201  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you think of gold price in long term? on: May 08, 2023, 07:28:38 AM
For those who already have millions of dollars, don't ever hesitate to buy gold, don't be interested in other investments that promise big profits but you leave gold behind, the mistake people make is being too ambitious to get big profits by taking risky types of investments so what happens is loss, gold investment is the safest type, and profit even though we save it for the long term.
The profit in investing in gold will not be too much, because the price of gold has also decreased, although only in a very small size and the increase in price is also not too much every year. This means that every investor who invests in gold will only get more security than profits even though he keeps it for the long term and for his own risk is the potential for theft if it is not stored in a really safe place.

This is true, if I have millions of dollars, I will also invest in gold, it is both safe and gives me good returns. Many people who say that gold is no better than bitcoin are people who don't have the money to invest in gold. They are using their little money to invest in bitcoin and want to be able to get rich from bitcoin. This is the bare truth that many people dare not face.
Actually I also like gold and Bitcoin so I always choose both of them for my investment but I don't expect more profit on gold because gold price increase is not fast so I can only hope about safety of my money there and also more sure return when i resell it. Whereas with Bitcoin I always expect more increases so I can get more profit even though the level of risk is also very equal to what I expected.

The risk of investing in gold is certainly not as big as investing in crypto,
in the midst of the onslaught of crypto I think gold is still the choice of many people to invest in and there's no doubt about it,
Gold price movements can also be said to be more stable when compared to crypto.
In this case, it's actually not really feasible to make a comparison between crypto investment and gold investment. Because basically the two are very different, especially if gold existed before crypto was born into this world. So I very rarely make a detailed comparison of these two so I prefer to utilize both in my investments because I love both and have never hated either until now.
202  Economy / Economics / Re: Social media, now looking more for business than for socializing. on: May 05, 2023, 10:22:37 AM
The function of social media is now different from the initial concept of creating social media, most social media is currently only used for business, unfortunately transactions that occur are direct so they are prone to being used for fraud, social media developers should provide a marketplace so users can easily find and transactions with other users so as to reduce fraud.

What you said is also available on many social media at this time, for example on social media Facebook which has long provided marketplace services, as well as other social media such as Tiktok and Instagram. That is, you don't need to worry about that because the development of social media is also seen based on the needs of the users so that social media can continue to be used by many people according to the uses they need.

So there's nothing wrong with the initial creation concept or being used for doing business because basically everyone in this world is highly recommended to do business so they can develop in their life without having complaints every day of their life. In your opinion so far, is there anything wrong with some of the social media you use? Because I'm sure you also use social media for your own needs at this time.

204  Economy / Economics / Re: Which do you prefer on: May 03, 2023, 03:02:50 PM
In my country a civil worker is the dream of many people, when there is a vacancy to become a civil servant then the applicants can reach 100x, for example there are 1000 vacancies, then those who register and write tests can reach 100,000, this is because civil servants have many advantages besides salary and facilities , but I'm not interested in becoming a civil servant and prefer to work in the private sector.

Those who are more eager to become civil servants in your country, I don't think it's wrong if they don't have other permanent jobs in life. Moreover, after becoming a civil servant, it is certain that there will be a pension salary that they can enjoy in their old age, even though those who become civil servants will not be as rich as the big businessmen in their country.

But there are also those who join civil servants because they are forced to due to having no other choice after they graduate from college, but this is clearly not bad because it is also part of the business in their life even though there are many people who do not pass the civil servant test which later too work as private employees in a field they understand.
205  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your biggest obstacle to achieving financial freedom ? on: April 27, 2023, 08:25:42 AM
That is so right - but sometimes it is difficult to save money for a person like me - it is not easy thing
I have tried to control my desires lately but it is not under full control

I think it's only about you personally who are still not able to control your desires and lust for everything that causes your money to always go out to be spent. Because I don't think that other people are not able to do it well enough, moreover that it is part of everyone's effort for himself for the good in living his life. So controlling finances in living life is clearly needed by everyone if they don't want to feel suffering when their money starts to decrease.

And even though you've said it's hard to save money for yourself, you have to keep trying it so that it can get you used to saving even if only in very small amounts. Because everyone is definitely able to change their bad habits into better habits even though it always takes time for everyone who is trying it, but never give up to keep doing it because it is for the good of yourself.
206  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you think of gold price in long term? on: April 23, 2023, 01:26:10 PM
I think investing in gold is really worth it for the long term because gold is one of the safest investments in my opinion because gold has a very low risk and gold is very liquid when selling.

Gold is not bad for investment, but if you look at the level of price increase that gold has, you will see that gold has a very small price increase rate when compared to other assets such as land (which is very strategically located) with residential areas. Likewise, when you make a comparison of gold with Bitcoin in terms of price increase, it is clear that you will find that Bitcoin is easier to get a price increase than gold in a short time.

Because the price of gold tends to increase slightly and stay at a certain price in the long term, whereas other assets such as Bitcoin can get a much bigger and very significant increase in the not so long term although this is also offset by the possibility of a decrease in price which is also not small. But in general, I think Bitcoin is classified as more suitable for long-term investments than gold, which is only suitable for storing the value of your money for a while.
207  Economy / Economics / Re: Without government job we can survive on: April 15, 2023, 03:38:55 PM
As people who have experience in life, we must be able to be independent and not depend on anything including the government, the fact that is happening is that many of the world's largest companies are currently market leaders, they start their business seriously and do not depend on the government, they can be strong because have optimism about the future of the business being managed.

Not only that, companies that are already large and independent are usually also invited to cooperate by the government in developing the economic sector which can also make a country more developed. But in this case every company that is already independent has also struggled before in order to be more independent and also have to follow rules from the government in a number of matters.

Including in terms of taxes and other things so that the company can continue to stand strong enough, so it's clear that in any case you really don't have to ignore the government because the government is the authority in their respective countries and those who sit in government are also elected by the people itself so that no matter how independent the company is, there is still involvement from the government in it because without permission from the government, the company will not be able to build the building haphazardly.
208  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the government can really make a way to end poverty or it depends on us? on: April 10, 2023, 05:26:25 PM
Poverty will never disappear as long as this world has not ended, poverty is an important part of life because many things in this world are the result of the work of poor people, many efforts have been made by countries to reduce poverty, but it will never eliminate 100% so poverty will always exist.
It is natural that poverty will never disappear in this world because it is about everyone eliminating poverty on their own and when there is a comparison of the number of assets owned by one person with another, that is where it will be seen who is poor and who is rich. Because it will always be easier to measure when everyone knows how many assets he has and what other people have, it is clear in this case that poverty is very difficult to eradicate. Although each country also never stops trying to eradicate this so that all its citizens can live more comfortably and more decently because this is also the duty and effort of the state.

Government can't do anything about poverty you yourself have to think about eradicating  it and solve it . In today's tough time where there is immense financial burden on everyone you have to work out your expenses , your earnings and spending.
Government can do 0.1% for your ease rest Is your problem.
The government can only try to do good things to eradicate poverty. Because actually this is everyone's duty to keep themselves from being in poverty by continuing to make as much effort as possible, so everyone doesn't need to fully rely on the government to eradicate this. Even though this is also part of the government's duties, everyone also needs to think about this for himself without having to involve more people because this is the basic task of each individual.
209  Economy / Economics / Re: Always Have a financial record in whatever business you own on: April 06, 2023, 07:19:13 AM
Financial record is somehow a must specially if you are into business. This will serves as your tracker for your journey on your business and to all profit and loses that you may encounter. By this also you can easily distinguish where/what you need to improve. You can easily monitor where your money goes. Just when you enter in one company you can notice that even it was 10-20 years ago they still have the record it may be physical or digital record because its useful to improve their finances in the future.

You stated this very precisely, but on this occasion I also want to add a little to the explanation you said so that it is even more complete, because according to a source from payfazz.com that bookkeeping is something that the company cannot forget. or any employer. Because bookkeeping or financial records are intended to organize and store financial documents such as financial reports.

In the financial records usually several things will be listed such as cash flow, number of sales, profit and loss and other things. The existence of these records can later be used as a reference whether your business is healthy, different strategies need to be carried out to determine profits and losses. In addition, there are also other reasons why financial records in business are important. Such as the following:
  • To know income and expenses
  • To regulate the use of money or capital
  • As one of the decision-making factors
  • Simplify when reporting taxes
  • For consideration of potential investors
210  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do if bitcoin crash? on: March 31, 2023, 07:08:45 PM
I can't imagine bitcoin will crash or completely go to zero, but if it happens, I'll lose trust in other cryptocurrencies as well, because bitcoin is the mother of all crypto. Bitcoin is volatile and you must know what you are investing into. As an Investor, I only risk money that I'm willing to lose and on things that I understand. I will stay calm and assess the situation and accept it. No one can predict what's going to happen in the future but If it happens out of nowhere, I have to find other alternatives because if that crash will happen, other opportunities will come.

As long as Bitcoin has fans, its value will exist and it is very difficult to go to zero. Because something that already has a price will always be assessed better by looking at the developments that already exist in Bitcoin itself. Investors who really believe in Bitcoin will also not worry about this because they always have faith in Bitcoin which will continue to be valuable as long as there are still many people who really like it and are still being bought and also traded on the market.

And I think the only disaster that can make Bitcoin lose its value is when the whole world can no longer access the internet which makes it impossible for everyone to buy Bitcoin in the market. But until now I also have never seen this kind of disaster ever happen in the past, because it will not affect the value of Bitcoin if only one country cannot access the internet, but if the internet network is disrupted for the whole world, it loses value for Bitcoin I think it's very possible.
211  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Investment: Good Debts vs Bad Debts on: March 30, 2023, 03:57:35 PM
There are bad debts and there are good debts. Bad debts- loaning money to buy a car that won't be used for business ( Uber, Bolt). Loaning money to buy a pair of shoes, clothes, a piece of furniture etc.

Good debts - loaning money to purchase something that would appreciate in value over time. Real estate, precious metals, commodities etc.

They say poor people have bad debts and rich  people have good debts.
Not all poor people have bad debts, because there are some poor people who make debts to run a business, even if only on a very small scale. While the rich do most of them have good debts, but there are also those who are rich who make bad debts even though it is not at all burdensome to pay and does not make him fall into poverty immediately because of these bad debts.

Quote
One of the popular pieces of advice you'd hear in the Bitcoin space is to never borrow to invest in it.

Despite the volatility, our hope is that Bitcoin will appreciate in value.

Would you classify borrowing money to invest in Bitcoin as good debt or bad debt?
I think this really depends on everyone's principles in assessing and classifying borrowing money for something. For me it is really not suitable to invest from borrowed money because it will really bother me to invest calmly and free from the burden of debt that I have to pay off when it matures. So I would be happier if I invested with my own money without getting involved with a loan, especially since the investment is in Bitcoin
212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto related jobs on: March 13, 2023, 09:52:19 AM
As long as there is a project that implements merit, I haven't joined the project for a long time due to merit constraints. It's hard for me to get rewarded for not studying enough and not being able to read. so i can wake up.

This answer that you give does not reflect you as a hard worker and the examples and examples that you provide are only the smallest part of crypto work. Because work related to crypto is very broad and varied which is not only about participating in projects or campaigns.

But you can build your own investment in crypto and also trade in crypto for profit and build your own project if you have the skills in that field, but I'm not sure you can build a project because it's a very hard and big thing to do. Moreover, you are not the type of person who works hard and it is very easy to complain when you don't get any appreciation for the efforts you have made.
213  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expectations for March?! on: March 13, 2023, 09:21:51 AM
Early march the market continued to decline and hit lows about 4 days ago at a price of $ 19700, and it was not long because the price was able to return to $ 20k and today it has risen more than 9% to around $ 24500, hopefully this day will continue and the price in March it can touch $ 25k, I'm sure if the price of $ 25k can be reached it will be trending on many social media so that it will keep the price going up.
In which markets have you seen Bitcoin increase to $24500? Due to the price that I saw in the market today it only increased to $22600 which represents an increase of 9%. And I'm quite happy with this increase because I'm still holding Bitcoin at this point and plan to keep it long term or until the price of Bitcoin actually makes me tempted to sell it.

We are still more than 2 weeks until the end of the month so there is still a chance for bitcoin to hit $25k this month. Although the world economy is still in a lot of turmoil with the collapse of two major US banks, it is also a good thing for bitcoin as people will realize that depositing money in a bank is not as safe as it is they think.
Saving money in a bank does not guarantee complete security, but a bank can still be a temporary place to save money before we use it for important things. And saving Bitcoin also has risks if you store it in the wrong place and don't really consider the security of a wallet. So these two things actually have their respective risks and levels of security which the owner must understand and know.
214  Economy / Economics / Re: Try to save money while you still can, will you ? on: March 13, 2023, 08:55:44 AM
With all due respect, I think what you said are basic theories that are suitable on paper. Savings is always a backup whether you do it for emergency funds or for big expensive purchases. Your preference on investment is good in general but can be very situational and individual. I don't believe anyone is meant for starting a business and to be honest, the chances of having a successful business for most people are too slim. Reality teaches us to be realistic and be prepared for the unforeseen challenges ahead. If you don't have any savings to fall back on, you are more likely to be in my friend's situation.

Savings in life is very important for everyone, although everyone has different preferences for this. But for me savings in life can only function for three things, the first is to buy luxury goods that are not cheap and the second is to get back up when someone goes bankrupt from the business he is running and the last is when someone is sick where he does not have to sacrifice his business to do medical treatment or health healing for himself.

And because these three things are things that very often happen in human life, that's why I say that saving is a very good thing for everyone to do to maintain the stability of their life which cannot be predicted with common sense. Your friend is one example that he immediately finds it difficult when he no longer works at a place and that indicates that he did not save money while he was still working and maybe he never thought about how his condition would be if one day he was fired from his job, so he was feeling the consequences of that neglect for now.
215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 12, 2023, 02:47:09 AM

Many predictions MU will be got a big win tonight after back to won versus Betis. MU seems has to forget about the big loss versus Liverpool a week ago and try to rise up in the Europa league. This is a good moment also I think, MU has to try back straight on the premier league and got 3 points to hold on champions league zone. And many people hope for Antony to show his performance like Rushford, but I think he still needs a much time to adaptikon.

Yes, it is very natural that Manchester United are the favorites in this match. Except for the loss against Liverpool, the Red Devils squad has indeed reached a high level. After suffering this embarrassing defeat, United immediately got up and were able to win a landslide victory over Real Betis. The match against Southampton became MU's momentum to get back up in the Premier League, three points are absolute for the hosts and it is very likely that Erik Ten Hag's troops will return to feasting on goals at Old Trafford.
216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 11, 2023, 06:06:46 PM
Chelsea won, Spurs won, but not Liverpool. It's a pretty good result achieved by Chelsea and Spurs. Here Chelsea started to be a bit consistent to win every week, while their spurs managed to win after losing against Wolves before. I think Liverpool lost their soul in today's game and can't achieve a win when the opponent is also not a strong team. Just waiting for the results of the other Crystal Palace vs Manchester City match which is currently underway. I hope Manchester City can win this match and can cut the gap in points from Arsenal.
Chelsea appeared quite impressive and successfully won successive wins. This is a marker of the rise of the Blues after getting a series of bad results some time ago. Potter also began to answer the ultimatum that had been directed at him by club officials by giving a series of significant wins.

Tottenham were also able to gain full points and this result made The Liliwhites maintain the opportunity to maintain fourth place.

Liverpool really disappointed, Again they wasted the opportunity to go to the Champions League zone. Even though on paper the Reds were very favored in that match, and the opportunity to bring a point disappeared due to Mohammed Salah's penalty which was not on target.
217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: March 10, 2023, 06:34:14 PM
Manchester United managed to bounce back by beating Real Betis in the first leg. Many say that Manchester United's condition may be down after their embarrassing defeat in the Premier League, but they can prove that they can get up quickly and in this match they can win with a landslide score. The results of this match will make it easier for them in the second leg match later, because even if they lose as long as they don't have more than 2 goals they will still qualify from the round of 16.

This is a very extraordinary process of awakening, the Manchester United players have shown a winning mentality in that match. After being repaired by Liverpool 7-0, many people said it would be very difficult for the Red Devils to get up and I think that assumption makes sense. But the results of that match we can judge that the condition of the MU dressing room is very solid and everyone in the United squad is able to show a professional attitude.

There is no doubt that Manchester United's step in the 2nd leg will not be too heavy and of course MU has already sealed a place in. quarter final.
218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 10, 2023, 06:06:54 PM
The only match that I see as important among the matches to be played tomorrow is the one between Leicester City and Chelsea. Both teams have forgotten what it means to win in recent weeks. Leicester have to win or get points if they don't want to be relegated, Chelsea on the other hand have to win for the European Cups next year. Obviously I think it will be a stressful and difficult game for both sides.
Chelsea got a breath of fresh air after they managed to make a comeback in the Champions League by beating Borussia Dortmund. Maybe that will be their motivation in this game. Meanwhile, Leicester have lost in a row in their last 3 matches in the Premier League, which has made them worse off. Chelsea in the standings is indeed better than Leicester, but I still can't fully believe they will be able to consistently win every game. Another advantage for Leicester might be that they will host this game.

After Manchester United's defeat to Liverpool with a landslide score, they were able to beat representatives from Spain, Real Betis in the Europa League with a score of 4-1. And in the next match in the week of the Premier League they will host Southampton, based on a calculation of strength, this match should be easy for Manchester United to end the game with a win. Southampton are currently in the relegation zone, they have a terrible record this season. So Manchester United must be able to win again with their current opponents.

Yes, Chelsea has pretty good capital against Leicester. Two consecutive wins are a sign of revival for the team from London. Apart from that, Potter is also very ambitious to win again over Leicester, for Potter maybe he will prove his capacity to club management.

Potter's dream of continuing the winning trend seems to be coming true, because The Foxes are currently in an unsatisfactory performance. Brendan Rodgers' troops have always lost in their last three matches in the Premier League, thus bringing Leicester closer to the relegation zone.
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: March 09, 2023, 05:15:18 PM
Some interesting games in the europa league today, i think roma vs sociedad will be one of the most competitive ones roma team is doing good recently especially after beating juventus in the serie A they will surely be pumped up and their opponent is in the top four in laliga despite not doing great recently but they seem on fire in the europa league they even managed to beat man united at old trafford i think they will cause a lot of problems for roma.

AS Roma are looking into this match with high motivation after beating Juventus last weekend with a score of 1-0. Meanwhile, Sociedad came to the Olimpico with a disappointing capital in La Liga. One side of the meeting between Roma and Sociedad is certainly one of the interesting matches because it is the first time they have met at the official UEFA level.

In my opinion, this match is difficult to predict, even though Roma hosted the 1st leg and they are the favourites, that doesn't guarantee that Rome will win easily. How could it not be, Jose Mourinho's team sometimes often display unsatisfactory games so unexpectedly they can swallow a very ridiculous defeat.
220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 09, 2023, 03:26:28 PM
I second this. Real Madrid already have a three goal advantage, and the second leg game is at the Santiago Bernabeu, i don't see any chance in hell of Liverpool overturning that deficit, the more likely result would be Real Madrid coming out on top both home and away. Leipzig travel to the Etihad to face Manchester City, the German club had a very good first leg tie, and they'll be looking to build on that, but i think City would be too strong for them, they have to win the CL this season, as such elimination in the RO16 stage to Leipzig is unacceptable.

Is it possible for Liverpool to get the magic they got in the UCL Final in Athens against Milan?  Grin
But if we look at Liverpool current performance, it seems that it will be far from this miracle. The reason is, Madrid is more consistent while Liverpool in the domestic league are still not able to get out of trouble. All they have to think about is not to concede additional goals to Madrid, because it would be a shame if they conceded more than 2 goals at home.

It is very difficult for Liverpool to catch up with goals from Madrid. I don't think Klopp will push his will to put all his strength into that match. I think it's better for Liverpool to shift their focus to the Premier League only to secure the top four targets.

Currently, Liverpool is very much embraced after successfully overthrowing Manchester United. The victory over United made it seem as if the Reds were rediscovering their best playing rhythm. Ancelotti certainly has prepared a special strategy to tame his opponent, at least Don Carlo instructed his players not to give Liverpool to score three goals. But Ancelotti must also remember the dark history that happened to him, Liverpool once made him suffer with AC Milan in 2005.
