41  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: December 19, 2017, 08:55:57 AM
Children need to learn financial literacy. After 10-20 years, other assets may appear and they should be ready to recognize the benefits in new tools.

Most kids understand about managing finances is when junior high school, it seems useless to teach bitcoin to children before junior high school because they will not understand, so wait for the right age to teach bitcoin.
True, the correct age is very important, although I agree with the fact that the earlier you start to teach your child the basics of investing, the more financially-literate he will be.

43  Economy / Speculation / Re: Better Late than Never? on: December 19, 2017, 04:07:26 AM
Huh I couldn't wait any longer and jumping into cryptocurrency pretty late. I understand I have invested at the high end as of late, but with the rapid growth over the last several weeks I would be a fool not to jump in.

What are the predictions of the bubble before it bursts and drops back down?

Also, I imagine it should become my goal, as an investor, to actually use the bitcoin for what it was created to do. Peer to Peer purchasing in a free market, not relying on the banks or 3rd party taking their cut. Where can I begin actually using bitcoin to purchase normal household items?
It's never too late to invest. The cost of bitcoin will grow, as its popularity grows every day. Thus, more people learn about it and invest Smiley

Does Social Media Influence bitcoin growth?

Social networks affect everything, especially bitcoin
The more the popularity, the higher the bitcoin rate
46  Economy / Speculation / Re: Ideas on value in 2018 on: December 15, 2017, 05:51:08 AM

47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to analyse ICOs on: December 14, 2017, 06:30:09 AM
Hello Crypto fans.

I am a new member from Kenya. Thanks for accepting my request.

So, how does one analyse an upcoming or ongoing ICO before investing? What are the key things to look out for and consider?
Kindly give me links to good videos or articles on this query. Appreciated.

As  new person its great to see you. and also ask a good question like this.

ICO is the smart way to be billioner. but you have to be smart. First thing you have to whats ICO, ICO means they invite to public to invest money on thier concept.

Lot of ICO's Scams now a day. be alert on investing. I am now telling my tips to select a ICO.

See

White Paper
Road Map
Team Qualification and experiences.
How about the scoial media contribution
How much telegram members and what they are talking
archievments

If you research about this you can see whats potential. you have to be commonsense also.

You can see ICODROPS, ICOBENCH  how about their rankings. Personally i research and put Powerledger and WABI , Power ledger now 8X and WABI 6X.

you can now invest in INS ECO. that also great.

In addition, I also read articles about this ICO from various independent sources, which helps to see the drawbacks and take a different angle. Don't forget to study the competitors, as well as the scale of the problem that the team is trying to decide

Whats your favorite altcoin exchange website?
Bittrex and Poloniex seem to be some of the best ones. Also, I've heard that EXMO is known for its reliability
49  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: December 14, 2017, 05:18:06 AM
It is said that bitcoin will destroy the fiat system but i believe that if this happens the world will change completly because banks and a lot of things will go out of market.
I am not sure because many people are still prefer to use cash than bitcoin. There is only a small chance that most of the people in the next 5 years will use bitcoin. We need to educate them and to teach them about bitcoins for them to adapt it.
Agree. It's too difficult for most people. as i's necessary to spend a lot of time to understand the blockchain...
So, I think virtual currency will not enter our daily life so soon
50  Economy / Economics / Re: it is possible fiat currency will crashed? on: December 14, 2017, 05:02:05 AM
I heard Robert Kyosaki is talking about the crashed of FIAT CURRENCY? when this thing will happen? how are we going to respond?
Fiat will never be crashed or gone. Bitcoin is powerful because of fiat currencies. We know that bitcoin's price became higher because of its value in dollars. Without fiat, how can we monitor Bitcoin's price? We have to admit that we cannot use Bitcoin today if we don't use fiat because we use fiat currencies in our country. Fiat currencies are foundation of economy of a country so it is impossible to be removed and be replaced completely by Bitcoin.
There are some reckless and hash policies by the government that can cause fiats to crash which can make people to totally lose all confidence in the fiat system.

Take a look at Zimbabwe and how the Zimbabwean Dollar crumbled and then you will understand that is very possible for fiats to crash. So, if anything goes wrong with the way the government of most countries have been doing things, then the possibilities of fiat crashing is possible.
Fiat will exist for a long time, and one of the main reasons is that it's the best tool for various frauds, illegal business, because money does not pass through the bank

51  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people scam on: December 14, 2017, 04:53:21 AM
Getting a job is not possible for everyone, not everyone has family or [friends] to help them and sometimes they will make the bad situations even worse them. If you've ever really needed money and were very desperate, than you probably know that people would let you starve to death rather than give you $5.

It's weird how people won't toss out just a few dollars to help someone in need, yet they'll spend $10000 or more on their pet that has an average life span of under 5 years.

But then again, if you give the person in need money, they'll keep coming back for it. It's a real crap shoot

There can be no excuse for scamming, stealing and robbing, if you are poor and starve to death you are the only one to blame. Billions of people work hard, study, build plans for the future and tighten their belts during hard times, their situation is no different from those who choose the criminal life. If you will start whitewashing and glorifying stealing, you will end up with cleptocratic and corrupt society that only becomes poorer because economy just can't work in such environment.

It's weird how people won't toss out just a few dollars to help someone in need, yet they'll spend $10000 or more on their pet that has an average life span of under 5 years.

People don't feel and are not obligated to feel any empathy towards the strangers - everyone should be responsible for their own life and not look for a way to throw their burdens onto others. Pets on the other hand are chosen companions and they bring happiness to their owners, so it's natural that people can spend huge amounts of money on them.

Instead of begging, every tramp should do something to get out of poverty. For example, go to work Cheesy
I'm sure, there is always a way out of any situation
52  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you have a gun? on: December 13, 2017, 09:44:57 AM
No, I don't. I cannot even imagine how could a gun help me. Bad things happen too quickly to realize everything.

To be able to react quickly is the first
Secondly, you need to be able to use it correctly, so that you do not accidentally suffer yourself
Well, in general, it's too dangerous, there are many other means of self-defense
53  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Working Abroad is a lot of sacrifice. on: December 13, 2017, 08:59:08 AM
Absolutely right, thanks for the advice. Working abroad is hard you need to be prepared emotionally, mentally and physically. I really admired those people working abroad for their family.
Right. You must be ready for great difficulties, a language barrier, etc. But often the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and it's worth it.  To be honest, I dream of moving abroad...
54  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Robots in the society on: December 13, 2017, 05:00:30 AM
Robots are needed to do annoying and dirty job like cleaning, serving, driving...etc...These jobs simply annihilating human brain's potential. But the problem is still: what about people, replaced by robots. Where they will gain money??
Totally agree. I don't believe in the future, where robots will conquer the world, as in horror movies Grin
On the contrary.
They will perform dirty work and facilitate our lives. Already now, robots cleaner have become available, there are also robots that help disabled people to talk, hear and see. So, it's a huge progress
55  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the real problem of man? on: December 13, 2017, 04:20:15 AM
State your own opinion by your own perspective let us share ideas and thoughts about this.
I think one of the main human problems is inability to hear yourself, listen to your heart, your body.
We live by the head, not by the heart, which causes many wrong decisions in life.
56  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: December 12, 2017, 11:17:25 AM
A person who works only with bitcoin, in fact, is officially unemployed. Decrease is not the level of unemployment, but probably the percentage of officially unemployed citizens will increase.

Still the person who earn bitcoin online will still one of the unemployed one though they dont.know much he earns, the statistics is only counting those who has a real job in real world not online thoug those people who work online in only in their place with their boss are in the other countries still it could say that it is employed but as our self we didnt recognized with it.

Statistics is only numbers, they dont know how big you earn in bitcoin . If they say you are unemployed but you earn double than the people that is employed
If you earn money by trading, it does not affect the official statistics and does not affect the unemployment rate
57  Other / Politics & Society / Re: End of the World on: December 12, 2017, 09:02:41 AM
People themselves are to blame for the end of the world. Instead of fighting each other, it would be better to think about how to save the planet. I think that the end of the world will be soon.
exactly, instead of discussing the date and time of the end of the world, it's better to look for ways to save... to solve the problem of exhaustible resources, lack of fresh water, and so on
58  Other / Politics & Society / Re: do you believe in your government? on: December 11, 2017, 05:54:29 AM
I don't trust more than 10%
The media is just propaganda controlled by the government
Currently, there is a good opportunity to find out about important events from social networks where the same people like you show how things really are going on
59  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will be stable Bitcoin Price? on: December 11, 2017, 05:15:20 AM
It's unlikely that bitcoin price will ever be stable. Stability can be maintained only with the support of the state, but in this case bitcoin will no longer be such an attractive currency.
60  Other / Politics & Society / Re: To travel is to live on: December 11, 2017, 04:35:46 AM
When you travel, you have an opportunity to see new sights, explore different cultures, communicate with locals and find new friends.
Investment in travel is an investment in yourself, as travel broadens the horizons and help to find yourself Smiley
