Land casinos will never disappear. On line casinos and land based casinos are two completely different concepts that are aimed at very different classes of players. They are not offering the same experience just as example... You will never find the guy who "plays to earn" in a casino in San Moritz. You will never find people waiting for an airdrop or begging for a donation in the all of this kind of casinos. You will never find people who have an interest in not being identified (kyc) or refuse additional checks (example AML)... the list is very long...

How long can they follow this kind of "strategy"? more than anything... how old are they? I mean... if you are student thats ok... but if you have a family to feed ... if you combine these two factors directly linked to "time" you realize that it is practically impossible in the long term, unless they are people who want to "justify" their money

I have never made big winnings... the biggest was around 2000/3000 USD with and high amount on It. in general, I am not worried to miss big wins. I have always preferred to aim for consistency of results and not a single large jackpot...

as much as it "may" save my bankroll, I have to say that it is still a huge risk and it is more the "damage" than the real gain... it certainly has been useful in some cases, but in the end this is just a desperate move that is far away from the fundamental concept of money management! I don't think that crazy moves are really useful for gambling.

This is exactly what gambling is all about...try to win something. I have the same opinion like OP. once this aspect "related economy" is removed I am no longer interested in gambling.
in general there is no proportionality between the amount that can be won and the interest in the game. regardless of whether it's high or low, I'm always very interested in it.

I always prefer to be able to verify this information. Of course even if they are registered they can scam, get bankrupt and so on... But I want verity this aspect of license since it is an aspect of transparency to clearly state certain information. obviously I avoid playing on a site that actually doesn't really have a license (and they are claiming to...)

the topic is now no longer available. but I think it was done with the sole purpose of "making people laugh" and not "ripping someone off". it's true that a bit of everything comes up on the forum... tons of scams each day... certainly no one would ever make a donation like that, it's practically equivalent to being scammed. different if it were a case of begging for money... that is generally not tolerated including particular days...

it was the easiest match on paper for Sinner, and in fact this prediction was confirmed and it was an easy win for him. there was practically no match, excellent odds from the start. the Italian player was also listed at @1.29! He is officially the number 2 of ATP ranking.
Definitely not the best Dimitrov that we've watched in the past 3-4 days. That was beating the likes of Alcaraz and Zverev, who was coming back into form after a bit of a lul period in his career since COVID. This Miami court is very well suited for flat, attacking tennis. As it is a much faster court than the one at Indian Wells. I predict that Sinner(if he remains healthy) that Sinner will win at least 3 more Miami Opens in his career. The surface is perfectly suited for his attacking game. Sinner is really young (likewise 21-22 years old) so this is absolutely possible in upcoming years. This year he is playing at a very high level, with a record of only 1 defeat after 24 games. It's really hard to do better than that. Here in Italy there is a moment of "collective madness" in which everyone is rediscovering and appreciating tennis thanks to the results that Sinner achieved. Until now, the strongest players rarely entered the top 50... we hadn't seen a player at this level for many years, and Sinner has already made better results than any other Italian player...

you can use the Gaussian distribution in this case too. At the extremes you can put: people who have lost everything and now live in poverty, or people who have earned a lot, really a lot and today live like a rock star. I have met at least a dozen of them over the years. some of them have not changed their lives, some have started to become "influencers". Well, there is a bit of everything, it is difficult to simplify this type of people and their reactions.

a way to maximize profit while playing live match is also ... play single matches! this allow win each winning selection! Ok you will not earn a multiplier but you will sure to maximize any profit... just a single mistake can ruin a perfect payslip. Meanwhile playing single match is always an advantage. I tried to explain and summarize these suggestions here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1234109.0

Many people are going through gambling addiction but they manage to keep it a secret from their families and loved ones. The only people that know about their gambling activities are their close friends. In the event that you are one of those close friend to a gambling addict, do you think it is right to tell their loved ones with the intention that they will be able to talk to him and help him overcome his addiction? Can the advice of loved ones even help? What is the most effective way of going about gambling addiction.
I do not think family member can help. and it's not a problem. because the help that family members can offer is different from that which can be given by people who are professionally trained to support in these situations. everyone must have the role they are "designed" for....

the first rule is to follow the market/event before betting. ideal is to be able to follow it on video. in a live event this must always be done because what happens at a given moment can be enormously different after few minutes. but if this is not possible at least try to analyze the market depth with the odds placed.
