I bought an RX580 GPU and I wanted to know which coins are profitable with RX580.
I appreciate your valuable advise.

always and only ethereum

205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v11.7 (Windows/Linux) on: May 09, 2018, 05:58:38 PM
Win10 64Bit Version 10.0.16299.309
Claymore 11.7
GTX 1060 3GB x 8pcs , Driver 388.13 ( windows working on Intel iGPU ).
DAG 183 working fine ( in use 2621MB from 3072MB ) , DAG 184+ have error , like DAG size problem , but this is strange if we have like 400MB free ?

Any tip to fix this in windows 10 ? I know about windows 10 allocating more vram now ( for all cards ? or just desktop card ? ) like I see only ~70mb allocated from total 3072MB

376.33

I'm using 372.54 drivers and still I can mine ethereum with all my 3gb cards..
I don't know for long again I could

what Windows build exactly ? what Claymore ?
did you tested if DAG 186 or 187  will work ? , test command = EthDcrMiner64.exe -benchmark 186

yes it works perfectly

6x 1060 3gb with 372.54 driver calymore 11.7
settings
tdp 65
core 0
memory 699

207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Hashrate RX 570 on: May 08, 2018, 09:34:54 AM
asus rx570 expedition, 8x all hynix memory
bios edited by one click timing, core 1100, memory 2022, -181 undervolt @29.1 megahash eth, 830 cryptov7 monero
8x power draw at wall 1020 with all other parts of system
each gpu draws 80 + 35 watt for risers I guess

how you undervolt? i am using msi afterburner
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Gateless Gate Sharp 1.3.7: 30Mh/s (Ethash) on RX 480! on: May 08, 2018, 06:47:22 AM
Here's another rig I have running Cryptonight-Heavy with GGS 1.3.7 alpha. This rig has 10x RX 570 8GB Nitro+ but somehow Windows 10 detects them as RX 580 after upgrading to Adrenaline 18.4.1

and my GGS settings:

Those churning ~820 h/s are Samsung DDRs and the rest at ~750 h/s are Hynix

I haven't toyed with the Memory Timings, kind of scared to fuck up my cards.

Anyone can help me improve my hashrate please?  Grin

Will be happy to give a tip (0.005 BTC) if someone can help me get them to ~900-1000+ with stability.

give me your bios

phoenix hi, its possible to implement mining with 1060 3gb cards? with calymoreits possible i am still mining with it and old driver 388.
pls lets mine with phoenix i like more than claymore
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Hash Auger 1.8.6: Multi-Pool Mining Manager for NVIDIA Cards on: May 07, 2018, 02:50:05 PM
The following are some pool-specific options that new Hash Auger users may not be aware of:

The following are some configuration tips that can help new users setup Hash Auger for use with pools that have unique configuration options.

MiningPoolHub
  • If you are using the pool's auto-exchange feature, the Subtract Exchange Fee option on the pool's Pricing tab can be used to include cost of auto-exchanging in the algorithm-switching calculations when comparing estimates for different pools.
  • Users with many GPUs may want to try enabling the Include Auto Switch Port option (also on the pool's Pricing tab) to mine on MPH's 17xxx ports. These ports tend to have a higher difficulty than the 20xxx ports Hash Auger uses, but may be profitable for users mining with significant hashing power.

NiceHash
  • Use the Subtract Exchange Fee and Wallet Type options on the pool's Pricing tab to deduct these fees from NiceHash price estimates. This helps to provide more accurate comparisons to other pools that do not charge these fees.

Zergpool
  • Consider enabling the MC Parameter on the Pricing tab to mine specific coins on Zergpool versus mining on just the auto-switch ports. You can still auto-exchange to BTC or LTC, but the software will calculate the most profitable coin per algorithm instead of using the pool's auto-switch port. Since these coins are not always the same ones currently mined by the pool's auto-switch ports and have differing levels of usage, they are sometimes more profitable.
  • The Include Auto-Switch Ports option can be used to enable or disable use of Zergpool's ports that automatically switch coins for each algorithm. Hash Auger users can enable both options to have the software compare prices between both individual coins and the auto-switch ports to see which has the best prices. Alternatively, the auto-switch ports can be disabled when the MC Parameter is used to avoid mining on these more heavily-used ports.

So which pool do you suggest?

Thanks. We will look at the problem.

I wonder if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. If yes, please let me know.

diven a try, stucked in benchmarks it dont finish

The sp-mod private is around 10% faster than the enemy 1.09 miner. I will add some more opensource speed, and then add the more speed in the private bin.

which one? sp mod 2? like btx?
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: May 04, 2018, 11:27:02 PM
i did tests with this smos,

i mined eth with 1050 ti doing 15.5mh + mb+ cpu + ram all complete sistem was drawing from the wall 105 watt with smos and usb pendrive 16gb
then i used ssd + windows 10 using  claymore 11.7 and mining eth speed 15.8mh and drawing only 78 watt!!!
why smos consuming so much than windows 10?

Try using lower dpm stage (powerstage level in OC settings)

ofc i did tdp 40

So what combos are people finding most profitable right now?
9x 1060 3G Etherium 205 MH/s at pool (24.5 peaks reported on all cards at 75W)
2x 1050 (yeh really) on QC5000M (AMD APU) with XMR-Stak for Monero 678 h/s at 50W

I'm a lazy bum using miningpoolhub (autotransferring to LTC and then to FIAT) which seems to hurt Equihash since the coin flippityflop switching is too slow, sensitive or something.
And the 1060 3G i have seem to have decent memory (no windows in sight to check which), not the 19MH/s crap.
A 1080Ti needs a boner pill to beat a pair of these 1060 on Etherium Smiley

can you share your smos overclock settings for your 1060? with ethash
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: April 27, 2018, 05:18:52 PM
the overclock works like msi afetrburner?
if i put 80 in power limit means 80 tdp like afterburner?

In Linux it means 80W not 80%

ok sorry but how i can regulate it? i am used to windows and msi afterburner

best options for 1060 cards?

in msi is 700 memory 65 tdp and get 24mh

Need to try this os!

Hi guys 1 question... I can use your simplemining os for mining zero coin? I read it has optiminer 2.1.2 i have 6x 1060 6gb you tried to mine it?

Hi.

Mininum 8 Gb. gpu's can mine Zero, i have also 1060 6 gb they not working anymore.

Optiminer works with nvidia 6gb cards on Linux.
Windows just 8gb
