Dude, not only you stole money from hacked account by inserting trojan in your dice bot script, but you also keep demanding god knows what from us for no apparent reason.
You can't even explain why do you believe we scammed anyone. There are no victims. You are not a victim, you stole $1000 from user by cheating him into installing a hacked bot script. If that is true, you are a scammer, not us.

The real owner of the account was found, and he did cooperate by answering questions only owner could answer (i.e. what messages did he send to chat 3 months ago).

I think we should inform the authorities about the hacking software you're distributing on the internet so they will figure what to do with you next.

It looks like we found the original owner of hacked account Wertik and are in talks with him, so far he provided bulletproof evidence of original account ownership.

Hopefully we will be able to find the hacker who tried to threat us and stain our reputation with negative PR to push us into releasing hacked funds.

We are still waiting for Wertik to come and chat with us and answer several questions that can confirm hes identity.
The funds are still on hold for 12 more days unless we get solid evidence of original account ownership.

Once again, we had multiple signals of account getting hacked & several people were writing from that account, one of whom confirmed the account was hacked.

Paradice.in is a honest project, and does not "steal" anyone's account balance. The funds are on hold for 13 more days in attempt to find confirmation of real owner of account Wertik. It's in the best interest of the original owner of this account to appear in the next 13 days and provide additional information to help our investigation.
Our support works 24/7 to help resolve any issues with players who require our help and ready to cooperate to resolve their issues. So far the person who promised us to "advertise against us" in case if we don't release it immediately doesn't show signs of cooperation and goes to cursing and threats instead of providing us with data.

If we won't find sufficient data to confirm that the original owner of account has access to it, and not a hacker -- we will still release the withdrawal hold for the lack of a better solution.

If this were true, we would have knew about it from the support system.

However these are lies, which are continuation of the hacker's threat to "advertise us as scammers".

If you really have any issue with withdrawal of your funds -- first thing you do is address our support via on-site live chat and ticket system.

The last "message" from John is FAKE. This confirms that you are indeed a liar.
The conversation ended with "Since we concern if you're the original owner of the account, we set a 2 weeks hold on withdrawals"

We set a deadline of 2 weeks for the account to be released to a person who has access to it if we don't figure out way to ensure that access is with the original owner.
If you are the original owner of account -- you have nothing to worry about and no reason to rush, considering the funds were just sitting there for 3 months.

What happened?

2 days earlier we got a request from one of our players to unfreeze stuck withdrawal. Upon further inspection we noticed an account got frozen by our automated security system. There were instances of suspicious website login from the said user. Later the same user signaled us that it wasn't him trying to withdraw funds, and it was somebody else who hacked his account. The withdrawal was requested after 3 months of account having zero activity.
From our dialogue with a holder of this account we noticed that there were at least 2 people communicating with us on different languages and in different manner of speech.  Upon further inspection, I can confirm the original account holder's email was not only hacked, but the credentials were published online on several "black hat" forums for public use.

We are currently still searching for ways of contacting the original account holder, and it will take some time.

The person who made a fresh account sondieukhac here doesn't like that idea and threatened us with bad PR if we don't process transaction immediately.
We had a dialogue with this person in tech support where he pretended he had no idea that hes email was hacked, and attempted to change the account email for no reason.

The situation is still under investigation by Paradice.in staff.
