I'm feeling really sorry for all this situation. There will be relaunch. 1. From the launch there will be some new feature that I originally wanted to implement as a hardfork and there probably will be no hardforks after the launch. This will take some time to implement, it takes longer than I originally thought. 2. There was small instamine at the launch, with the new launch there will be low reward for the first blocks to counter that. 3. There will be at least 24 hours between announcement and actual launch. If you will check this thread at least one per day you will not miss it. 4. This time I will back up my wallet like hell, this situation will not happen again. maybe a premine to give out to the people that have already been mining as a biut of a compensation , like a swap or something to that effect 2 for 1 or something they send to a address send to new wallet new coins and burn old wallet , just thiunking of things as people have been mining away for a bit now , but a 2 for 1 i think is good and could be dont easily !!
I think that any premine is bad. But the ones who mined this coin will probably be the first miners to mine after relaunch so they still get their own piece of the pie. Probably there will be more miners after relaunch so everyone (including me) will get less, but I think this will be more fair. I am ok with the relaunch, really think it is best, but hoping a little bit that the relaunch won't be between September 4 and September 11, because I am on holidays then and it would be a pity if I could not mine from the start (have mined a substantial amount up till today). Really looking forward to the new feature also! |

You don't even think twice while questioning credibility of others like Nilesh, Bohang, Clifton Tang etc , lets see how many connections you have got in your LinkedIn profile and what is your URO trading history, so that we can know at least something about you. I know your FUDing will have no effect on URO ever but we would also like to know about people who are questing other's credibility and judging them.

All I see is a shitstorm of accusations and counteraccusations, I guess it happens. But there has been zero effort by the developer to moderate this thread in some sensible way or even answer basic questions about his product (all he seemed capable of was posting some standard babble). I feel like all I'm ever being fed is bogus information, probably spread around by the developer. Occassionally I try to sift through the bull shit on this thread to make out what is actually going on, but it's just really not worth it anymore. You seem to think that a developer needs to be present on Bitcointalk to answer all the FUD. I think it would be better if he would be busy with real important things: developing and promoting it in the real world. You know, the real target of this coin is not you or me but the people that want to trade urea. Don't think many of them are here, or if they were, they will surely be scared away by now and have found other ways to stay in contact about urocoin. That is why the Dev has said he will be available in other communication channels, like launchpad and IRC. Everybody with legitimate questions can go there and ask questions and get answers there. |

So ... what's the plan? Just launch a new coin IMO  there wasn't *that* many mined (speaking as someone who had thousands). I have to agree with that, although I mined a lot, but I cannot see a way to change the blockchain with some premine or donate coins that will not raise questions afterwards. So might be best to do a relaunch! |

Hey guys, I have recently accepted an officer position with Noir Group. I have been an investor since December, and have followed it closely. Believe me I understand your frustration as I was not happy about certain decisions and delays from NG, but I would not be here if I didn't think NG is going to get better. I will be writing a bigger post attempting to explain what went wrong and what needs to change. I will tell you this, barwizi has not abandoned this coin. Far from it. He has been making changes, and adding features. We have decided to delay the snapshot for two reasons. The first being that we have a little surprise to release beforehand. The second reason is that I would prefer to give you guys a week to move coins. So you will get a one week notice when we are ready. Feel free to ask me any questions. 
Seems Barwizi is appointing his cronies rather than letting investors decide what is best. Here we go again...The GF investors can kick me out whenever they please. Good Morning, as all know, I was a big fan / and am still GF-holders of NRS and Barwizi. I would not sell my GF shares too! But I am more attuned currently neutral! I do not have much time currently, so I write in German. It's faster for me and I can express myself better, perhaps someone has lust to translate it. If not google, translator on so does !! The trust for this is near to zero. Who will become a new COO or if I will be able to vote for him, is not important for me at this moment. Like I already said, the trust is near to zero, it can only improve from this point on.
I want to give you some advise for the road that should be followed, if you are really concerned with NRS and will see the DAC as number one priority, and maybe will have our trust again. You can take my advise or leave it. It will not become worse than it already is. Possibly you also want to earn some money at the side, and will things take 1 or 2 years, that is also ok, but have the guts to tell us then.
I think our new COO is very involved, and hope he will also make his announcements become reality. I understand when someone gets sick and cannot do his work for that reason, or maybe other good reasons. But it is not ok to let deadlines come and go without giving any announcements about what is happening. More even if it is concerning financial balances. COO's are being paid, so they have to keep their deadlines. Or in worst case: cancel the deadline with a very good explanation. To remain silent about that, is unprofessional and people will start to loose trust.
Things have to be done in this order:
1. Questions of investors of NRS must be answered quick, naturally and always, even if they were questioned more than once. That is the most important thing. Everyone must be able to understand what is happening.
2. Stuctured development, do announcements and keep the deadlines!
3. Pay the GF holders that want to sell their share the money that they have put in. There must be enough BTC, as there has been mined for months!
4. The GF holders will have to get their NRS before the merger, because they have really suffered from all this
5. Be open about the finances.

I think I found a way to recover my spreadcoins but you may not like it.
As I lost my wallet.dat I don't know exactly what blocks I mined and exactly how many coins I had.
I can approximately determine block before which my lost coins are situated. Everyone who have mined coins before this block will send them to him/herself (this can be made automatic). This will mean that this coins are not mine. Then, using some hack and releasing a new client I can send myself amount of the rest coins (or maybe less, say 80%).
This rasises two concerns:
1. What if someone will forgot to send coins to him/herself? These coins will still be spendable so he/she will not lost them. This raises the second concern:
2. What if I am a scammer and want just to double my coins, keeping old ones and getting new ones? The only way to prevent this that I see is to limit the percentage of presumably lost coins that can be spend but this is not trivial.
What do you think about such a plan? Is it acceptable in you opinion?
P.S. This way there is no need for anyone to donate coins to me.
I do not know how you can acchieve this, but it seems like tampering the blockchain. This method I would use only as last resort, because it lowers credibility of the developer/coin. What if such developer will decide to make something similair later? Consensus is not the best tool to decide, as there still may be minority, or significant amount of users which will be harm with such decision. Maybe these are the reasons why this attitude is not considered the best. But now the blockchain is really young, and there are not financial operations, just mining, so perhaps we can excuse it. But, what solution is the smallest evil, depends on the amount of the coins owned by the developer, or, the ratio to the amount of all existing coins. If developer holds very significant amount, maybe around a half, then another solution - the donations - may not be feasible. But if the amount is say one tenth or maybe one fifth of all mined coins, then I think the solution by donations is much cleaner. I am willing to donate one fourth of mine coins. I have mined it with all my CPU power accessible for more days, when my hashpower was significant compared to the network hashrate. So the donation is significant. Regards, Andy I think I could live with a hard fork in which a block with a certain big amount will be allocated to the Dev. if all miners agree at this point, it would be a good solution. I am still wanting to donate also, if necessary and no premine will be done. Or, maybe we start all over again, at block zero but that would be a pity for all the mining, but that is still another (maybe not so nice) solution. edit: It will still be nice before deciding which way to go if you could also tell us a little bit more about the future development plans. |

Barwizi, if you finish NRS Lotto and NRS merge, and if the financial stuff is open to see for everyone, I will admit I was wrong about you and had no right to doubt you. But only then. If you can do this, then show us by making it happen. I know negative energy can keep people from performing. But at the same time you have made promises and have generated high expectations and you must live up to them. At this moment I only see you trying to save your face and not succeeding. If you can turn that around, you have all my respect. But for now, I still think investing in NRS is not a good idea until there are some visible changes.

The situation with the angel investors needs to be resolved, if they aren't happy that is a major issue which will stop any traction from being gained.
Though remind yourselves, there was a point when GF shares were going for 8x the initial value.. You all had an opportunity to sell for a profit, did you not?

If all GF shareholders would have sold their share then other people would be holding those shares and be duped now. We did not buy a share for selling, but for holding a stake in the company. Only that stake turned out to be empty. Nothing substantial has come out of it for 6 months now. And what is promised now is only a copy of LTS and Talkcoin. Still have to see it work, did not see it yet and the screenshots can be made in an advanced paint clone. And trying? Maybe yes. But not for our benefit. You did not buy for selling haha. You think holding for eternity will make you money? Obviously if you sold, someone else gets stuck holding the bag, are you that much of an ideologist that you think something will just keep rising? Speculation made the price rise and you didn't sell. It happens everyday, being bitter and blaming the dev doesn't help your GF stake increase in value. Learn to sell with profit and ride free money. I got 17k nrs free of charge this way, meanwhile someone else lost their shirt buying my coins. If you are worried about hurting someone by selling, you are in the wrong game, my friend. This is crypto, be ruthless or go hungry. Lol of course I thought I would make money of the GF, by having profit of it like holding Angelshares with Bitshares brought me profit and will bring me profit in future. And I am a bit of an idealist, I like to invest in small projects I believe can become big. The idea of DAC made me very enthusiastic and to be honest it still does. Only not for NRS. I made money with NRS coins in the good times. I made more profit with other coins then you give me credit for of course I make profit while someone might be loosing. But the fact is that it all depends on a lot of factors, maybe that person buying will make profit later with the same coins. But I have my standards, and I like to keep them high and I hope that others will do that too (although I know well enough that is not the case). The developer of NRS did not meet up to my expectations of that standard, because he has a hidden agenda and is not honest with the people that give him their trust. |

All this numbers mean nothing... There are thousands of tons of chicken and pork meat bought and traded everyday but nobody is using chickencoin or porkcoin for this. It means that the market is so big that 1,000,000 MT ton urea is a very small amount compared to the amount that is sold worldwide in a year. Concerning the chicken- and porkcoin: See where piggycoin could be headed if they were smart and maybe become another success story, I believe in the years to come more commodity coins will be made and will be successful. |

My not speaking about their benefits is simply because I am not ready since i have not completed the spec around those factors , as you can see from the screenshot , the lotto is not activated yet. GF shareholders are free to check the skype thread where possible methods of redeeming their shares have been discussed.
Please send an email to the GF holders with the contents of this thread. Their emailaddresses were gathered at some point and I did not give it in vain, so won't be too hard to inform those that don't have skype. Maybe you can also integrate a GF shareholders Skype with the new wallet. Also don't you need testers for the new wallet? And what about the questions of the GF shareholders about the financial status? Where is NRSlogan with the financial news? Were those questions also answered in Skype? Then please again send emails to the GF holders about that. Or post it somewhere in the blockchain, with the newest technology it won't be so hard to make a real DAC that holds those documents and you would not have to worry again about GF shareholders asking the same questions over and over again. For the record: Seeing is believing. Did not see anything substantial for over 6 months now. Impossible to believe anything will happen at this point, would have happened long time ago if it ever was going to happen. Lost my faith in miracles. Only 3 coins/DACs I really believe have future at this point, and NRS is not one of them. |

I tried to make a website, I redid it several times but it only became worser every time . Surely, making websites is not my strongest point. I hope in the future someone will help us to make a better website, current version is pretty empty, there is just a page with current features. I promised to release a cool update "in several days". This update to their website passed me by if it has been pointed out previously, probably because of the pages of abuse that build up here. - We know the real identity of the Dev and people committed to the UroFoundation
- We know the real identity of people of GES, who are behind this coin
- Some people on this forum have had contact by email or telephone with GES and verified that indeed they accept urocoin for 1 MT urea from July 9th 2014.
- RIVAA has made a statement on their website that they support Urocoin
- A lot of FUD would have been impossible if the identities of above named companies and persons would not have been made public, so one could conclude that the FUD was related to the openness of those companies and people, something that is very rare in altcoin.

I will soon announce alpha test that will require an invite to participate wait so what this really is...is a scypt coin...with none of the functions that you described...We cannot sell space...or buy space on a grid yet?
