.. Gpu system is using is easy but it consumes so much energy.  The amount of electricity used to obtain a fraction of it is more valuable than the price of the bitcoin gold.  Bitcoin Gold is firm bitcoin fork.  Cryptocurreny are changing the world.  New cryptocurreny are been launched with more benefits and less disadvantages.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Altcoins really have a future? on: October 29, 2017, 11:17:28 AM
I believe that altcoins too have a great futurethe future of Ethereum depends on the technology being used. Even though like Bitcoin, is based on blockchain technology, Ethereum has no intention of becoming a digital currency of the future.Bitcoin opened up a platform for cryptocurrency only but Ethereum is more flexible in terms of possibilities. And that’s what attracts more people to itIf Bitcoin is considered as gold, then Ethereum is silver and it shouldn’t be seen as a competition. It’s a compliment and offspring of the technology that Bitcoin introduced. The currency is more flexible and it attracts government attention and it’s already been acknowledged by major banks. Don’t be mislead by the lower value in price – with the growing demand, the value will keep on increasing.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: October 29, 2017, 11:13:49 AM
Yes I support ethereum, the future of Ethereum depends on the technology being used. Even though like Bitcoin, is based on blockchain technology, Ethereum has no intention of becoming a digital currency of the future.Bitcoin opened up a platform for cryptocurrency only but Ethereum is more flexible in terms of possibilities. And that’s what attracts more people to it.One of the industries exploring Ethereum capabilities is the Internet of Things (IoT). As more devices are connected to the internet, Ethereum gives them a possibility of connecting to each other. With the use of smart contracts, IoT can become more decentralised and autonomous, thus more democratic.Another big industry looking at Ethereum is the financial industry and banks. Distributed ledgers can settle the accounts and process transactions quicker than traditional methods. This could potentially result in enormous savings for both banks and customers. Ethereum could also eliminate the human error within the banking system as well as the unethical behaviour. If Ethereum is utilised to its full extent, more companies will be interested in implementing the new technology. Buying Ethereum tokens will give you an advantage in the future of being able to invest in smart contracts.
25  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Supermarket Accept Bitcoin on: October 29, 2017, 07:12:18 AM
Is there any Supermarket or Malls Accept Bitcoin near you ?
Bitcoins are growing with a fast rate.  Their prices fluctuates a lot.  As many Companies are coming forward to accept bitcoin.  There are some groceries store in United States which accepts bitcoins.  Bitcoins us trending.  And there is no day left when bitcoin will capture the economy and most of the supermarket will accept bitcoin as like any other currency.  Bitcoin comes with so many benefits that, no one can deny it.  Its attractive nature and advantages attract everyone.
26  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: What is Bitcoin mining? on: October 29, 2017, 01:40:26 AM
if you've ever wondered where Bitcoin comes from and how it goes into circulation, the answer is that it gets "mined" into existence. Bitcoin mining serves to both add transactions to the block chain and to release new Bitcoin. The mining process involves compiling recent transactions into blocks and trying to solve a computationally difficult puzzle. The first participant who solves the puzzle gets to place the next block on the block chain and claim the rewards. The rewards incentivize mining and include both the transaction fees (paid to the miner in the form of Bitcoin) as well as the newly released Bitcoin.
I really much agree with the explanation.  According to me, Bitcoin mining is the process by which transactions are verified and added to the public ledger, known as the block chain, and also the means through which new bitcoin are released.  Anyone with access to the internet and suitable hardware can participate in mining.  The mining process involves compiling recent transactions into blocks and trying to solve a computationally difficult puzzle.  The participant who first solves the puzzle gets to place the next block on the block chain and claim the rewards.  The rewards, which incentivize mining, are both the transaction fees associated with the transactions compiled in the block as well as newly released bitcoin.
27  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is an asset or currency. on: October 29, 2017, 01:12:00 AM
Bitcoins is a asset now.  As in my opinion,  bitcoin is an investment more than currency. As the price of bitcoins is increasing rapidly.  Bitcoin prices fluctuates a lot.  Results in  it is that investing money is increasing doubled tripled.  Bitcoin is in a short time span become a big topic.  It is asset because by investing in it one time after few years it will be quadruple of its previous value.  And it has additional benefits also. Bitcoin is become 40times since its origin.
28  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is an asset or currency. on: October 22, 2017, 01:47:13 PM
I hear from many sources that btc is used for trading much more than it is for goods and services; doesn't that make it an asset ??
and is that necessarily a bad thing ?? and what can we do about it as a community ??
Bitcoin is both an asset and a currency as it is gaining more and more value as the time passes by and also that it can also be used to transact with people, so it is also a currency.

32  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: September 12, 2017, 09:33:21 PM
I just predict that bitcoin will surprise everyone in the future and the ones who have not already joined bitcoin will regret their decision as it will be the biggest mistakes of their life.
33  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin now the strongest currency in the world? on: September 12, 2017, 09:04:29 PM
I believe yes bitcoin is the strongest currency in the world as it's price is too much higher than dollar but also it is problematic that it can loose most of it's value in a day also, so due to volatility so it cannot be used in place of dollar.
34  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: September 12, 2017, 08:24:36 PM
I heard that bitcoin is a good investment for making a huge profit in the future , is that right ? Because i want to buy some bitcoin in these days .
Yes it is a good investment and you should invest your money in it because your money will definitely grow and other people are afraid to invest in bitcoin because they see it as a risky investment but they don't see the potential returns it can provide.
35  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10,000 per bitcoin on: September 12, 2017, 05:50:27 PM
I think we are going to spend $10,000 per bitcoin sooner than we thought because more countries are legalizing bitcoin. Australia is going to do it on July 1st, India is on its way. What do you think?
The countries have not yet decided that whether they would either decide to make bitcoin legal or declare it illegal, this can go both ways, if bitcoin is legalized then the price will rise and if not then the price will fall.
36  Economy / Speculation / Re: Last chance for cheap Bitcoin? on: September 12, 2017, 04:57:17 PM
So if I have a good understanding about the inherent expansion in value because of the limited supply of bitcoin, and the fact that countries are using and even legalizing Bitcoin as it filters into more societies and exchanges, is it the last chance to buy cheap or at least affordable bitcoins?

Will they cost 10k by December 15-20k next year?

Or do we have more time to collect them at cheaper rates?

by December the maximum it can cross is between 5000 to 5800, more then that i dont think so, because right now the Bitcoin is in the accumulation period and we can see the price going down also. So if you are thinking of buying then you can split and buy on all bottoms.
It is still the bottom and there is no sure way to tell that there would be another dump in the coming months, so we must accumulate bitcoins when we have time to do so, as once the time will pass and no dump like this happens then we will regret that why we didn't buy bitcoins at this time.
37  Economy / Speculation / Re: Cold wallet or physical bitcoin.. on: September 12, 2017, 01:02:02 PM
I prefer cold wallet instead of physical bitcoin as it is more costly and also hard to keep it safe, but cold wallet is very easy to store in any removable media and also we can make multiple copies of that wallet too.
38  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $4000 the perfect time to buy on: September 12, 2017, 12:27:34 PM
Considering just buying a few bitcoin around $4000. What are your opinions? Should I wait until it drops in September? Will it drop in October because of the hard fork, or will it go up because everyone wants to get their share of the fork coin? Will whales push the price down in September so they can accumulate it cheaper?
Why wait for something when you can buy bitcoins for cheap right now. Don't you remember that bitcoin was about $5000 a few days ago and now at $4000 it is like a discount sale of 20%, you must buy till stocks last  Grin
39  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? on: September 12, 2017, 10:27:50 AM
From my experience, I have realized that this world runs on greed so I do take that road to spread the word of bitcoin, I am in a college so I tell my friends that I earn my pocket money by myself and it's quiet a large amount and then they become interested and then I tell them about bitcoin and how it works and also about this forum and signature campaigns here.
40  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: if bitcoin will become the main coin, what will happen to the money we are using on: September 12, 2017, 10:06:48 AM
i wonder: if Bitcoin will become the main coin, what will happen to the money we are using now like us dollar?
It will still exist for quiet a few years and yes It will disappear once the government feels that there is no need of paper currency, as it is the evolution of money.
