201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why hold ethereum on: November 27, 2018, 04:06:54 PM
Holding ETH is a stupid move for now, because now ETH prices are no longer an opportunity to increase so they should sell or convert to other coins. Do not hold them for too long.

It is too late to give such advises now. All you need to do if you have Ethereum altcoins is to hold them. The price for this cryptocurrency is so low, that it is senseless to sell the token.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you use diversification? on: November 27, 2018, 03:56:02 PM
For example, you have some altcoin (in my case it's Metaverse ETP) and you expect it to grow. But in a weak market, this altcoin behaves like bull and you have the opportunity now to sell it and buy an asset that looks weak in the market (for example Qash, Tierion, Nem, Odyssey or Republic Protocol) in order to get the greatest possible profit. Or leave a strong asset and wait for its further growth. What do you think about this?

if at this time you buy a coin, sell the coin, then replace it with a good coin like nem, you will be able to profit when you buy good coins

Now the biggest part of my savings represented by Ethereum coins. But I see clearly the use of diversification. This principle makes our investments safer. Putting money into different pockets we making investing process less risky.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: You think the Crypto market will keep growing? on: November 27, 2018, 03:50:41 PM
I am sure that crypto sunrise is still going to be. Really! I suppose we even cannot imagine true perspectives of digital currencies. In my mind next year will not be better than 2018 but it doesn't mean that it will be bad.
204  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without losses? on: November 27, 2018, 03:20:18 PM
it is not possible to happen when you do not have experience so you will find it difficult to be able to trade without having to experience losses first, but you also can not experience losses when you already know how to trade properly and correctly.

Even the best professional become losers sometimes. The cryptocurrencies will never give you a stable income. Today, you can celebrate your victory and count the money you have got, and tomorrow, you can lose all.
205  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is the most important thing on: November 27, 2018, 02:56:42 PM
In this market, there are many people who are fear of missing out (FOMO). You always be patient. If you believe you have missed an opportunity, do not try to join if you are unsure. You can lose more than earn. Crypto is a 24/7/365 market. You can not catch every trade. If you miss one, do not worry - there's ALWAYS another trade.
yes and we must apply that to our self especially to all investors, because being patience is the way to reach all our goals. so we all need to be patient

Something prompts me that at least 30-40% of the investors were not patient enough this year. They simply left the market. I hope for the better, but if the situation does not change, we will lose more people.
206  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto replacing fiat? on: November 27, 2018, 02:50:19 PM
Fiat currencies are used widely by almost all people in this global world. Cryptocurrencies can never replace fiat currencies inspite of the fame crypto has gotten some years now.

It is evident that even the toughest crypto fans cannot live without traditional money. They regularly use fiat to buy Bitcoins and altcoins as well. They sell and buy things for their national currency.
207  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money on a long-term period on: November 27, 2018, 02:47:19 PM
Saving money for a long term period must be deposited in chosen bank you prefer.Bank is more established than keeping it on your ATM card, there are possibilities it will lost due to mishandled. If you want it to gain more profit you may do some reliable investment with thorough study on that venture.
but saving in the bank only get small return.and maybe there are other ways that have scurity like bank look.maybe used to buy land or property better but it could any time liqudated.

If we speak about large sums, the return will be good. It will be very profitable to place the money in the bank then. Some people prefer to work with real estate, however. The crypto fans trust Bitcoin.
208  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you feel about market regulation? on: November 27, 2018, 02:40:36 PM
Governments can't regulate some cryptocurrencies that are decentralized except ripple and other coins with centralized structure. Only those with centralized structures can be regulated by the government like centralized cryptocurrency exchanges. Regulation is good for those who want to protect the cryptocurrencies from scams, money laundering and other illegal activities but not on restricting people from buying and selling cryptocurrencies.

I cannot imagine how the cryptocurrencies and the market can be regulated. The crypto is decentralized. probably, in future, some counties and governments will find the way to do it, but not now.
209  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which will survive in long run Bitcoin or Blockchain??? on: November 26, 2018, 03:22:30 AM
I think absolutely blockchain! Because bitcoin is based on a blockchain Cheesy

Even IF Bitcoin vanishes (I doubt it), the blockchain will survive. I guess that these technologies will be used in this century and even further. I like reading the information about new leading companies that started using blockchain.
210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I don`t care about the market. I will HODL to USE! on: November 26, 2018, 03:20:16 AM
many holders would agree with you. this dump of the price is just one of the stages of the bitcoin development. it will grow in the future so holding is the best decision.

I am one of these guys, who will agree with it. Holding (hodling, better say) is the number one strategy when you see that the market is down, and the prices of the cryptocurrencies are waving.
211  Economy / Economics / Re: current situation of cryptocurrency for 2018 on: November 22, 2018, 12:04:58 PM
The present situation of the crypto currency is better for me and in this whole year is used for recovery of the crypto and it is important to to keep an eye on the market and changes occurred in the market which is not the problem but some time bad news affects badly the whole market but that is just for time being.

I will never believe anybody, who will say that the present situation seems wonderful to him. I cannot say that I am in panic, or I am scared, but everything now does not satisfy me.
212  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency - future? on: November 22, 2018, 12:01:28 PM
In my opinion the future of the cryptocurrency is bright .Users of crypto on the rise. Lot of new entrants acceptance of block technology will certainly help this market to grow.

Despite all what is going on the crypto market, the future of the cryptocurrency is great. I believe, when the hard times come to the end, the new, bright era will come. People will start using BTC and tokens everywhere.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is it to put everything in one cryptocurrency? on: November 22, 2018, 11:59:11 AM
I've been thinking a lot about this issue. I heard more than once that many are discussing this topic. Is it safe to invest everything in one, two cryptocurrencies? Or to distribute all the money in all the coins available for this amount?

In my opinion it is very dangerous to put all the money in one coin. Better distribute money as a minimum in the 5 most promising coins to avoid losses.
214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where are the true believers of Bitcoin? on: November 22, 2018, 11:54:33 AM
My answer to this is that, the true believers of Bitcoin is all here in the crypto currency community. Because if they are truly believing that Bitcoin is not yet dying, they will keep on striving together with this crypto currency in this kind of community where cryptos are running continuously.

Yes, mate, we are all here. I do not think that if a person does not believe in Bitcoin and does not support the cryptocurrencies, he would sit here and discuss all of these topics, so important for all of us.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why each and every ico is failing.??? on: November 22, 2018, 11:29:15 AM
I am observing since last six months...each and every ico is failing drastically...even the most succesful ones which got funded within the time limit...when enters the exchange their price is dropping by more than times....investing in ico these days meaning throwing away your money

I agree with you. Now investors prefer to buy top coins rather than tokens of even the most promising projects. When will be next bull run than we'll see new wave of ICO.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how do you choose Altcoin .. ?? on: November 20, 2018, 07:34:10 AM
The best way is to choose that was already chosen by people.I Check the coinmarketcap, price, news and hype around the coin.

I do not think that it is the right choice when you visit only one site and trust it. Check all the online information concerning the projects, follow the market news, and it will help you.
217  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you're ~15% in the red, is it crazy to sell? on: November 20, 2018, 07:31:31 AM
Hey,
I didn't act on the recent crash,,, i had bought at about 230$ markets currently just above 200$
I know the right idea is likely to hold, as the market will go up eventually.. but i predict in the intermediate term it'll go down further.
I guess this is where the psychology of trading comes into play.. I'm in regret and want to sell at a 15% loss in order to have a chance of making the 15% back and then be able to continue trading as i was before the recent dip.

When you're 'marooned' with coins that are worth less than you bought them is the right idea; always to hold?
I just want to practise trading further... and have no spare capital to do so..

You should always know your tolerance level. Risk management is the key to successful trading. So this is very vital for that purpose. When you enter a trade, you know what level to exit. Either by lock in profit or cut loss. Practice that and you'll know the difference.

15% of the loss is not this level to exit. I know that the guys go on holding their cryptocurrencies even when they lose much more. Meanwhile, everything here depends on a person and his patience.
218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you cash out your bitcoins for Black Friday? on: November 20, 2018, 07:26:44 AM
i will not cash my bitcoin
but when black Friday prices will definitely fall
so everyone doesn't need to panic
people will sell their bitcoin to buy cheap goods when black friday

First of all, I will tell you that Black Friday is the greatest fraud in the world. It only seems that you win something and buy the cheapest stuff. In reality, you leave all the money in the stores and buy unnecessary things.
219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where are the true believers of Bitcoin? on: November 20, 2018, 06:50:13 AM
Here we are, all gathered here, waiting for it to moon with patience, and in it for the tech, of course Smiley

https://www.altcoinsidekick.com/blog/ignitus

Supporting you, brother, I will tell all of us the following: if we all believe in Bitcoin and do not give up, if we invest in this cryptocurrency, it will stop falling. Soon we will see how it goes to the Moon.
220  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin, Gold or Money? on: November 20, 2018, 06:36:59 AM
So Bitcoin is designed so that the value of it will increase over time as opposite to traditional money in which the value of it will go down. But won't that make it more like gold instead of actual money?
By the prices of stuff going up in traditional money, it encourages keeping the goods and trading them, for example if someone owns a house that house's value won't just go down with time, it can go through time. But if goods were to keep getting lower in prices then it can as a result discourage buying them and trading. Which makes Bitcoin unusable as money. To keep your money safe of course you can store in a bank as they give you a small amount of interest.
Bitcoin has a limited supply and as time goes by and its popularity increases the prices can go higher and higher, making it less effective to be used as usual money. Imagine how would a shop keeper feel as their good will only decrease in price. And like traditional money which has banks Bitcoin doesn't offer much solution to this.
So even if bitcoin prices were to stabilize, wouldn't it be more like gold than a currency to use like traditional money? Gold is very similar in those terms to Bitcoin.

I should choose bitcoin because l will never stop looking forward that bitcoin will help me to attain all my goals in life to be rich. This is the only way to reach my goal in life.

Bitcoin is great, but for me, it is a bit foolish to choose only the cryptocurrency, which will always be volatile. Gold has pretty stable prices, and the money can be placed in a good bank. I'll pick all 3 of these options.
