I'm a Platinum III rank user in Primedice, and my progress to Platinum IV is 21%. I have a VIP host too. My betting activity was too low in that period. I had wagered only $2k after April's monthly bonus. Supposedly the monthly bonus you can get is more than $7 but if the VIP rating and betting activity are not too high then that amount is a reasonable amount.
