There is no friendship in crypto. If they are highly successful, half the team will dump and move on leaving the project in tatters. Trust no one, and no projects except bitcoin

The risk is to do with humans investing in good and bad projects as they will be doing so to make money, but also technology will be a problem as we are a decade away from quantum computing and most are not yet quantum resistant

Privacy coins have a place in crypto but it won't be mainstream. Monero will pump due to it's usage in the dark web markets, but on regular exchanges check out zcash instead

At the moment you are holding more than half your crypto in bitcoin and the price is not moving. You could drop it down to 30% and do more alt trading to increase your profits, but it is more risky of course.
