I was there for a time too and after a few weeks they closed my account because of "money laundring" -have done transactions with one amount over 1 BTC (that time ca. 500 USD)- and they call it money laundring  And the fees of them are for most of the payment options very high: Up to 35% for some payment methods there (You have to transfer to SLL first). i sent him paypal payment and i did get the coins.. my post can be found https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=337740.0i also left positive feedback for the user. my transaction took place about 2 hours before this "scam" took place. it took him around 40 mins to send the coins not sure why you did a chargeback so fast you could have waited a few hours. As you made the chargeback so fast i would have thought you warrant a scammertag. This is based on my experince with the seller. OK, fine, maybe he should not have done the chargeback so fast, stated above several times and now assumed a given. At this point that is water under the bridge. Both parties agree that the BTC were never sent. Therefore the seller should immediatly refund the PayPal USD and we can put this all behind us. Why has he not issued a refund? Why all the bluster about lawyers, etc? He has no reason to not issue the refund. All this calling each other scammer is total bullshit. However: I would not do business with the buyer since he is so "trigger happy" with the chargeback. I would not do business with the seller as he has not issued the refund and most likely is using a sockpuppet to try and bolster his "case" whatever that is. Me calling him a scammer is not bullshit. He still has refused to send my USD back via paypal. I have nothing, which = scammed. Plus, he broke written agreement to "immediately send BTC upon receipt of paypal payment. He broke this agreement by telling me to wait till next day AFTER I PAID. THAT ALONE is enough to call off the deal (again I recevied no BTC). I gave him an out. I told him to just refund my payment and we each move on. He refused, He is a scammer. Nuff said Everybody in this thread says it, why should I use PayPal if I would be a scammer? I always would get in trouble with them because of the chargeback function. There are much more easier methods to scam, really. So where is your problem that you will not remove the posted rating of me (-6)? I resended you the money via PayPal of course a short time after that problem, you have the money, you had no lost money or any other problems now. WHERE IS YOUR PROBLEM THEN? Why should we not be just normal users again, you will remove my rating, I remove yours. And I could not be a scammer. Well, as you can see too, there was ONE UNHAPPY costumer which told everybody in this forum that we are scammers, but HE IS HIMSELF ONE! More you can read when scrolling down in our statement. As we had posted in another thread, we would accept in the future mobile payments like SMS and maybe phone payments. But he was wrong, not we: Do not trade with this poor person which is posting that we are "scam". I was prepared to send him the BTC he had ordered, but a few minutes later, the money from our PayPal account was away (he used the Chargebackfunction) and so we of course did not send the BTC to him. If he can not wait just max. an hour to get the BTC, he should not order anything. All last costumers of us was happy with our services (I can send you a few anonymized from the over 270 positive feedbacks, we had received) and he is the first costumer who is not happy and that because of nothing! He had lost nothing (of course the money is now again on his PayPal account), he has no problems now, but what is he doing? He calls us "scammers" and "bastards" and rates my trust very bad.
