201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Blockchain is the fastest as at today and has less failed transaction on: September 24, 2020, 11:48:49 AM
I have not heard about ultra blockchain, so if it is new you need to be careful. If you are looking for faster and cheaper transactions all blockchains serve the same purpose, it is just that ethereum is congested at the moment and btc has smaller capacity but basically they are also designed for that and with upgrades they will improve as well.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: update on unidapp scam accusation thread on: September 24, 2020, 10:10:07 AM
He is selling his self respect and self esteem for 300 bucks only which is new low.
Such person should be reported everywhere especially on telegram and this forum and his accounts should be banned so that he cannot do such things again.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: And this is how you make 'easy' money riding the Defi on: September 24, 2020, 09:09:09 AM
Absolutely true.
I have seen a flurry of such projects which seem to be made in a hurry without any whitepaper, without any team and no fine details.
I will suggest everyone to stay away because they are giving bad name to defi as we have already seen many instances of rug pulling and exit scamming after raising initial funds.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin News on: September 23, 2020, 11:44:54 AM
You can simply visit cointelegraph, decrypt, thehodldaily plus dozens of other crypto news outlets available.
Similarly you can subscribe to news from coin data or ico platforms who send daily or weekly newsletters covering all the major news and events in the crypto sphere to stay updated.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Importance of social media channels on: September 23, 2020, 11:16:03 AM
It's seems many still don't know the importance of social media channels and telegram groups of the coins and tokens they own or promotes

Some hunters and investors lose vital informations like

1. Token swap
2. Smart contract swap
3. Bounty KYC
4. Bounty payout time and date

Many investors and bounty hunters makes this mistakes over and over and later they blame the project team. Just imagine the damages these can create.

All your points are correct but i think there is some sort of bad intentions are also involved from the team so that less people will know and they can silently deprive legit owners of the coins of the value.
Because there are so many channels and groups one is following that sometimes it is not possible to keep following each one and also if the team is sincere they should contact in all ways like sending emails and also contact via other methods like phone numbers or forum accouts. They never do this because they want less people to know about it and less claims.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which coins do you suggset to buy before the end of 2020 (BCH, LTC , ??) on: September 23, 2020, 10:44:33 AM
Most people here have already pointed out the good coins to buy and hold so i will try to post about different projects that look attractive to me.
One of them is kava which is backed by binance and they are launching a platform so that everyone can take advantage of defi products and make use of their coins from a single account.
Similar concept stablecoin ousd is also coming from origin team that will invest on our behalf and help us make the most out of different defi products. Both these projects look really exciting to me.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any suggestion in investment in Defi coins/tokens on: September 23, 2020, 10:13:03 AM
Nowadays the Defi project is growing very fastly and many of the coins/tokens are successfully trading and many big investors are getting into it. So, I want some suggestions in investment in Defi coins/tokens and which Defi project should I can invest in, as a short time to get a good gain.
I have seen many new scam projects in the name of defi as well so it is better to buy high quality and established defi tokens from the crash. I will suggest to place your buy orders at suitable entry for aave, snx, comp, uni etc and if you get them cheap you will see good profit in few months time.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why don't you stop rushing to promote bounty from a scammed bounty manager on: September 23, 2020, 09:44:03 AM
Introduction of new rules after bounty campaign ends whether it is the requirement of the KYC or reward tokens lockup or payment in small installments or trying to intentionally delay reward distribution are highly condemnable acts from the campaign owners and managers and all these excuses should be compiled as a charge sheet against these project and campaign owners and community should shame them publically.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON price analysis!!! on: September 22, 2020, 07:59:49 PM
TRX was seeing oversold conditions a few days ago when its RSI hit a low of 23, before ascending just past 50. However, the RSI was unable to remain above 50, and its drop beneath the level highlighted the fact that TRX’s recent 12% surge from $0.263 to $0.296 was merely a bounce.

TRX found a zone of strong resistance at $0.3 and looked likely to drop towards the support at $0.265.

Interestingly, a recent Reddit post has raised questions about JustSwap’s vetting process, claiming that the Tron Foundation has whitelisted a DeFi project that has since pulled a $2 million exit scam. This, despite DappRadar listing the project as “high-risk.”

Tron is one of the mainstream project and as soon as it launched i still remember it was warmly welcomed by the market and all the top exchanges rushed to list it by themselves, at that time i was sure tron will be big in the future, with the right set of products and ecosystem i think i was right and we will see that tron will grow in the future.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who has the eye that looks into the future? on: September 22, 2020, 06:44:54 PM
Few years back, I could remember Cryptocurrency wasn't really known by most people and the idea was joked with, even I myself didn't have a thought on it, but the growth of crypto is now alarming that almost all my friends are into one or two of it. Looking into the future I suggest Cryptocurrency will suspend other past used currencies and take over, what do you think?
Yes in coming years the adoption of cryptocurrencies will be real and we will see everyone using them and at that time the value of the top coins will be a lot and most people that now sell with market dumps will regret and would have wished to hold for life changing income. Anyways there is no doubt that fiat and paper money is outdated and future belongs to digital and cryptocurrencies.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BEWARE OF FAKE GIVEAWAYS IN DISGUISE AS UNISWAP on: September 22, 2020, 06:16:10 PM
At the moment there are dozens of scammers especially i see many fake and scam airdrop bots now that claim to be giving away defi tokens but they act as taking your data and infact you can lose your assets in your wallet. So be very careful and check the authenticity of each amd every offer that is presented to you to stay safe.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you determine if an altcoin is worth investing in? on: September 22, 2020, 04:56:09 PM
A lot of people have been burned by founders running away with with ICO money. It tarnishes the reputation of cryptocurrencies and I believe we should help educate new investors as soon as possible.

Can anyone share a checklist of the things they look for to determine if a coin is worth investing in?

And what are the red flags that you often see people fall for?
First check the forum and other social media and blogs and estimate the reputation of the project, if someone has raised any serious concerns, suspicion or red flags about the project then just skip it even if it looks good to you because in my experience if even a good project faces fud at the start it is very hard for the project to clear itself so it struggles and mostly if we see scam accusations at the start there is definitely something wrong with the project and it will prove to be a wrong project so stay away.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dollar cost average on Altcoins on: September 22, 2020, 02:20:36 PM
I usually do buy if a coin is dumping to improve my average cost but rest assured i only do it with the coin i truly support and i know that it will give me benefits over time so i will not do this with every coin only the best ones.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bloody market on: September 22, 2020, 11:25:41 AM
is the uniswap airdrop the reason for the bloody market as we can all see?? millions of dollars wer airdrops to over 80k ethereum addresses and more are still being given out for free..

will the market pickup anytime soon?? is it safe to buy ethereum at this price.. ?? or I wait ??
I think it has nothing to do with airdrop. The market dipped because of technicals if you can asses the charts you will know and also due to the covid19 second wave that is again creating some panic in financial markets but i think this time around effect will be short lived.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the 10 best bounty managers on BTT forum? on: September 21, 2020, 08:42:22 PM
As far as bounty managers are concerned i think only Bubbalex is undisputed manager at the moment because he only takes quality projects.
Secondly i think in the current situation if your campaign will pay in usdt, eth or btc it will get more attention and participants.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I cannot receive 400 UNI on: September 17, 2020, 11:19:42 AM
...Also how to log in to uniswap i mean do we have to connect our wallet via metamask or something else is also needs to be done?

You must first go to the site https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap After that you will need to connect your Metamask wallet. And in the right corner of the menu, select "Claim UNI". After that, you must enter the address from which you traded on Uniswap before September 1 and request 400 UNI.
Hi
I have followed all these steps,
I have traded on uniswap before 2 sep few times.
But when i click claim UNI and put my Eth address if says it is not eligible.
They should have posted clearly about eligibility criteria as some wallets are getting it and some dont.
Maybe it is only for people staking in liquidity pools because wallets with simple transactions like me are not getting UNI.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UNISWAP explained on: September 17, 2020, 08:35:59 AM
Yes. As far as i have understood uniswapn is an automated market making service so pooled liquidity is there for most tokens that you can trade. Without liquidity pool there is no way to buy or sell on uniswap. Due to returns most tokens are available in the pool as hodlers park there to get returns for hodling.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Xangle] DEX gets some CEX. Uniswap (UNI) listing on Binance! on: September 17, 2020, 06:48:17 AM
It is clear now that binance is greedy and it will list anything that it knows will bring new money, volume and traders. There is nothing bad in it because it is a competetive business but still binanve being the biggest exchange should follow SOPs and make sure the project and token clears all the filter points before listing.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How are you staying updated on: September 16, 2020, 08:24:35 PM
I want to stay updated on anything defi and be the first to grapse the opportunity. How are you guys doing it?
You can subscribe to relevant channels and groups at most of the social media platforms; twitter and reddit serve the purpose well.
After tgat you need to join relevant groups in telegram, facebook and discord.
If you check these platforms daily i do not think that you can miss new projects.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dextrust:::Another Scam Waiting To Happen:::Or:::Not??? You Decide on: September 16, 2020, 06:59:23 PM
There is risk with each new project even after multiple analysis and research a new project can still fail. So after due diligence it is the investors own decision to invest or avoid. It is also true that due to big fomo and hype of defi many new projects are popping up out of greed so we need to be vigilant.
