I often feel like they have no insight into bc accounts actually? They ask for screenshots of thing they normally should be able to see when they look on their screen, I don't get it. Then you get standard replies like "delete cache and cookies" or log out and back in and so on. These actions have no merit when your problem is like a missing money or whatever.

It was indeed a mistake from my side. I have messed it up between Shubham Dubey and Shivam Dube. Shubham Dubey is a new player, and he hasn't played a lot of matches. He has played only 4 matches in this season. We can't judge him yet for by the performance of two batting innings only. However, he is an average batsman in my opinion. Hetmyer is injured, not sure what exact injury.
