202  Economy / Speculation / Re: So many newbie crying for gox liquidation on: April 21, 2014, 07:05:04 PM
Yes, we are crying and for good reason. Face facts. Stop living in a fantasy land of pure hope with no substance. BTC is so overvalued that it's an insult to capitalism. BTC, and its naive investors, are living in their own little world while all sorts of private and unknown factors are conspiring against it behind the scenes. When these influences crash the party, BTC prices will get a bloody thrashing! Mt. Gox, alone, will reset the BTC price button. The 200k coins (and the other hundreds of thousands of additional coins that will be found!) are going to be privately sold to wealthy investors at deep discounts. The same investors will buy up all the panic sales, rebuild the BTC space the right way and, in the process, push out all the little guys. No one is winning in this version of BTC, except for lucky in/out traders or those that got in pre-$25-50. Over the long-term, BTC's second incarnation will be the only real winner. Hate to be the bearer of bad news. I'd rather know now than get hammered when the wealthy take over BTC.
I'm guessing you missed out on those cheap coins back in 2011?

204  Economy / Speculation / Re: BREAKING NEWS. (MORE) CHINA BANKS BANS ON APRIL 18TH on: April 17, 2014, 04:36:04 PM
GTFO China, you can't have any more magical internet money.
205  Economy / Economics / Re: Retail NOT= BTC price improveing much. Amazon, etc not that important on: April 16, 2014, 02:14:52 AM
Fuck retail, 18 trillion in Wall Street and 30 trillion in offshore assets is where its at.

206  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another y3804 bearish thread on: April 14, 2014, 11:39:07 PM

Sounds like you have already sold your 'scooped coins'. Am I right?

I actually didn't get to scoop anything. The day BTC crashed I went out for three hours with no internet connection and completely missed the $340 bottom..

This just made my day.

AGreed ...suck it bear boy
+3, suck it, ya moron
207  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Ceiling Is 10k on: April 14, 2014, 06:57:12 PM
10k is too low. Mass market and majority adoption will drive prices up, yes, but what else is new?

A bigger and largely untested driver, is bitcoin serving as a vehicle for the next generation, tech-savier super-rich to store their offshore wealth. If even a fraction of that thirty trillion is capitalized in bitcoin, we could see 100k.

Wall Street in the next few years will test this.
208  Economy / Speculation / Re: Run up to $1000 on: April 14, 2014, 06:08:40 PM
Mark my words, there is going to be a very very heavy resistance at $1,000. Everyone who bought near there last time is going to cash out those coins. When we get towards 1k i wouldn't be surprised to see a quick correction back down towards the $800 range.
That is one possibility, another is that the media catches on bitcoin's resurgence to 1k, making headlines, driving more speculators and investors into the game... and up is the only way.

This Rapecoin is certainly forcing its way into the market  Grin
210  Economy / Speculation / Re: this is why big Wallstreet money will NOT be coming in soon on: April 13, 2014, 10:51:34 PM
Great, another institutional naysayer stating why it won't work. I bet he still writes checks.
This reminds me of the mental midgets in the early 90's declaring why the internet won't work.

In other news, Benjamin Lawsky, superintendent of the New York State Department of Financial Services, says why the fuck not?

http://upstart.bizjournals.com/entrepreneurs/hot-shots/2014/03/11/ben-lawsky-to-accept-bitcoin-application.html

"The department also announced today that it intends to propose the regulatory framework under which these applications will be processed no later than the end of the second quarter of 2014."

211  Economy / Speculation / Re: Coindesk Says "Bitcoin is headed for Bust" on: April 12, 2014, 06:42:38 PM
I'm going to file you away in the cosmofly/fonzi/iggor cabinet.
212  Economy / Speculation / Re: If someone buys Bitcoin today, they'll be lucky to see a 300%+ ROI. on: April 11, 2014, 08:11:23 AM
Bitcoin on BTC-e was valued at $657 on March 7th, 2014.

Will bump again once it goes past $2604.
213  Economy / Speculation / Re: if BTC crashes to $100... on: April 11, 2014, 08:00:18 AM
Too many people backing up the truck (including myself) and not enough weak hands...

The replies in this thread is evidence why BTC cannot go back to $100.
214  Economy / Speculation / Re: [Cosmopolis] Prepare for Bitcoin $266 Retest on: April 10, 2014, 09:06:00 PM
If you look at his posting history you'll see several things:

1. He is poor.
2. He created a shitcoin while calling other people's altcoin a scam.
3. He post pictures of online models and claims that he's been with them.
4. His lying is pathological. Almost every of his posting is a lie. This has been exposed numerous times.

This dude has severe issues and I wouldn't be surprised if he started a public shooting.
215  Economy / Speculation / Re: Amazing daily analysis on cryptocurrencies from China on: April 10, 2014, 08:53:00 PM
Probably being "re-educated" for promoting democracy... haha

(I hope this isn't true)
216  Economy / Speculation / Re: BREAKING NEWS ....BITCOIN > CHINA on: April 10, 2014, 06:47:36 AM
I will devour each and every last of those delicious cheap chinese coins.

For me, if price goes up, I get richer. If price goes down, I get more coins and get far more richer in July.

Either now or later, I simply can't lose.
217  Economy / Speculation / Re: Finally we may see under $400 on: April 10, 2014, 05:51:00 AM
nom nom nom cheap coins
218  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC will have no more "to the moon" rises. Face it, BTC is becomming BANKING on: April 08, 2014, 09:06:43 PM
By far the richest idiot this month "Arghhh"

Congratulations!

219  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will have no more big "to the moon" rises anymore. Face reality on: April 08, 2014, 05:41:18 PM
Personally, I lost all of my BTC, originally had 5 BTC, turned it into 7 BTC, lost some on a bad trade, lost 45% of my BTC on Cex.io adding "futures options", which I had no idea they were doing(my fault I know). Then I accidentally did a max bet on Just dice and lost most of it, got like .2 BTC left right, then coinex gets hacked rofl... so im down to abotu .05 BTC total.

Despair.

Yet another sentiment data point indicating that we are near the bottom of this bubble collapse.

You obviously failed 7th grade English/Grammar class also. Please educate yourself on Tone/Moods of sentence structure.

Sigh, fucking idiots in here like usual.

Anger.

Negative sentiment prevails.

Bottoms are characterized by a lack of buyers. I cannot imagine a situation that would induce you to buy more bitcoins. Yet that, I believe, is the wisest course of action.

In the morning, when the store hosting my neighborhood Robocoin ATM opens, I will buy some more coin.

Alright, I will assume you are an intelligent person. How many times have you legit been angry at something someone said on the internet? About .0000000001% of the time right? Guess what man, this isn't one of those times for me, and no one and I mean no one on these forums have ever made me angry. People here are way too lame to actually get me riled. Now I will respond with vulgarity when I believe I am speaking with someone who is actually better of 6 feet under. Since you still want to say I am exhibiting anger, I will once again call you wrong and claim you failed 7th grade English/Grammar class and I will add further; you have most likely failed all English/Grammar courses all through high school as well.
Yo buddy, this is a bitcoin speculation thread, not a therapy session.

Stay on topic okay?

You have been off topic this entire thread.

Like I said, only intelligent people have things to say. Keep bumping my thread if you really want to. You're only helping me.
I'm trying to help you out buddy, you read my thoughts exactly!

Tell you what, every time bitcoin's value goes up by $1000, I'll bump this thread once to remind you how much coins you lost, so that you don't lose them again!

... Only trying to help you out...
