Not sure how you're coming up with a number like that. Property taxes are extremely cheap in this area, utilities depend on you and furnishings are not going to cost anything like that unless you like your stuff made out of solid gold... |

Hey, you're right across town from me. It's a little out of my price range, but this is a great town. I'd be glad to help a new owner set up massive mining (or growing) operations. Power is cheap here, internet is fast, all kinds of fun toys are legal  Ya, I'm pretty amazed at the guns they'll let you own in Oregon, haha. Silenced, full auto, ect.
