201  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: What are the best bitcoin wallets? on: March 19, 2019, 06:33:48 AM
Looking for a secure place to store my bitcoins. What do you recommend? I found a few here, but looking for more feedback

Thanks!

Hardware wallet is the most secure place to store bitcoin, such as Ledger Nano and Trezor. You can also use desktop wallet Exodus or web wallet Coinbase and Blockchain.info. These are a few best options.

These offline wallets are probably safe but there's a possibility that it might be hacked if we are too lazy not to keep our private key in the proper place. The most important is keeping the private key and seed of phrase to recover our wallet anytime.
I don't agree on the web wallet. Most of them have different issues.
202  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predicting Bitcoin Price on: March 18, 2019, 08:55:13 PM
People say that as Bitcoin has reached its maximum market cap, we might see either a big pump or a bull run in the month of June. This is what the experts say. This is what everyone expects from December 2017. If a bull run happens then yes, its going to be a big delightful even to those who are holding coins.
203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the main problem with the crypto market at the moment? on: March 18, 2019, 08:45:19 PM
I think one of the main reasons is the complexity of cryptocurrency processes for ordinary people, from which fear and frivolous attitude is generated, which is detrimental aspects.

I dont think that it has any problem with crypto at this moment. Fluctuation is its nature and yes i feel this is what cryto's strength unlike fiats. Crypto market's growth is just because of the fluctuation and demand to it attracting too many investors.
204  Economy / Economics / Re: How is tokenization affecting the over all price level of cryptocurrency? on: March 18, 2019, 08:16:58 PM
The easiness of creating tokens on existing blockchain has seen the crypto market flooded with different crypto assets. This really have an effect on the price level of cryptocurrency but the confusing question is how? I will really appreciate a clarification on the connection between token emergence and the price level of cryptocurrency market.

The investment gets split into new tokens. I feel this is the reason behind coins having less demand and less value. The current market would be another reason behind token and listed coins having less value. The team should the pillar working behind to increase any token values.
205  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: CoinMarketCap hit $140B is this the start of the next bullrun? on: March 18, 2019, 07:39:00 PM
Many do say that yes. By end of either May or June, Bitcoin price may see a huge hike as it has reached the maximum marketcap. Hence, better to invest more now. Investing $30, what would you profit out of. Better to choose a coin which is much cheaper and has a good volume and marketcap. This may bring a decent income in long  term.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could a coin price be locked in place? on: March 17, 2019, 07:18:03 PM
I'm not talking about these supposed stablecoins like Tether, but normal coins.  Let's say an agreement was made among all the major Bitcoin exchanges.  Starting January 1, a Bitcoin is worth $5000 USD, plain and simple, and that's it.  The price never goes higher or lower.  A Bitcoin is $5000 today, tomorrow, next week, next month, etc.  NOTHING changes it.  Not a war, not the economy, not Trump getting re-elected (which he will, he's doing a great job), nothing.

I wonder if that could be done and what the effect would be.

One effect is that I wouldn't be buying BTC, because with no price volatility, how could I ever make a profit?  But one good thing is that normal companies may be more inclined to use Bitcoin, since its price is now fixed and does not change.

Then what would make difference between fiats and cryto currencies. Fluctuation is its natural character which is the main reason for crypto market's strength. It has reduced enormous issues faced because of banking system and its protection on the customer's assets. Blockchain has been crypto's backbone to achieve success to this level.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Rare coin market on: March 17, 2019, 07:07:54 PM
How do you see this kind of market? Do you collect, or maybe "invest", if such thing could be said for this topic? Do you think, that implementing crypto-transactions, you might be more safe against scammers (and there are a lot of those on coins market, trust me). I haven't tried that. But that might be interesting to consider - cryptobased coin-trading platform, or app.

Crypto transactions are much secured with blockchain secured system. Everyone here must be well aware of protecting themselves from scammers and hackers. Crypto platform is the best one to trade and the current market situation is much supportive for day traders.
208  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Journey from gambling to trading on: March 17, 2019, 06:35:14 PM
When i started trading i didn't know about money management , risk to reward , psychology and many things
I was just putting money and watching that i would make profit after some days i made a huge loss and i knew after losing that i was gambling
now i am have learnt many things about trading and now making little profits
My last saying is never put your hard earned money in to market before learning , it will take lot of time and effort to make profits, 1st learn then earn don't c profits while learning

Exactly and that's what i advice the new traders. When i started trading, i started with $100. Learnt how it works. Lost few dollars and again started with best coins and started earning little profits. Then i went with more investment. I stuck with few best coins and I do day trading and yes i do research if i go with a new coin to invest.
209  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to keep your funds secured? on: March 14, 2019, 06:19:12 PM
Im quite new to crypto so i wanted to know what exchanges do you use and i'd be grateful for advises on security. I currently keep my crypto on localbitcoins but it recently got hacked to im concerned for my money. I want to move it somewhere safe but still be able to make trades without much fuss. Im still learning to trade but im pretty serious about it. Can you recommend me a good exchange that hasn't been hacked yet?

Choose the top most exchanges like Binance, Hitbtc and Bittrex. But anything can happen from hackers even to a site which is much secured with its infrastructures. As an individual, one needs to activate the options provided by the respective exchanges like 2FA and etc. Have VPN installed in place as well. These would certainly secure your assets.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: where do you trade your Altcoin? on: March 14, 2019, 06:10:40 PM
I guess everyone will be happy if they can always have access to translate the alt-coin they hodl to cash.
So what exchange let us do that if the coin not listed? I guess hard to find!! if you lucky you get it forkdelta

If your coins are listed you hope for volume in a serious exchange like the top ones which has really high requirement before listing
which lots of coin fail to pass because it mostly likely not  a well organized project

I use www.huobimena.com  for trading and also OTC deals

Telegram channel: https://t.me/HBMENA

I do use multiple exchanges like Binance, Hitbtc, Livecoin, IDEX and few more. As everyone does, i do trade here with the best coins with good volumes and marketcap. I am ok with the sites as well. The only think i feel is the withdrawal fees charged. Though it differs from each exchange, at times it seems bit high when we trade with less investment.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Confidence in Cryptocurrency on: March 14, 2019, 04:40:17 PM
Its a business platform. As long as its going to be profiting, yes people are going to have more confidence in crypto currencies. The confidence is seen from the marketcap of each coin. Volumes and marketcap is increasing day by day. This is the sign of more confidence investers have in crypto currencies.
212  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who do people dump tokens below ICO price and how can this be stopped? on: March 14, 2019, 03:24:07 PM
I too feel that the bounty participants might be one of the reasons behind the price fall. But i would say, the market condition would be a big reason. Just look at days when coins were listed at first, the price even went over the ICO price when the market was really good in 2017. So, merely the market condition would be the reason.
213  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you have to buy cryptocurrency for 10.000USD today.... on: March 13, 2019, 06:23:33 PM
.... which one you would like to choose if u only have the choice between BTC and IOTA?

I would certainly pick BTC as a trader. I have tried investing in multiple top coins and came to a conclusion that investing in Bitcoin will certainly yield profits at any crisis market than expecting profits from any other coins. With $10k i would certainly buy Bitcoin and in addition, will add 3 ETH if i were to buy now. I trust in these coins.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you hate the most about your current exchange? on: March 13, 2019, 06:14:05 PM
I'm really curious about what other people hate about their exchanges, maybe if we start complaining loud enough the exchanges will improve or new exchanges will solve these issues.

Right now what I hate is the fact that I don't have access to the private keys of my funds, I don't feel secure because of that.

Also, I would for the process to be simplified and streamlined, I want to buy crypto with Fiat as easily as I buy stuff on Amazon.

So, what would you change? what would you remove? and what would you add?
When someone is doing trades regularly on an exchange want to withdraw their funds too often then they hate to see the high withdrawal fee and waiting time because the fee is actually very huge when compared to the blockchain network traffic so if there is an exchange give low fee then it will get more traders.

I too feel the withdrawal fee and at times the time we have to wait to see the amount gets reflected in the respective wallet we sent to and nothing else. I do trade at Hitbtc.
I have not yet experienced even a site down or any issues causing me loose my trade. Just the withdrawal fee was i felt that it could be less than what they do charge usually.
215  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we finally in BULL MARKET? on: March 13, 2019, 04:48:47 PM
Recent news is, as Bitcoin marketcap has tremendously grown, by June we might have a huge spike. This is what was heard. Hope, the current healthy trend continues and as per the news, we see a good spike yielding profits to all who have bought and held bitcoin since February 2018. The best time to buy more coins.
216  Economy / Economics / Re: If you want to be rich..! on: March 13, 2019, 04:12:31 PM
With my experience, i would say, trying with multiple business to gain profits would not bring 100% result out  then effectively concentrating on one business and getting  100% result.  But yes, it differs from individuals. One might be more skilled and smart enough in achieving results from too many business at once. But, this may not work with everyone especially in the current competitive world.
217  Economy / Economics / Re: R u consider rich holding crypto during hyper inflation on: March 12, 2019, 08:55:04 PM
Is it not a good idea to buy and hold crypto currencies during hyper inflation. I say yes. A good move from the citizen side. The crypto will certainly support when their local fiats doesn't. Right? Obviously they become rich when they hold crypto with high values when their local currency has lost its value during inflation.
218  Economy / Trading Discussion / Trading with crypto or fiats? the right one? Your experience? on: March 12, 2019, 06:28:34 PM
I trade with crypto currencies. I have a small experience in it. The amount of profit i get is very less but yes it depends on the amount of investment i make. I have seen my friends trade with fiats at currency market. The amount of profit they receive is more than i do. The main thing is, the investment they make is lesser than i make.

Kindly share your experience?
219  Economy / Speculation / What brings to crypto? on: March 12, 2019, 05:00:46 PM
What are the reasons number of investors get into crypto? Is it the secured system (blockchain) behind, or the value? I do feel my assets are much safer here with crypto secured system then banking. What really brings someone to crypto platform?
220  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks against the crypto on: March 12, 2019, 04:45:48 PM
Decentralization. Everyone is talking about it. Can cryptocurrency lead to the disappearance of banks. Or will banks be able to adjust and remain in power?

This has been a talk going on since crypto currencies came into place. Everything is just a business to each other. Number of investment and investors are slowly getting decreases towards the bank. But the other way round with crypto. This might be due to secured system crypto has? Lot more reasons behind.
