201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [MOON] Mooncoin 🌙 35000+ funded addresses. LTC, then DOGE, then MOON! on: June 25, 2017, 12:02:41 PM
What what what? Is there something like a Moon Logo Contest or did I understand it not correctly? Is this true and if so, when does it end? Would love to give it a shot! Smiley
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AMMO Rewards [NOW TRADING ON COINEXCHANGE.IO] [GAMEPLAY MONETIZATION] on: June 25, 2017, 11:59:18 AM
Well, it is suspicious that there is no one in the team, founder(s) or development group that is taken time to answer here. For every project n Crypto, the ANN page is like your most important PR-channel so if it's subjected to FUD, accusations or just negative talk in general, you should be wanting to clear that out fast wit facts, proof or at least assuring your own community and investors.

It's been what? 3 days since the new ICO/Coin talk has opened and people started freaking out and leaving the project? Not a single word from an official mouth. Thats suspicious and even if it's not a scam, it's a signal that the developers/team isn't really involved (enough) to care.
203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: June 25, 2017, 11:49:52 AM
Bitcoin is so useful today not only in purchasing but also in earning for your future Smiley

Well, for it to be adopted by 'normal people' it should be more useful for purchasing then earnings for future. And if that happens more and more, it's value will increase way more and everyone here will profit more. The best thing everyone in crypto can do is marketing for the coin: the more people buy (with) Bitcoin, the higher it's value will become.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] XtraBYtes - The Proof of Signature Blockchain Revolution on: June 25, 2017, 11:30:21 AM
Yeah, the things is with XtraBYtes...I think people are so hyped, they think the whole cryptoworld is as hype as they are and therefore expect the price to reach high numbers in no time. Reality has shown us that it doesn't go that fast. For a project that is just two months old, the value it is right now is even a good value.

NEM was around 300 sat last year around this time. Now between 7000/8000 sat? (coinmarketcap)
BITSHARES was around 800/900 sat last year around this time. Now over 11000 sat (coinmarketcap)
RIPPLE was 900 sat last year around this time. Now over 11000 sat (coinmarketcap)

And they existed longer then two months when they were in these numbers last year. And more importantly: BTC was worth way less compared to now.

Looking at NEM, RIPPLE, BITSHARES' price chart, people will say: "Damn, you should've bought a lot of RIPPLE when it was 900 sat!!"

And THATS where we are now. Instead of complaining with every price drop and getting hyped at every rise (looking at your own blockfolio), you should just focus on getting more and more so you won't be the guy in about a year from now looking at the XBY chart and saying:
"Wow, I should've bought me a lot of XBY when it was just 700 sat!"

Do not use XBY in your blockfolio or whatever to see what your investments are doing. HODL XBY in your closet (wallet) and open it's doors in about a year from now and then calculate what your losses and profits are. Checking your investments on this type of longtermmoontrip on daily basis will make you FUD and weak.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 1337 [MANDATORY UPDATE] 41.78% APR| POS ONLY on: June 25, 2017, 11:16:25 AM
Hey guys, new here....

I had a question regarding staking, I already got the wallet to work. And I left the wallet on for 2 days. I got rewarded twice, the first one was 7k and the second 3k... I was wondering what caused the drop? And what exactly is average for 1mill coins.

You must hold more then 1 million to get 7k on staking, I believe. I get an average of 2 to 3k daily. But the thing is: when it's transferring the stake, it only makes 35/40% of what I have unavailable for usage. It makes me believe it stakes from thát amount instead of the TOTAL amount.

207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favorite type of gambling? on: June 22, 2017, 02:19:17 PM
I would say I like betting on Football games a lot but that can also be sooo frustrating. On the other hand, isn't that the same with all gambles? I also enjoy all Poker and Black Jack variants. I dont consider trading altcoins a total gamble although it probably is Smiley.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Minexcoin - A new era of payments (ICO closed!) on: June 22, 2017, 01:15:27 PM
Very exciting! This is a topic I visit daily, really like the work in progress and you can tell that people are involved and the developers are doing constant work. The MinexBank is a great concept.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] XtraBYtes - The Proof of Signature Blockchain Revolution on: June 22, 2017, 12:40:04 PM
The Dev's gotta put there head down and get the Nodes live. Hopefully the community which has aton of talent can take the website to the next level. In time this will be a great investment and potentially  a top 10 coin...sometimes the best things take a little time. Patience.

I know, right? The funny thing is that people are impatient with a project that is just TWO MONTHS OLD. That's crazy when you are thinking of it, a two month old project already on this many pages, already on this price and this amount of followers.
210  Economy / Economics / Re: The Crash is gone, and we will see 3,500 usd within 60 days from today on: June 22, 2017, 01:01:37 AM
I was thinking the price crash was due to more information/articles being written about the upcoming 'IMPORTANT DATE' 1 augustus where all the fuzz is about. People are being talked in to 'withdraw BTC to USD' and wait for it to blow over or withdraw BTC and get it in an offline wallet and what not. If people are not really into the technique, those kind of 'procedures' to survive a transition can be really scary and are also signal being sent that shit just might go down and go down dirty. I don't know what to expect neither so I won't blame anyone for not buying multiple BTC's. So that was my explanation on why the price crashed. Appearantly there are now signals of the majority has agreed to have an easy transition on august 1st and perhaps thats why its now rising a bit by bit again.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: So much hype but it can't even process as many transactions as Bitcoin on: June 22, 2017, 12:57:04 AM
ETH is only 2 years old and is simply going through the very same growing pains as BTC did. Nothing to see here apart from a load of jealous butt hurt ETH hating losers and a gud buying opportunity to buy the dip.

What is the reason people hate on ETH so much? I mean, I haven't bought or sold any ETH so I am not involved in this but I see this a lot: people are quite biased on this matter and there are a lot of people talking negative on ETH while everywhere on my social media it is dubbed the next big thing. Why are there so many mixed signals? This is actually really fascinating. You wouldve expected a lot of people to have the same opinion on ETH as it is portrayed as a working and good product.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] SONM - Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining (GRIB technology) on: June 22, 2017, 12:53:42 AM
Is there someway I can help? For instant: I can design the ANN-page, create/redesign the logo, website and just create a lot of mockups of how you guys perhaps want things designed. Promising project!
213  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is on August 1, 2017? on: June 22, 2017, 12:44:56 AM
Just so you guys know USAF is cancelled. Miners finally realised that this would be risky to let USAF happen.
This is why all major mining pool started to signalise SegWitx2 yesterday, currently, we have more than 80% hash support for this proposal.
Everything should be fine in hopefully August 1 we would have upgraded chain with SegWit running on it - and withing next 6 months hard fork 2MB will be activated.

USAE was the big counter option of the august 1 conflict, right? Is there somewhere where we can read the cancellation/cancell report/statement? This should be quite a big breakthrough then, isn't it?
214  Other / Off-topic / Re: learn english on: June 22, 2017, 12:24:03 AM
What is your native language? What country are you from? I think it's essential to know where you are from since it varies from language to language how to learn English better.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Minexcoin - A new era of payments (ICO closed!) on: June 21, 2017, 09:10:37 PM
I have like 610 MNC shares in the Social Media bounties, so I am really curious to see what it will turn out to be in Minexcoins. And when its exchange listed, I am curious to see how much that is worth in terms of sats. I will keep you guys informed on it.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 1337 [MANDATORY UPDATE] 41.78% APR| POS ONLY on: June 21, 2017, 08:36:12 PM
This must be the most careing project out there. What they do for charity is very impressive. The Fold@Home project (with Standford University -> lending the processor/GPU of your computer to the University that is doing research for the most dangerous illnesses -> cancer and such). By joining this, you're computer works and it get's points (for lets say 1000 points on a couple of hours opening your computer to that project). Those 1000 points are being converted by 1337 to 1337 coins and paid out on every sunday: so if you do this for a week, that's  like 5 to 10k 1337 coins you can earn by doing nothing per week. More importantly, you help the University of Standford with their research.

And now the things above? That's really kind and impressive.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] XtraBYtes - The Proof of Signature Blockchain Revolution on: June 21, 2017, 08:31:18 PM
Wow, there you go people who have said there is no proof of any development or progress in terms of technology: that right there alone is proof of the (hard) work being done. Not that I needed that confirmation but still, it's good to see the proof knowing it will shut people down. Impressive and good for the project.
218  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: How much bitcoins can you collect from faucets per day? on: June 21, 2017, 08:28:31 PM
Well, obviously BTC faucets aren't worth your time but are there other faucets with more potential (as in: let's say getting 10 Idontknowcoin which is now 3 sat but has also seen prices like 10 sat and has potential to get back there again or something)?

Do you have an example of this? I don't recall that there are a lot of low sat projects that also have faucets.

The horrible thing on faucets its not even the low sat per round, its the amount of sat you need to have before you can payout. Hate it. But well, perhaps thats just because I am used to doing faucets on BTC. I don't know if there are interesting altcoins.
219  Economy / Services / Re: ~~~WAVES~~~Signature Campaign~~~ on: June 20, 2017, 07:46:21 PM
Hi guys, I am really happy with this campaign so no worries there but I do have a question that I have seen pass by this topic quite some time but didn't followed up on reading if it has been answered. Sorry for that. But uhm, I have changed from Junior Member to Member. How is this going to be adjusted or is it going to be adjusted at all? Smiley
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] XtraBYtes - The Proof of Signature Blockchain Revolution on: June 20, 2017, 07:42:08 PM

Look man, I really hope this is the case. I want XBY to succeed and I voiced my concerns and hope they are addressed.

You were the guy with that funnycartoonkid on his profile pic, I believe. You seemed like a very nice guy. The way the website thing handled wasn't good and therefore that has changed. Change came. Change has arrived. And therefore we are stronger then before.

I understand your concerns but we cant quite or start full critism when things arent going bad. We express our thoughts in a normal way instead of bringing up personal matters (like who is CCR/borz) when thats not even relevant in the critism that is being spoken out.

I'm not funnycartoonkid guy, just a concerned citizen. I haven't changed my avatar in the slack.

I think we will be fine. We have great guys in the board that are good in touch with the community and CCR is also a good guy, let's not overreact on that. Yeah, he may have overreacted in certain situations but he definitely comes across as a very passionate person that is really passionate about this project too. Well, I can understand that a Slack full of people who know little (compared to him) can be annoying and especially when the critism is toward yourself, it can be very frustrating when you are working that hard for it all to succeed. Maybe the communication can be left to vanfly or ccnccn or jhar for that matter, since CCR is really personally committed (not moneywise but in effort and dedication) that it can get in the way of communicating like it's expected in a big project/company. I wont be the judge of that since I have ZERO problems with his communication, on the contrary, I enjoy him responding with that much passion. It gives me the confidence that this guy is real. He is not faking his emotions and therefore not scamming anyone. You cant fake his passion/temperament. I dont believe that. Therefore I believe in him and the project.

Professional wresters, actors, and porn stars fake that kind of passoin all the time

Ah come on, you are really comparing it to that? We both know that how he responds is not what is expected and perhaps even is good for his role. There have been complaints about it. So why would he FAKE that emotion when those emotions are being critisized? Nah, that's real right there and you know it. And that emotion being real is exactly why I have so much confidence in this project.
