What was the scenario?  You sold coins?  Or you deposited other fiat and later wanted it out?  Please explain.

I am a newbie to Bitcoins......I sold my coins on MtGox...for a good price.....took out a MtGox coupon...with the intentions of transferring the USD into coins on BTC-e.  BitInstant was no longer accepting MtGoxtoBTC-e...so I wanted to put the MtGox coupon back into MtGox account.

At the time....I did not realize I could do this directly from within my MtGox account....instead I did a MtGoxtoMtGox transfer on BitInstant.

I am documenting this process!!!

It is now April 13th and BitInstant...HAS STOLEN & CONTINUES TO HOLD MY FUNDS FOR THEMSELVES!! Angry Angry
Yes...I have dutifully followed through with their hoops.....I emailed and left phone messages....finally someone...(NOT BITINSTANT!) told me about this forum for getting satisfaction.

After all this time, it's true I have had two emails which promised me a coupon would be sent to me via email....BUT THAT WAS ON THE 6TH OF APRIL AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET!!!

I have been dealing with this Ursay...person since the 8th of April....I was on the April 8th list!!!

Then Ursay changed tactics on the 10th and said we all had to send him a PM, if  we wanted any help...it didn't matter what day we joined the list....FORTUNATELY...so I thought...I got my PM in right away and I got a response from Ursay.....asking me a question....which required back & forth PM's for most of the day

After hours of this.....I finally got this response:  NOW I CAN "LOOK INTO" YOUr PROBLEM!!!

Sounds promising right?Huh?  I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HIM SINCE!!! Huh Huh Huh

I have sent PM's and posted here....hoping that he would honor his word but.... Huh

HE REFUSES TO RESPOND??? 

He is now "PUSHING THROUGH"  folks who have been waiting for a day!!!!  BUT CONTINUES TO TOTALLY IGNORE ME.

I want to know what has been done to correct your mistake, made on April 4th where BitInstant received my MtGox coupon and rather than finishing the transaction.....they just kept my funds?

Why are you ignoring my requests, while answering everyone else's posts....that have not been waiting as long as I have?

I appreciate your swamped but....I think if you had a lot of personal funds taken from you with no explanation...you might not be so confrontational!

And why is it that there are so many people with the same problem....Doing a transaction and the money is removed from the source...ie MtGox....so that you have it and then it's tied up for many days with no access except for BitInstants.....who are free to use it for that time

You must be new to the forum.... That was someone else's post who merely quoted me! I only asked a question!  Which no one answered by the way!  Does it have something to do with the fact that MtGox will no longer be issuing USD Coupons soon???
