So will the WOODSHARES offered for sale on that exchange be moved to the counterparty DEX or the swapbot, or held in a cold storage wallet?

We are aware of the Masterxchange announcement of closure. We already ask for the withdrawal of the WS to be sent to the main WS address in Counterwallet.
